Deactivate my account

Every time I play the free premium I win back to back but when I switch to premium playing for cash I lose and lose it just doesnt make sense to me.

Money didn't apply to account

I had 50.00 and wanted to play the 49.99 any yall declined my card. So now I have to wait 24-48 hours to get the refund put back. ... I was having alot for fun with this game spent almost 700.00 2 days ago...and now I get declined from funzpoint...WOW that's just not fair. Georgeann

Isn’t paying out

Funzpoint biggest selling point is that they cash out in 24 hours. If you cash out on a weekend or a holiday, then you get your deposit the following business day however, today if you go and look at your cash outs, it says that all cash outs have been postponed due to an investigation but it doesnt stop you from buying more coins so unless youre looking specifically at your cash out, youre still spending money on this game and they have no estimated time on how long its gonna take before you get your winnings from the weekend they advertise you get it within 24 hours but theres a theres a technical issue and they dont know when its gonna be resolved. Theyre still taking your money tho the didnt have a technical issue with that

Amounts were changed during the payment process to funzpoints.my card was paid.

Wrong amounts were processed on cash app and payment to woopla. {{Redacted}}The issue was taken care of almost immediately and there was no ignoring or putting off our issues and concerns. And we had an actual live person dealing with our issues and calling us back. No automatons. Just 100% live and knowledgeable customer service representatives. Thank you.

They refused to pay my winnings

I won some money and transferred it to my bank account and they said it was not successful now they wanted me to verify my identity which I did then they say they also need a selfie no good I'm still waiting for my payment no response yet I'm not sending a selfie I don't feel find it right not comfortable doing it feels like privacy violation I'd s been sent out

Your employee( Vanessa ) was so rude to me this morning, basically calling me stupid, and after waiting hours for a response, she forgot to add my sweeps to my account I've waited months to get straightened out to even be able to play! , deactivated my account , reactivated it , then reset the whole game to where it was a complete loss! It’s not going to tell you what prizes are still left in each prize pool. So you can play for absolutely nothing

The nightly drawing is a guaranteed chance no matter how small the prizes are and the grand number of entries. That is how you can be guaranteed a chance by getting tickets. As far as the slot style games go, their can be no decent amount in $ prizes in the pool for the game your playing, only a specific number of each prize amount is pooled per day per game, if the big ones are taken your playing for nothing other than that bogus chance to win 5$ 10$ blah blah and you can pump money into the same games over and over for absolutely nothing. Other than the chances with tickets to win the chump change at 9
