7-Day FREE Trial? NOT!

Their website advertised a 7-day FREE trial before my credit card would be charged. It was charged after 1-day! Their customer service department is not customer oriented!

I'm been trying to cancel my subscription with Fubo. Sence March of 23. With no luck. Why do I have to pay a 2nd company to cancel my subscription? Then have to cancel my subscription with them

Stay away from this company. Keep your money. There customers service phone line SUCKS. If you're customers have to wait over an hour. To talk to someone. Hire more people! I've been trying to cancel my subscription with your company and all I get is sent over to just answer. Why do I have to give them my cc# for an answer to how to cancel my subscription with Fubo. Why do I need a subscription to another company to cancel my subscription with you?

Fraudulent Charges

I been holding on waiting for someone to answer and no one NO ONE ever picks up. I did not order this product not a sports fan too old for this on my Roku account did not know it existed. I had to remove this subscription twice and you still charged me 3 times. Requested refund have not seen it refunded back to account. Screen shot to Bank that you do not credit fraudulent charges.

Fraudulent company that steals your money!

I have tried cancel my account for over 3 months and am still being charged! I noticed on July 16th ANOTHER charge of $35.72 was charged and called in and explained I had already cancelled. Received a refund. 4 days later Im charged AGAIN! I called In and said that this happened AGAIN! The agent proceeded to tell me that I resubscribed when I ABSOLUTELY wouldnt and did not! Why would I do that? Common sense should be somewhat of a factor here? The agent refused to take the charges off and refused to take my credit card information off the account at my request! I asked the agent last time on July 17th to do that and he assured me he would. Obviously this was not true or I wouldnt be charged again 5 days later. Terrible fraudulent company and I will let everyone I know what kind of company fubo tv is. Never ever again will they have my business. I am filing fraud with my bank because it absolutely is. I also will be making reviews anywhere I can including contacting the BBB. I cant believe this is even a legal company.

Big scams! Fraudulent practices! DONT do it!!

Horrible communication with Fubo. They still haven’t fixed the tech issues I am having nor have they communicated with me for three days!

Cant RE subscribe to Fubo. Wont accept my credit card( works fine). Said they would fix it but havent

Company processed cancellation incorrectly and did not refund their error

I cancelled my Fubo TV subscription after they added $15/month to our plan because of two regional sports networks. In June, I was charged $94. I attempted to call customer service to explain their error and provided documentation showing that I was being asked to "renew (my) subscription". The company refused to refund my money. I then lodged a credit card dispute, and Fubo lied about the status of my account to convince my bank to reverse the charge. This is terrible customer service. Instead of doing the right thing, they have doubled down and outright lied about the status of my account to take additional money from us.

Keep charging my card and i canceled fubo tv

I canceled my fubo TV and the company still keeps running my card I do not want fubo TV anymore stop running my credit card. I no longer want Fubo TV DO NOT RUN MY CARD AGAIN. IT IS AN UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION AT THIS POINT

I have tried for a week to cancel my program because of the cost going up. It has been impossible, finally talked to a human and got it done after a week and a new charge.

The cost has gone up too much. I have tried for a week to cancel this program. You have all these things to cancel and none of them work, my I-phone would freeze up on them and it has taken me a week to talk to a human. Finally got it cancelled but had to pay for another charge. I cant pay this much. I have already changed to another program and now have a double charge. You should refund my money.

Declined card

Tried to reinstate my fubo account. Fubo kept charging my account and declining my card. This is a debit card with ample cash in the bank. Tried using my capital one master card with 10000 available credit and it was declined. Called customer service and told there was a problem with their system and was told that under no circumstance was it true.

Won’t stop charging after we clearly resigned before the end of the trial.

I've been charged for an account that tells me if I want to use it I have to re activate. We deactivated after trial and in being charged $90+ The cancelation was around the 7th of June, 23.

Canceled and still getting charged

I have canceled my subscription multiple times since February 2023. I have continued to get charged since then. On the 24th Ill receive an email saying welcome back and will get charged. Repeat the process of canceling and it all happens again. When contacting them all the day is the account has been reactivated and there is nothing they can do. Ive changed passwords, Ive tried to take card info off of account but they dont offer that option. Ive used passwords Ive never used and have to look up to even remember how they go. And still they deactivate my account. When asking them to delete all my information from their service they tell me they will when my subscription ends on the 24th. But yep you guessed it welcome back email on the 24th comes again.

Don't currently have FuboTV and never will

Because YoutubeTV just dropped SNY from their lineup, I was looking at Fubo as an option. They show SNY and several other sports channels in their lineup, awesome! I go in to set up the account (for the $74.99/mo option). When I get to the checkout page, lo and behold, there's an addtional $13.99/mo fee for regional sports. WTF??? Now they want me to pay $89/mo for the inexplicable regional sports fee? I called them. NO, it cannot be removed. Say no more! I will not be streaming with Fubo. When a company tells you who they are, believe them.
