Said 2 dozen red roses and got mixed flowers 1 dozen

Wrong flowers and 1 dozen not 2. Said people do not listen. I am disappointed in a customer service for the money I had to pay

Report Shoddy Quality

I received an arrangement from a local FTD affiliate today. I would have been ashamed to have something of such low quality associated with a well-known and respected company. The flowers were obviously old. They were tattered, brown edged and droopy. The arrangement looked like someone had rescued it from a garbage after it was discarded. Don't you check up on the florists you allow to represent you? My husband was embarrassed and distressed when he saw what I was given. In addition, it was insulting to have spent such an exorbitant price for this crap. I should have advised him to depend on the local grocery store florist. Theirs are far superior to what I received and fresh and cheaper! The florist was Erin Jennifer Florist, 11387-D W. Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL 33428, (561) 852-**** . I certainly hope you take this complaint seriously and insure that it doesn't disappoint another person trying to show love on Valentine's Day!

Quality of flowers and Oldsmar Flowers Florida

Flowers were wilted-leaves were not removed-pistils were not removed. Notified on day after delivery and owner said he would deliver a bouquet on Thursday not delivered. I took order ($100) in Friday to show him. No apology no replacement

When I ordered flowers for a friend who's father had passed away I thought it was a fluke that they were delivered half dead, they just looked awful and I was so embarrassed. But then a friend sent me 2 dozen roses from this awful place after I had surgery and they also came half dead, they looked so bad I threw them out and never told her because I know she spent a lot of money on them. Don't order flowers from this place, it is a waste of money and you will be embarrassed by the condition they arrive in. I wish I would have taken a pic to post here so you can see the dead roses 8-10-22 - they never did contact me and honestly I didn't expect them to. I will never order any product from them again, they obviously don't stand behind their business and don't care that the delivery was completely unacceptable especially for the amount of money they charge

Poor communication, Poor Customer Service, Confusing rules

I was an FTD GOLD member. I was told my membership would expire in 7 Days (via email). I was then sent another email telling me this was a mistake and my membership was good until May 5, 2022 but would AUTO RENEW in their new program - FTD Plus. While attempting an order for some funeral flowers (July 2022) I could not get my membership to reflect the free Delivery (FTD Gold perk). I chatted with a rep and he told me my Membership expired (so much for auto renew). He sent me a link that allowed me to renew my membership, which I considered, but then the price of the item WENT UP. I subsequently called Customer Service and explained the situation and was then told that Auto Renew was cancelled in 2021...well I got the email telling me it was going to Auto Renew on Nov 30 2021...so I guess they cancelled it less than a month later? The Customer Service Rep had NO IDEA what she was talking about. I asked for the CEO or Upper Management to convey my feedback and she refused to provide that also. Bottom line --- their customer service is AWFUL, their FTD membership is a "come on" --- they just raise their prices to cover it. They have NO IDEA how to retain a customer -- a simple "I'm sorry- let me do this for you sir" would have made all the difference but instead she basically told me to go to "#$%@". Went to 1-800-Flowers and was done in 5 minutes...or GO LOCAL and pass on the WEB. My rating is 1 star because I couldn't provide LESS.

Awful subpar flowers delivered

I have emailed FDT customer service twice and have gotten no response. The Flowers I ordered were not what the picture looked like. I ordered the premium and I got awful flowers that were not even the same colors as I ordered. They died within 3 days and I am very displeased and will never order again from FTD again. I have gotten no response from them on what they will do to take care of this problem

Dilivery person refused to dilivery to my door.

My daughter has made arrangements for me to get flowers. The delivery person notified me she had a flower delivery for me. I told her that I am ill. The office will allow her access to my building. She could not be bothered to go to the office or out of the thousands of delivery people. She is the only one not allowed to enter my building. There are time I fall easily. Have broke ribs, an ankle , my leg., Torn the skin off my elbow. I ended up getting as dressed as I could and went to get the flowers. If I had hurt myself due to shear laziness. My sister ( my attorney) would have ripped you a new one.Besides the fact if the office had spoken to her and there were any question. They would have delivered the plant to me themselves .

2 time chocolates were all meltrd

Sent photos to sender ( my son) and told him to ask for refund. I do not want a replacement like I did for the first box of melted chocolates. And cheese. They should not put in stuff that would melt in shipping process. Dont know their response.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

Poor customer service

I am extremely anger at FTD Flowers. I placed an order for flower delivery for my daughters birthday the following day. Shortly after placing my order I received a message stating they could not fulfill my order. The email offered two choices. One was to deliver the flowers on the next available date and the other choice was to cancel the order and issue a full refund. I responded that I wished to have my order cancelled and refunded. I made arrangements directly with a local florist to deliver flowers to my daughter, on her birthday. The following morning I received an email from FTD Flowers that my order would be delivered on time after all. Why? I requested to have my order cancelled and refunded. I also made alternative arrangements for flower delivery. When I called customer service to complain, all I was told was that the order was already assigned to a local florist and could not be cancelled. For the inconvenience, I was offered 15% discount on my next order. Trust me, there will be no future orders from me. I requested a call or an email explaining why and how FTD continued to fill this order after I choose the option they offered to cancel my order and issue a refund. I was never contacted. FTD's website states that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I'm not satisfied.

Lousy service and poor security protocols

A $40 order became a $65 order with their delivery charges. When attempting to cancel the order placed just minutes earlier, two separate representatives claimed it had already shipped. There is no way it could possibly ship that quickly. While I did finally get it canceled, it was not without extreme aggravation. Security protocols on their website are pathetic, the password requirement includes a "special character" but they do not say which magical "special characters" are acceptable and which are not. The "-" was not acceptable, but there was no detail that it wasn't.

Refund

Order # 603******** I am so far passed pissed off that there are not words to express it. I am trying to save my marriage and a situation came up today that was a perfect time to make my wife feel special. I do not have a lot of money but decided to go with the so-called best company to have flowers delivered to her. I ordered the best bouquet I could afford added a plush teddy bear, and a nice big card. When I walked in the house after work I saw this *** looking little bouquet sitting on the table. It looked like it came from the $20 rack at Walmart. No bear. No card. You people suck. I had a perfect opportunity to hit a home run but instead FTD delivered a turd. The bear and card were actually more important than the flowers. I should have been given a phone call or received a message that you could not fulfil my order which would have given me a chance to fix the problem. BUT NO! The only thing my wife had to say was spoken with an attitude. She said Well I hope you didn't pay too much for that. If she knew I spent 145 dollars on it, I would be in divorce court tomorrow. Thanks for NOTHING! I expect a refund on the bear and card. I want a refund on the whole thing but probably won't get that. Rest assured I will pick weeds off the side of the road before I ever buy anything with the FTD logo on it and will pass every flower shop with that logo on their door. David A HiIl.

SCREWED UP 47TH ANNIVERSARY

Ordered flowers on Tuesday for delivery Thursday. 47th wedding anniversary. Been doing this since first anniversary. Flowers delivered after wife's place of business closed at 5pm. There she sat waiting on her anniversary for flowers that I expected delivered during working hours. THEN... Wrong flowers... not what I paid for. Contacted FTD Customer Service... Very kind... understanding... Sorry we'll redeliver tomorrow (Friday) by 9am... 10am... no flowers. Contact FTD Customer Service.... Oh we're so sorry... that arrangement is not available in your area... we'll send something else out. REALLY. Refund my money. Thanks for screwing up my 47th anniversary. WILL NEVER USE FTD AGAIN! First picture is what I ordered.. Second is what they delivered on Thursday! HOW dare you try to deliver something other that what I ordered with out talking with me first. Spent too much money not to get what I ordered.

Was lied to

On 3 February 2021 I placed an order with FTD.COM to be delivered on 12 February 2021 I thought 9 days was ample time for FTD to deliver on time so I didnt pay for expedited shipping. On 12 February 2021 I contacted FTD about the delivery and was told the delivery was delayed because of inclement weather. So. because of inclement weather UPS could not deliver to area code 31064. FYI. ANY carrier can claim weather related delays because of "An Act Of God" they are not required to make any delivery with no repercussions They attempted 16 February 2021 and we refused the delivery Any carrier can refuse to deliver because of An Act Of God And not held liable. On an interesting note FedEx delivered right next door
