They hung up without talking to me

Need certificate

Terrible servicec. Can't get his under any drop down etc. can't get a live body online. Spent over an hour trying. May change service.

Frontpoint is second only to the Mafia in making you regret entering into a contract.

Frontpoint's main interest is making sure it's impossible to terminate a contract. I paid for all my equipment but didn't need the service for the final months due to the sale of the alarmed premises. I tried to cancel. No more need for service for several months and no debt owed for equipment. What am I getting for those extra payments. Answer: nothing. So where's the contract? Legally speaking there's no consideration.

Cancel my service

I have been trying to cancel my service for multiple months now. Every time I call the customer service number, I have been put on hold for multiple hours. Still haven't been able to cancel. They have essentially made it impossible to cancel once you subscribe. Worst experience I have had for cancelling a service ever.

Just like this app there is limited access to an account specialist between 5 pm & 8 am. Should that be the only time I pay for?

Swap hub and faulty screen

I received a Bad Out of the Box touch screen as part of a Frontscreen upgrade. The quality is junk and well below the original model. I tried to use the Frontpoint website to troubleshoot but found no real evidence of support AND they don't make customer service number easy to obtain much less call. Once I did reach a real person, there was some empathy but the only resolution was to order a new one. NOW this is really interesting. I bought an alarm system to protect my home, family and belongings. I would think an alarm would be a top priority to get replacements for a bad part. I was told my replacement touch screen would take 3-5 business days to get to me. SO my kids have no way to arm/disarm/or call for help as they have no cell phones for remote use. What safety company would do something like this. Once my upgrade contract is up, I'm cancelling this service which I've had for about 10 years. I do not recommend this product.

Poor customer service

Front point never called me back about the double charge on my account. After my email is sent through your website a reversal on the bank draft is done on June 7 th . I want to thank you for your help in this regard.

Poor service…..cancellation issues.

They finally contacted me about my cancellation request after multiple attempts..even waited over 50 minutes on hold after being transferred to customer service.

Lousy service and customer service doesn’t care.

Never used the security system because my house was never wired for a front doorbell. Customer service didnt care and said I signed the contract and I had to pay for a year anyway. The company could care less if the customer is satisfied, they just want their money.

Trying to cancel service for 2 weeks. No response to emails or voicemail. No way to talk to agent. 2 hour hold times. They just won’t let you cancel

Impossible to cancel service. Followed instructions on website. They send email to confirm cancellation which does not work. Have called 5 times left messages on cancellation line no humans, no return calls. Sent emails from their website no response. Dont know what to do.

Cannot cancel service

I have sat on hold for 2 hours just to cancel my service. I am sure if I were ordering service I could get someone to talk to!

No one will ever return your call. No one ever answers calls, even after remaining on hold for hours. Can't ever speak to anyone if you are having any technical issues with your system. They used to be a good company with good customer service, but something has definitely changed. Would not recommend at all.

Being charged for service each month and I’m not using the service I would like a refund

Need to cancel service and can't get through to agent

I have tried for weeks to try to get through to an agent to cancel service. Apparently, this is the only way to cancel service. It seems your company has really gone downhill in regard to available customer service, covid or not. I don't ever remember having this issue with your company in the past. It's quite unfortunate for your company as I see many unhappy customers and poor reviews. Seems it won't fair well for your company when people are looking to sign up for a new service and don't choose Frontpoint based on said reviews. I need to cancel my service. I will be happy to get my lawyer involved if I can't get this matter resolved now. It seems quite illegal to make cancelling service unavailable and continue to charge customers for services they no longer want as they are set up for automatic payment. Let me know how we can get this matter settled now.

Inability to cancel account.

I have been trying for days to cancel this account. I have tried on-line chat and email, as well as trying to do so within my account on-line. I have also tried the phone. Wait times are over 30 minutes. I tried call back and they did not call back....or if they did I was busy in the shower or toilet at the time and they did not leave a message. Their name does not show and I do not answer unknown callers due to scames and tele-calls. I was informed today via chat that I MUST CANCEL BY PHONE!!!! Who does this? So today I am hanging online. Already 30 minutes and no idea when they will answer.

These people forged my name on a docusign which I had never heard of, the spelled my name so wrong,( because they did not know it! They have never monitored my home in anyway. They are dishonest!SCAM

I spoke to a gentleman/forger, about a security system. I have texts where he ask over & over was there any funds available yet. I have many many phone calls ignored. I wanted to talk to my son, who new more. I made the mistake on gave him my debit card, with no funds,(my son would have to deposit funds. Then salesman Shawn Farris, put it through, then forged a document-sign, Totally wrong name. Im 67, with Cancer! After 50+ calls documented, he sent equipment Ive never seen. DariusJernigan called(security or collections, Nice but fake! They just took all of my Medicare, on a card cancelled in September. ?? Billing will not except my calls, I was also hacked, which they have knowledges to do, on the email, they knew. Ive been in hold for over 20 hrs. Many many people have had similar problems. My advice is if that is what security is. STAY AWAY. Read the reviews. Not ones on top dig a little! Im horrified by these people. I sent Emails to Darius no return! Try billing no answer. Forging at its best. Its terrible what they have done to a 66 yr old lady, fighting cancer, broke back, they have no remorse, no will contact you in anyway. You can get in touch with salesman, but nothing else! SCAM! Stay AWAY. Unless you like being SCAMED. Me Im freezing, couldnt afford medicine, nor buy food! Horrible company. With some reviews from individual columnists, who gave them a good rating. She hasnt had to deal with them. What a disgrace!
