Front line not working for my dogs and cat

I bought 3 dog package at the same time and they aren't working I want 3dog and 1cat 3 month packages mailed to me. My dogs are Labrador retrievers and cat is siemese and I think the products sold at Walmart were defective. My 3 dogs and 1cat cat are loaded with fleas and I put Frontline on them for more than 3 months. The longer time goes on the more fleas they have. I do believe I deserve the Frontline company to reimburse me with 3/100# dog treatments and 1cat treatment mailed to me or coupons to purchase somewhere else.

My cat died 9 days after taking front line plus

I followed the directions for front line plus based on my cats health and weight, and my cat started looking bad the very next day. We tried to feed and provide fluids to our cat, but could not get her out of her ailment. We realized that she was just getting worse no matter what we did, so we got ready to take her to the vet this morning, and she died in our arms before we could get her there. I'm so disappointed with this product and upset that it poisoned my cat. I went to look at reviews to see what other people were going through, and was shocked to see so many upset people with stories of their pets passing, or having seizures and getting sick. I am looking at other options to bring attention to this, and you should be ashamed of yourselves for selling product that kills pets.

Using frontline should I wash before and with what?

Representative answered all questions, including I can use a flea shampoo prior to application as long as dog is dry and not using Dawn as it could strip oils in his skin that work with frontline . Very helpful.

Case # satisfaction flea dogs

Last month I called them because I have not had this product work for 2 months. They told me that In order to use the satisfaction guarantee,. I have to have all 5 of my dogs on Frontline for 3 months straight. This was the third month, and I still have a flea issue with all of my dogs. One of which ended up passing away at the age of 6 years. He was anemic, most likely from the fleas. So I spent all this money for 3 months, and the product didn't even work at all for one month of it not use this do on any of the dogs.

Dog still has fleas after 2 uses

Paid $76.00 for 8 dose box of frontline plus for dogs 45-88lbs. My dog weighs 75lb. Put on as directed to on back of neck on skin. Waited 3 weeks and put on another dose because still had fleas. Used 2nd dose on him, but still has fleas. Very very disappointed. This was a lot of money for me, but I didn't want my dog suffering. This product has a guarantee. I would hope you honor this and send me a refund. Was purchased At Sam's Club in Saint Clairsville Ohio 43950. Please forward me a note to say you received this complaint. Thank you, Kim

Frontline PLUS absolutely does not work

Updated by user Sep 07, 2020
I have heard nothing from anyone connected to Frontline Plus.I used it on my dog and I assure you, it does not kill fleas. She had a severe flea infestation. FrontlinePlus was administered correctly and it appeared after DAYS that the fleas had doubled. All bedding was thoroughly washed beforehand and dog wasshampooed with shampoo left on for 20, 30 minutes (twice) which killed 90% of fleas.

Used the FrontlinePlus for the last 10% and it did not kill any. Had to go to the vets to obtain their solution Bravecto, which worked. I would certainly like to have my purchase price back.

I can send you the box serial # and the applicator. Lot R62001 which matches both the box/applicator.Purchase from Amazon #111-803****-300**** $27.99

I will vice pit my concerns with my bank and dispute the charge as well as spread the word out to friends, family and coworkers and social media to discourage them from buying your products as they do not work.

DO NOT USE FRONTLINE GOLD!

Frontline Gold has caused my dog to start having seizures! Carey - 8 years old - mixed breed - 35 lbs We applied Frontline Gold for the first time ever to our dog on 01/16/20. Within 5 hours she would randomly scream out in pain/because she was scared and jump into our arms. At the time we thought maybe she hurt her leg or back and would touch her spine, rotate her legs, etc. without finding any indication of soreness anywhere on her body. This would happen sporadically on Friday and Saturday. By Saturday evening, it was happening more frequently. And at this point we realized that our dog was having mild seizures. She was not losing consciousness, but she would cry out/get this look about her and then burrow into us and her whole little body would tense up, she would lick her lips (salivating), and stretch out her neck and put her head high into the air. We took her to the emergency vet and they have since started her on seizure medication and a sedative for now because she is absolutely terrified when one starts to come on. Secondly, she is spending the day at her primary vet receiving fluids and staying under observation - and we will do this again tomorrow. Her behavior is different - she is very clingy - and she has tremors constantly. We feel completely helpless. Carey was in perfect health prior to application of the Frontline Gold and nothing else has changed in her routine other than that. Frontline refuses to accept ANY responsibility. In fact, when we asked how to get their medication out of her, their only response was to bathe her - which we did 3 times. This medication is so poorly researched that they do not even have a way to reverse it if a dog has a reaction - and that is because according to them, "it is impossible for their product to cause these symptoms." We are really hoping to wean her off of the seizure meds by the end of the month once the Frontline should be worn off. I really hope she will be able to go back to normal once the poison is out of her body. Frontline should be ashamed of both the fact that they poorly researched this medication/did not provide accurate side effects to the customer, and the fact that they so easily just say it is impossible for their product to cause any of this. DO NOT USE THEIR PRODUCTS. It simply isnt worth it.
