So 2 different issues. i had requested an unpublished number and it WAS published!! 2nd issue; I pay for caller id and all of my incoming calls showed PRIVATE CALLER.....

I am so disgusted with the service that Frontier has provided or should I say not provided!! I asked to have an unpublished number and they published it in the phone book!! I pay for caller id and all of my incoming calls show PRIVATE CALLER!! They are so incompetent Where's all the English speaking customer service people?

Still hasn't resolved the problem or got a hold of me to tell me what's going on

My internet at 74 hefner lane gap mills wv 24941.has been out for a few days and i have copper line but from the same box my parents internet is working.customer service is impossible to explain anything to.I NEED A TECHNITION TO COME TO MY HOUSE!!!

Issues

My father has a landlines with your company, he is 77 and wants to speak to someone about his account, he does not use the internet and he can not reach a live agent, he has tried 3 different numbers with no success, your company should be ashamed!!

Worse company ever

I've been dealing with them since march. I upgraded (that's a joke) from copper cable and regular internet to fios in march. My phone service sucks! They blame everyone but themselves. Their fios is intermittent. The signal gets dropped all day long. I have a small one level house, so the signal doesn't have to go far. I've got tons of trouble tickets on file, technicians have been out here many times, changing out the equipment. The technicians have told me there are other customers with the same issues, so it's a frontier issue that they need to fix. The programmers have tried many things, but nothing's helped. If they can't roll out a 100% working system, then don't rush it. They pretty much are ignoring me now since they're too stupid to fix the issue. I've filed 2 BBB reports which got me to the executive office, but the reps pretty much just give me the runaround. They've given up. What kind of company just blows off their customers who have issues? The next step will be to find another company and file a civil suit to get all of my money back. They need to pay for all of my frustration and wasted time calling them constantly. Each call was hours. My time is valuable. They need to fix THEIR problems.

Scam an never got nothing out of my $1,100

Bought go wild pass never worked an bought another one still dont work then bought there den pass . That was a scam as well noew i still having to pay for flights an paying full price after spending 1,100 $ an got nothing . An there is no way to resolve it at all . An never an never

Internet down for third day

Internet has gone down after 8 pm for two weeks then it would come back in the AM, this issue got fixed and lasted only for only one week before it went down 24hrs/day. Getting a new modem to see if this fixes the issue.

My phone is not working and I need it repaired asap or I will lose customers

Bought all you can fly pass an the den pass an its a fraud cant book anything on both 499 for the alll you can fly pass an 100 on the den an nothing works an no way to contact them in any way .

Technical support

New customer, spoke to five different people, took over 3 hours and didn't even get my issue resolved. Each person spent well over 25 minutes just to look up my account and to verify my account, then I would get disconnected and had to start the whole process over. I have youtube tv and ever since I activated it the tv has been glitching, stopping the starting every 30 seconds. I even asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he would call me back. 4 hours later still no call!

Phone hasn't worked for two weeks.

Our house phone has not worked for two weeks. We have called customer service many times and scheduled to have a tech come look into the problem. We were told the problem was in our home. We were told the tech would be here sometime between 8 AM-5 PM. Nobody showed up after waiting here all day. The exact same thing happened 4 more times, not even a phone call to let us know. Three days ago we are told the problem is with their system but since then nobody has been sent to work on the problem. If we could, we would cancel the landline phone, but our cells do not work here in the country, we're stuck. Frontier customer service is horrible. I've tried to speak with a local representative, but no luck. Seems they just don't care. If you have other options than forntier, take them.

Internet has been out almost the entire month of June

I've had so many problems with this internet company. It started in April 2023. Tech comes out to fix issue many times. Had a tech come out on a Thursday, internet too a crap AGAIN. Scheduled another appointment for the following Thursday. No one showed and no one called. THE COMPANY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT. To this day I still have NO INTERNET. No updates and yoi get an automated recording about a major outage in the area. Mind you this is the 6th day of this major outage. This is the worst service I have ever had with any company. I hope all frontier customers call for every single minute without internet for a credit on their bill. I hope it hits this company hard in the wallet.

Very unhappy!

Too many issues with attempting to check in my flight!! Unable to check in when I didn't have a bag to check. You guys make it look like you're so cheap but you're really not. Today you reminded me why I avoid your services & I will do so again. Had to pay $128 for 1 moderate sized shoulder bag that my other airlines would've considered as a personal item. You have horrible customer relations & then your flights are delayed 1 hr 45 min??? i will probably miss ny connecting flight! Thank you for nothing!! Treatyour

Cancelled my home phone and had refund coming

Canceled my landline service- A refund of $40.68 was to be refunded. Called them to request a refund-stated they would send it. I waited three weeks with no refund. Just got off the phone with them again-now they stated I have to wait for two billing cycles (2 months) and I would receive a MasterCard in lieu of money as that is their policy. Ii had to pay them money to use their service and not send them a Mastercard-absolutely ridiculous!

Features not working and poor customer service

I had a working frontier copper phone until they upgraded me to digital on March 8th. Since March 9th I've been calling non stop to get them to fix the caller id problem with my line. The majority of calls are coming in as 'anonymous private caller' when the callers are using *82. There was NO problem when I had copper. So their digital IS NOT better. They open tickets and close them without fixing the problem. So far they've done this with 5 tickets. No return calls, no follow up, they just close the tickets. How do they justify this? Then I have to call again, and there's been at least 15 calls to tech support, wasting hours of my time. Alot of them say the problem is above their paygrade and say they'll assign it to another department. They just follow a non working script. It's just lip service. I even had some yahoo tech tell me that's progress and they won't trace the numbers provided to see where the problem is. In other words, we don't care about your problem. He wouldn't listen to me. He was so rude and just talked over me. I couldn't understand most of what he was saying because he spoke too fast. Frontier needs to vet their 'so-called' techs. No professionals here. I even phoned corporate and left a message. No call back. The 2nd time I called, I wanted to talk to someone in charge, but they just transferred me back to tech support. No one ever calls back from tech support, yet they all say they'll call you within 24-48 hours. There's only crickets. And so the issue continues. If they can't roll out a fully functional system, then don't do it. There's obviously a bug they need to figure out. They could care less about customer satisfaction. If they did, they'd put back the copper line until they figure out 'their' problem. Frontier needs to create a program to fix this issue because alot of people still have copper lines and I need to see who's calling me. When I had a copper line, everyone I phoned that had digital could see my name and number. What's the problem here? I'm paying for services that I'm not getting and am ready to cancel and pay more at another company. That's bad and totally unacceptable. A yelp review had a response stating I should contact them via facebook or instagram. I don't use social media so I can't respond there. They need to give me a direct number, not an automated 800 system. Or give me a good email. I've been sending emails to a 'supposed' support desk, but have never received a response. I've been way too patient over this. The end is near for frontier.
