MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Where do I begin?! First and foremost the day of our flight was delayed by 2 hours, staff were not friendly or courteous at all. Fast-forward to the day of our flight to return home, the flight was delayed first and hours later received an email stating the flight was CANCELED, and the alternate flights offered were not available, filled very quickly leaving my family and I to spend unnecessary time and money to get home safely. I'm an educator, and this huge issue caused me to miss a day of work on the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL. This was the worst experience of my life, under any circumstances will I patronize Frontier ever again I rather walk to my destination I may get there faster.

Because my flight was delayed ove 7 hours in I lost my contract due to the delay

I had a flight with frontier,in due to the delay I lost my contract all Im asking of your company is to please compensate me my full refund plus air bnb, cost as well as transportation due to the delay my number has since been changed to 717-600-**** I want to thank you all for your time in concern sincerely. It’s coming along have not received a response yet.but it’s only been 3 days so I’ll give it a little time plus I do not like the fact that it’s no live representative to talk to on the phone

I had a business trip in my flight got delayed for more then 7hours My company J&k Elite Cleaning LLC lost the contract due to no call no show me in my partner were stranded in Bwi I tried booking another flight with another airline in it was not within my budget so I lost over 1700$ between me in my partner.

I checked my walker and they did not send it on the bag check

Explained the experience I had while trying to fly frontier. I was ignored, disrespected, put under intense stress, and lost a lot of time because of their behavior and business.

After flight was cancelled because of lack of staff we were told to go to the front frontier desk outside of the security gate. I waited online for close to three hours. While in line I was trying to connect to a representative via text on the website the email set to me about the cancellation of the flight. Via text I was told to continue waiting in line to speak to someone in person because there was nothing they could help me with via text. When I was next in line the two workers dealing with hundreds of customers yelled out the system was down, they couldnt help anyone else, ignored me being next in line while they handed out a card that said the same thing as the email I was sent. The workers then told us to contact the customer service online for help, when I said I had done that already and I was told to wait and speak to someone directly at the frontier desk, which was her, I was told theres nothing we can do for you she then walked away with the other representative leaving everyone who was still in line behind me without helping us or offering us any solutions or advice on what we should do given our situations of cancelled flights, wasting time in line and needing to all get home/ where they were flying to. Also when I looked up the phone number while I was waiting in line to try and speak with someone I found two numbers to call, the first one was a recording saying to call the second number, the second number said there was no representatives to assist which doesnt make any sense for a recording to call a number only for that number to say there is no representatives. Another waste of time and effort and zero resolutions. Very disappointed.

Refund on ticket

Hello, I have been emailing frontier for 3 weeks now and have not resolved my issue. Now my date is tomorrow and Noone has emailed me back. I have a ticket to fly tomorrow to San Juan from Hartford that I cannot go due to emergency brain surgery my father had . I was told no refund but I can save my ticket on a travel bank . Either one is fine but Noone is getting back to me. I sent emails on 7/5 & 7/11/23 As you can see plenty of time and Noone responded to emails back . 860 428 **** I think with everything I just have gone thru I should get my money back .

I had a flight on July 16 2023 at 7:57pm but the flight was cancelled do to plane mechanical issue but as I was checking through security I had to be charged extra I'm a carry-on of $95.00 for shampoo and lotion bottle which I had paid but never took the flight because the flight was canceled and had to be rescheduled so now my new flight is on July 18. 2023 at 6:36pm so I would like my refund back for paying the extra $95.00 but I never took that flight cause mechanical technical issue with your plane so please respond I paid what needed to be paid and then the flight was canceled on me and I was patient enough with this whole thing and also do to cancellation on a flight of July 16th 2023 I also had to reschedule for the next day of which was supposed to be July 16th which I had a flight on July 15th and couldn't get on it because due to issues with your either your computer of printing out my boarding tickets so that's why it was rescheduled for July 16th and then it was canceled and it had to reschedule again So please understand I am getting very irritable and my patientness is getting really irritated with this whole ordeal so please understand where I am coming from.. you can contact me on this phone 1-41*-***-**** thank you also forgot to let you also know for the flight that was canceled on July 16th I as a mother to a 3-year-old daughter was not scheduled for a seat until I win and checked in and finally got schedule next to my daughter which was told when they scheduled for July 16th that I need to be next to my daughter who is 3 years old so can you understand where I'm coming from where I'm getting really irritable with this whole situation so this is going to be my 3rd time trying to bored your plane or my flight

Refund request for a carry on when there was no carry on !

I went to my destination with a duffel bag underneath my seat. When returning Frontier airlines charged me for a carry on $99.00 , when the duffel bag went underneath the seat n Ive got pictures to show that it was placed underneath seat.

They changed the flight that I had to travel in the morning for another in the afternoon. I did not agree with the change cause I booked it with ahead of time

Terrible! I booked the roundtrip flight for my husband and I on May 15, 2023 to travel to Cancun on AUGUST 17 coming back to Miami on August the 21st. Yesterday, I received an email from the airline telling me that the flight that I already booked it had change. I contact them trying to resolve the problem because they had been change the time for my flight Big Time early in the morning that was my choice for lately in the afternoon that was their choice. My husband and I are very upset with the airline. What happened with the flight that we already booked? They did not give to us any good reason for doing all the change that they did. Never, never again we booked any flight with FRONTIER airline.

Can never talk to a person

Cannot log into account tried on several different devices- the reset password doesnt work - I have tried so many many times also. I cannot ever use wild pass plan - I spent $599 Want a refund or credit!

You ruined my luggage

I traveled from Chicago to Ontario California and when I got there, my luggage was all busted up all beat up, but it was a wheel messing. It was a brand new one, and it was just all beat up. I reported it they made all the reports and I never got any feedback, nor did I get my money.

Hoy compre un boleto de frontier con agencia de viajes y me vendió el boleto en 389 dollares y el boleto con frontier cuesta 135 dollares. Es un cobro excesivo para un negocio, casi se ve como robo. Wrongfully charged for personal item

April 26 Atlanta airport 3.29 pm, A agent by the name of Darricka, told me to put my personal item inside the slot provided. As I did it fitted perfectly. She then began to to tell me I paid for a bag on my previous trip and that I had to pay $99 and I had less than a minute and she then began proceeding to the entrance of the plane to shut the door . Sending me into a anxiety I paid in a hurry because I was trying to make to a funeral. I should've known better because the agent Darricka was already into a confrontation with a previous customer and I believe I got the backlash.

Mistreated and Unprofessional actions

This morning I had a flight with Frontier Airlines, which I have never used before today at 12:15 on 4/01/2023. Got there at 10:34. I had to walk to the airport because I had to park off site and catch the Sky Train. When I got to the Excavator, I was short of breath, as I reached for my rescue inhaler I fell to my knees and an employee for traffic saw me and helped me to a seat and called for help. The two ladies call their supervisor to ask to take me to Frontier Airlines. They put me in a wheelchair bc my ticket read that , vision impaired . When I got to frontier desk this last a Frontier Airlines Agent was so mean and rude and very apathetic to me. She took all of my things , made me open my backpack as I was telling her my bags have been checked already. She gave me a boarding pass without wheelchair assistance after reading my boarding pass that I printed from home, then she said you can take her to wheelchair assistance but she more than likely won't make it. The two ladies took me to Frontier Airlines Wheelchair Assistance and they said we don't have anyone to take her so she will miss the flight. The two young ladies said WE WILL TRANSPORT HER, it was 11:34. Whitney the supervisor over wheelchair again said wait let me ask the Frontier Airlines Agent, Josie who checked in. She returned to say , she will have to be rebooked. At this point I am in tears. We go back to the Agent, Josie and get the new ticket and I asked since I have to spend the night please let me go on through with a Gate Pass. Then she, Josie tells me very rudely WE CAN'T DO THAT! YOU JUST SIT OVER THERE. AND BE BACK IN THE LINE AT 3am. It's 1pm as we are speaking. Whitney takes me and parks me. I called the Airport Customer Service explained my complaint and they said Ma'am we are so sorry but they told me tes you can get a Gate Pass 24 hrs before your flight. I walk myself back up to another Black Male Frontier Airlines Agent and as I was talking and giving out of breath he says ,I CANT HEAR YOU AND IM STANDING THERE WITH MY RESCUE INHALER , THEN HE WAKKED AWAY, LEFT ME STANDING THERE TO COME FROM AROUND THE DESK TO HUG TWO WOMEN. TIME NOW APPROXIMATELY 2pm. I asked another agent Asian, she said a Manager will have to do it and I said he just walked away from me, then she walked away. I turned to my left and asked another young black female for a Supervisor and she went and got one. The Jamaican Supervisor asked me who checked me in? I gave her the description of the lady and she said Josie. She tore up all the tickets and showed the computer to another agent. She printed my Gate/ boarding pass. Then she said the agent Josie didn't print on your boarding pass you need wheelchair assistance. By this point my anxiety was so high, I had to use my rescue inhaler. According to the 1970 ADA LAW, SECTION 508, FRONTIER AIRLINES WAS IN TOTAL VIOLATION. I asked if someone could take me to the bathroom because I can't see the signed , Whitney said I can't leave and I don't have anyone. She gave me directions. Therefore so that I didn't wet myself because I have a bladder splint, I felt my way and kept asking people to show me the way. After I finally get to the restroom and come out, I fell against the wall because I had to get my rescue inhaler. I washed my hands and made it back to the wheelchair assistance. By the way, before I went to the restroom, Whitney told me I could place my things in the wheelchair and pushed it and myself to the restroom. My reply was I don't have the breath to do all of that. I usually fly Delta and I have never been treated the way Frontier treated me. As a disabled person, I felt my dignity was taken, I was refused the service that I requested on my ticket. I was humiliated in front of hundreds of people. This should not happen to me and no one else whose disabled. Now as I sat to spin the night in the airport, I hear Whitney ask one of the wheelchair assistant , where have you been for an hour, your break is 15 minutes. He never answered her and kept walking into the office. A call came through the walkie talkie to tell her he was just playing around in baggage claim. This person could have taken me and the other 4 people waiting for assistance. My friend called me and asked was everything alright. I told him what happened and he stated, with your Asthma, Epilepsy and vision it's not safe for you or your health. He drove 50 miles to come and get me to take me to his house and said he will take me back at 1am. Once I got in the car , I reached out to my Attorney..
