I am very disappointed! I checked and double-checked the FrontRowTickets website to make sure the shows were running at the time I can arrive there. I even checked again and it was still showing 2:00 start times for many shows. Very disappointing...too bad because I used to love them for their ticket prices...

Never recieved my refund
Show was cancelled for may 1st received an email a month after on june4th that my concert was cancelled and i would receive a refund within 30 daya and its going on two months no with no refund being returned, no-one answering the phones or emailing me back!

Refund tickets
Terrible phone service, can never get to a live person, you call the # and you wait on hold for more than an hour and even after an hour no live person comes to the phone.

Will not give me refund
Had tickets to Steely Dan at Bethel woods postponed to 7/4/21 Bethel woods says you are eligible for refund. They try to b send you to a company to sell your tickets with commission. Need to be investigated .Especially during these times

I was so thankful the weather cleared just in time for the concert. Quite lucky!! I got there early and parking went smoothly (I was leary from past reviews I had read)! Sitting under the pavilion was nice & seats were pretty good. Its VERY ODD that the seats are not staggered for better visibility so you can see between the people in front of you. No, I had a very large man directly in front of me, which was discouraging! Steely Dan & Doobie Brothers were awesome! They played all the hits & everyone sang & danced in the aisles! Crowd was behaved, from what I saw. My friend bailed on me, so I had to go alone (didn't choose to get the ticket insurance either, but she didn't mind). Fun night, but hated it was on a Monday. A weekend would've been way better, especially for those of us who live over an hour away!

I have purchased tickets from them for 2 shows in alpine valley this summer. I have received my tickets for the 1st of 3 shows at this venue. Many others have received their tickets for the other shows over a month a ago. One order I have have instant delivery e-Tix and the other is mailed. However, I haven’t received either yet. You will need to be very careful ordering tickets from this company as the sellers they work with have little regard for your personal time or even if you get the tickets in a timely manner. These tickets should have been in my hands weeks ago. However I have been calling in for help from them for over 2 weeks now. Asking what the status is and why I haven’t received my tickets that their seller is holding on to for no reason at all. It first when they told me it was a “24 hour security hold” I questioned it. As why would thousands of other people have access to tickets and my tickets seem to be soooooo special they needed a security hold on them. I realized it was just a line to get me to Hangup. They actually have zero contact with the seller and have no idea if I will get my tickets or not. So here I am, 2 weeks out from the shows I’m going to see. I’ve spent 800 dollars on tickets with this company and all they are doing is protecting their seller who has had these tickets for over month and will not release them to me. The customer who has paid them 800 dollars. After multiple calls they will not cancel my order and ship me tickets from a reliable vender who will ship them out immediately. Even though I told them I don’t care the price is lower than what I paid. In short, they only care about their seller. They don’t care about you as a buyer. You will need to exercise EXTREME caution when purchasing your tickets with this company. I will update this if they someone make this right.....I wouldn’t hold my breath for that day. I’m not holding mine that they will actually deliver the tickets as promised at this point because I would have received them already if they were as reputable as they claim.

I’m worried my tickets arnt legit, today was presale only and when I purchased them they never asked for my pre sale code. I’m just scared we’ll show up and not have valid tickets

Sold me $90. parking tickets not concert tickets
I purchased two concert tickets from Front Row Tickets. There is free parking at the venue. When I did not receive my tickets, I called Front Row and they told me I purchased parking tickets. They told me if I wanted a refund, I would have to call another company. They gave me a non-working phone number for this company. Do not get ripped off by Font Row Tickets. Purchase from a legitimate source!!

No tickets - No help
Ordered tickets through their website in December, 2018 and it's now 2 days before the concert and we still have no tickets. All they will say is that it's the seller's responsibility and there is nothing they can do to help. Perhaps they should screen who they allow to sell tickets through them instead of worrying about the almighty dollar.

We got screwed
We ordered tickets to see Jim Gaffigan several months before the show. My wife went on line and searched for tickets. Front Row popped up and had the tickets. She ordered them, and paid $167 each plus a hefty service charge. We thought that’s just what the cost. Fast forward, I pull the tickets out before the show. The face value was $69 each. We called front tow and they said that’s just the way it works and there was nothing they could do. The referred us to mytickettracket.com, who also said tough. Before you buy ticket from these crooks, do your homework. They will gouge you terribly.

I clicked on the tickets I wanted, the site was slow and not very responsive made my purchase immediately after my purchase i noticed they were the wrong tickets I called the operator was nice but said all sales were final,so upset at this.

Don’t do business with this company.
It is noon game starts at 1:15 and we still do not have the tickets. 4 times I have called today. We wanted to relax on vacation I am on the phone. All 4 times I would have them in 30 minuets. The 5th time I called talked to manager let him know my purchase agreement says tickets will be sent to us 24 hrs before event. Asked for a refund because they did not hold up to commitment. We are told no refund please hold, then someone else promised tickets will be coming soon the person that transfers tickets doesn’t come in until after noon. Still no tickets and this company just says sorry and hangs up. Awful experience we will not recommend this company to anyone.

Amazing work
Ticket buying was easy. The seating chart was very confusing so I didn't get the seats I was hoping for but being able to print them out from my email was nice. But no one even checked our tickets upon entering. Everything turned out good except they only had two doors open letting people in so we were standing outside in 30 degrees with our 3 year old for 30 minutes. Got in just in time to use the restroom and sit down. Very long and entertaining show. Will return.Everything about my experience with FrontRowTickets was good.Definitely will be buying tickets through FrontRowTickets.com again in the future!Very good game with a lot of emotions.
