Very disappointed!!!!

Ordered flowers for my granddaughters opening morning at a theater this was her first performance in a theatre, so I ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday I figured she would have them before her big day which was today! I received a e mail stating that they were unable to make the delivery there was no reason that they gave they say that they make someday delivery , Never Again !!!

Horrible company would not deliver in the time frame i thought that they would deliver them by I will NEVER shop at this company ANYMORE , utterly disgusting with their customer service

Multiple orders delayed several days when ordered in advance of a special occasion. Flowers once had several half dead, they were replaced and that was satisfactory. Except for poor marks on delivery delays the quality and price have been good. My mother is the one I send to most; she suggested I stop using your company due to repeated disappointment.

Delivered late (and I paid for early delivery)

The delivery was not only late, but I paid for early delivery. The delivery person lied and said it was delivered one minute before the cut-off time. Also, the handling fee was hidden until checkout so I paid $14.00 more than I thought I was going to.

Sent wrong order.

Placed an order to be delivered the next day. When I got the confirmation I saw that they had shipped the wrong order. I text customer service and got a bot. The bot then switched me to what I was led to believe was a live person on text. They told me once you order ship they can't do anything. The website is not very easy to navigate. I would recommend avoiding this company and their website and buying your flowers elsewhere.

Utterly Disappointed

I order some flowers this week. What was delivered was significantly different from what I ordered. I attached a picture to this review of what I ordered, with a picture of what was delivered. You will see there are fewer flowers in the bouquet. I understand that some flowers may not be in season, bloomed, etc. But your site indicates that they will replace those with other flowers. There are no replacement flowers in the bouquet delivered. There is 1 sunflower vs. the 3 in the picture. The bouquet is practically empty. I am utterly disappointed in this. This was a bouquet to be sent to my friend who lost her husband. I will not be ordering from you again.

Wilted flowers and deflated balloon

My son sent me an arrangement from the FromYouFlowers. The arrangement was half the size that it was supposed to be on the website photo, the flowers are wilted, and the balloon was deflated and won't even stand up. I've used it before to send the arrangements to my relatives and I can't believe the arrangements they received!! It's nowhere near what it looks like on their website. I even up

Existing order

Had a delivery issue due to inclement weather in Oklahoma. Talked to two agents prior to today that were extremely helpful. Today a lady name Lenia was very helpful and helped me set up new delivery day. Thank you ver much Joetta Dunn

A multitude of disasters

Paid for delivery before noon. Never arrived. Promised they d be there by three never arrived. After 3rd call told theyd be there by 5. . Person left at4. The arrangement was half full of flowers.I ordered specific flowers and they didnt do any of them. I then received an email confirming g a delivery to a person I never heard of. Then they sent flowers to the house, next day after event, all yellow requested pink and purple. Also in bouquets from office got yesterday 4 days later, there was a card with wrong order number and no die if yes delivery time, when in fact there was.

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered a bouquet and Standing Spray for my brother's funeral three weeks in advance. My daughter ordered a bouquet from the same website two weeks in advance and none of our flowers got delivered for my brother's funeral. This was even prior to contacting them via telephone two days before my brother's funeral to confirm that our flower arrangements would be delivered timely. At the time of the funeral, I was upset no flowers had been delivered to the funeral home. I contacted fromyouflowers and they could not tell my why none of our flower arrangements got delivered. All I got was an excuse that the orders were submitted to a local florist weeks in advance, but they didn't know why the flowers were not delivered. They would not tell me the local florist's name. Nevertheless, their negligence in not delivering any flowers ruined my brother's funeral and we had to proceed without any flowers. VERY DEVASTATING! Then they gave us a hard time on getting a refund. They had the nerve to state they could still deliver the flowers after the funeral was over. How much sense does that make. ABSOLUTELY NONE! Further the customer service received was terrible and although they apologized, this mistake does not make up for the loss of not having flowers at this very emotional event. Again, it was not just my order that didn't get delivered, but my daughter's as well, which was made completely separate and apart from my order. How do they explain that error.

Delivery

I ordered Dec 19th for Dec 20th delivery of a little Christmas tree. It didn't deliver. I called the 21st and wasn't able to get anyone on the phone. I talked to someone finally on the 22nd and was told it would deliver by end of business and no delivery (I was given a $10.84 refund). I called again on the 23rd and was told it would deliver the 26th because they couldn't reach the florist. It delivered by end of business that day and I wish I could get my money back because it looks nothing like what I paid $70 for. It is a mess. The roses are spent and it looks like a little bush with a big bulb and dead leaves. I wish I could send a picture. I am so disappointed and embarrassed that my mother received this. What a mis advertisement of product. Annette Davis

Order problems

The product advertised, with an upgrade, didn't compare to what was delivered. FYF offered to send another but the recipient was not able to receive it at that time. FYF then offered to send a refund, which we have received.

Terrible experience

On 10/6/22 I ordered "How Sweet It Is" bouquet from fromyouflowers.com in the "Premium" size which is the largest size offered. The regular price is $59.99 plus shipping and taxes. The picture of this bouquet on the website shows 7 large roses and 17 small roses in the bouquet. The bouquet received had about 3 big roses and 3 small roses and was filled with filler leaves, Lillies and carnations. Colors, flower types, and quantity were not even the same or close. I understand substitutions are allowed but this was just unreasonably different and smaller/lower in quality. Upon seeing the flowers, I called customer service to complain and ask for a refund. They granted my request. However, they did not mention needing to return the flowers. Now the person I sent the flowers to just called me and told me the florist came to their house and took back the flowers. They did not tell me this would happen when I talked to customer service. This is the worst and most unprofessional service I have experienced. This is not a company I would trust with sending anyone you know a gift. Customer service has responded to my review asking for my order number but I doubt theres anything they can do to smooth this situation over.

Did not get what I ordered, Poor customer services

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday, call it in with plenty of time, suppose to be there at 12 noon. Called the business at 1:00PM and they ensured me that the flowers will be there at 12 noon today(interesting)finally received the flowers at 6:00PM. Did not look like anything I ordered.

They mail dead flowers through ups without water

I ordered roses for my Mother in Law for Mothers Day and she received very dead roses via UPS that werent even in water (Despite the fact that I paid extra for a vase). They looked awful and I was so embarrassed. The company was hesitant to help when I phoned them. Flash forward to today, I received a bouquet from my parents and it was from the same company. Lo and behold it was once again a box of dead roses. The roses were falling apart and you could see that they used to be white but somebody tried to spray paint them purple to cover the brown and black petals. There was purple spray paint all over everything, including my hands after I handled them. When I phoned them they wouldnt help me because I was the recipient. My mom had to call and she is hoping to get her money back. Avoid this company by any means. They are deceitful and do not disclose on their site that they are sending dead flowers that arent in water.
