21 days of bull

21 days without repair or replacement of my recently purchased 7 4 23 French door bottom freezer. Refrigerator froze all contents..it goes from -4 degrees to 34 degrees constant freeze and defrost..leaving water all over floor. On telephone for hours for many days each person states different info. Please help!!!

I bought a $2,500 stove 3 months ago, and the outside gets so hot you cannot touch the knobs or the upper part of the stove when the oven is on. Customer Service is horrid, they don't care.

THIS STOVE GETS SO HOT, YOU CANNOT TOUGH THE KNOBS FOR THE BURNERS WHEN THE OVEN IS ON. FRIGIDAIRE SAYS THATS JUST THE WAY IT IS. IT IS DANGEROUS, EXPECIALLY WITH YOUNG CHILDREN!

Broken countertop ice maker

Freezer

Just bought a 20cf stand up freezer last friday from a local store in cheyenne wy, plugged it in after unloading it ,it was upright in a enclosed trailer. Turned on and next morning nothing worked. I checked everything and figured out the motherboard was not working. Contacted B and B monday morning and told them about it and they sent a tech out few days later and guess what? Motherboard was bad. Then i look at reviews and it's a huge problem with your product. I would think you guys would fix that. If they can't get it fixed soon I'll be taking back and buy a different brand. I can't believe I spent that much for such a pos.

Design flaw in refrigerator

I just bought a brand new refrigerator (model FRTD2021) and the bins in the door of the refrigerator have a front piece to hold the contents in. It is attached by clipping onto the door. The connection is so flimsy that the piece falls off just by opening the door. Within one hour after installation, several jars of condiments and jam fell out onto the floor and broke, causing a terrible mess. Its hard to believe that any company would sell a product with such a basic and obvious design flaw. Its going to be a major headache to find another refrigerator and get this one returned without spoiling all our food and going through all the hassle. Extremely dissatisfied!

Broken Refrigierator

My fridge is not making Ice. I paid 199.00 for my warranty for peace of mind..The technician comes out and barely checks my fridge and says I need a new Ice machine..I didn't realize that the freezer wasn't working..so I call back for another apt the same tech comes back and tells me my fridge might be to close to the wall or I need freon..wait 24 hours..now another tech is come here from another company at this point I don't think they know what's wrong with my fridge I am not getting my warranty honored because it states that if the fridge can't be fixed I get a new fridge after all this loosing all my food and back to back technicians coming out and me being without a fridge in this hot weather I would like to have this defective fridge replaced.

Denied after an Approval

Regarding product warranties, Frigidaire's customer service is the worst. Due to poor manufacturing and Frigidaire's disregard for their customers, I will never purchase another product from them. A Frigidaire 50-pint dehumidifier that I bought in September 2021 is currently developing ice on the condenser coils on the back in June 2023. Despite all attempts at troubleshooting, the unit's coils continue to ice up. When I contacted Frigidaire Customer Support about this dehumidifier problem, they chose to replace it. Since I registered the dehumidifier with Frigidaire when I bought it, they emailed me a claim form that was already filled out with my information and the serial and model numbers of the appliance. I was instructed to remove the label from the back of the unit and attach it, along with my purchase receipt and signature, to the claim form. I returned the filled-out Claim form through email, and Frigidaire Support sent me a confirmation. According to Frigidaire Support, the wait for a replacement unit to arrive is anticipated to be around 10 days. After 18 days and still had not received a replacement unit I contacted customer service, and when I did, a foreign-speaking representative informed me that Frigidaire would not be sending me a replacement because the appliance was over a year old and no longer under warranty. I was explaining to the agent that Frigidaire had me fill out all the proper paperwork when he kept talking over me. He does not care about what was previously done, but only that Frigidaire will not honor the warranty. Due to poor customer care and a lack of administrative abilities, Electrolux is unquestionably losing consumers and money. Frigidaire is your company if you desire refused warranty claims and rude customer service.

Just very poor quality of a company

My glass pot blew up in my face into 5000 pieces. Cant get in touch with these people it is a shame that they dont answer their calls and they dont return calls. I spent most of my day trying to get in touch with someone.

A Terrible Experience under the Manufacturer Warranty

I bought a refrigirator of Frigidaire 18.3cu.ft top freezer Model#: FFTR836VW with serial #BA2501**** on January 17, 2023 from local Home Depot. The unit is defective and has broken down with no cooling air since May 12, 2023. I called Frigidaire service for repair, but each time a technician was scheduled to come has no parts, and then ordering parts takes more than 2 weeks for back order. I have scheduled 4 times of the technician coming to my rental property at 2203 Highlands Road, San Pablo, Ca where this unit is located, but all four times of service are failed with the last one scheduled on July 11, 2023 the technician determined the unit is NOT repairable, but still refusing to order a replacement by scheduling another service on July 13, 2023, the so called master technician who has no idea why the company is sending him out to fix a unit was already determined not repairable by the technician on July 11, 2023.

Horrible company

I wish it had a negative rating because thats what Id give it. Brand new refrigerator delivered damaged. Called customer service immediately and theyve sent five repairmen who say its unfixable and yet they still wont do anything about it but lie and deny. Avoid them! They are a horrible deplorable company and could care less about the consumer.

Microwave issue

Ive tried several times to contact someone at Frigidaire to no avail. I have a microwave that runs when the door opens. This has to be a hazard and needs attention.

Having to repair 2 times in less than 2 years.

I bought and had delivered a freezer on November 4, 2020. The model is FFFUU20F2VW0 Serial number is BB0430**** Last year we had to have a control panel replaced. That cost $100 because we had a home warranty that covered the freezer. Then last week it quit again. It is the fan and fan seal and drain kit. This repair is costing $ 307. Since we no longer have a home warranty that covers the freezer. This is not including the products and meat that we lost both times.

Refrigerator still under warranty cannot be repaired. No parts available.

Purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in August of 2022 with one year warranty. 10 days ago refrigerator quit and their authorized repair could not repair due to part(s) no longer available. My family has been without a working fridge for 10 days and they have not been able to help me so far.

Damaged product

I bought a new refrigerator from lowes and the drawer was broken lowes wants me to replace the whole refrigerator all I need is just the drawer to be sent. I have tried your customer service number and they sent me in circles. The customer service is discouraging especially being my first time buying a product from your brand. Im very frustrated that I keep having to play phone tag to get a replacement on something I purchased yesterday. As Im typing this I have been waiting for rep for 25 minutes already

Failed Frigidaire wall oven after nine months

We need help. Weve had a $2500 wall oven purchased at appliance factory in Fort Collins. Getting no help from them. Here is the history of many technicians , many parts replaced to no avail. We are getting nothing resolved. Just round and round with three different technicians, three different testing equipment and parts replaced. Still doesnt work. Here is our history: Experience with Frigidaire wall oven purchased appliance factory History 5/25/22 Purchased 3 kitchen appliances at Appliance Factory, Fort Collins CO INVOICE#S00261383 October started having trouble staying at temperature, unpredictable broiler. Called and waited. 2022 Holidays without properly working oven. 12/29 Service guy from Columbine Appliance at (303) 443-**** came out , said he thought it was computer boards. and we then waited two months 3/1/23 went into Fort Collins and Doug Snyder said he couldnt do anything. And we should keep checking on parts ordered. 3/1/23 Called parts not in 3/10 Called parts not in 3/16 in and Columbine service to finally replace parts. Told to test temperature. 3/17 still not coming fully to temperature, set at 400, 2 hours later at 360 3/18 cookies at 350 , had to set at 375, thermometer read 325. burnt tops on both shelves? 3/17 Called , they will replace something else temperature sensor Sent customer service emails and calls to president Now I'm due for hip replacement and we've waited a year for this new one to work. Still doesn't. 3/20 received call from (719)582-**** Seth , manager FC Appliance Factory Called him back 12:00 pm and he said he was out of the office and would call me back. 12:30 Seth called and said he would call Frigidaire to replace it. He will call around 2:00pm. Seth called at 3:30 and wanted service notes , summary, who did it. or any communication from the service guys to be emailed to him. 50mgr@***.com I emailed Seth the following email: I will send separately an extensive set of notes of whats taken place with this wall oven since the purchase. To answer your request today for info on the service visits : After the failure of the oven to keep temperature last October, we looked at warranty and called Frigidaire. They referred us to Columbine Appliance and Fireplace in Denver. We have no summaries or notes for either service visit as none was left with us. Nor was there even a business card left. But, since it was Frigidaires referral to columbine and they have had complete records when we called, one would assume they should have those summaries. On the first visit 12/29/2022 , after his examination and tests, a repairman named Devin told us verbally that the control panels needed replacing and he would order the parts. No date was given when they would come in. They took three months to come in. During this last visit on March 16, 2023 , the service guy replaced the boards and said to keep running the oven and testing the temperature. We did that and reported back to them that it was not holding the temperature. He said he would order the sensor. Again no date was given when the temperature sensor would arrive. 3/27. 3/27. Temperature sensor came in and Devlin with Columbine came out. Old Temperature sensor tested at 580. Which is faulty. New one tested same. And specs say it should be 1080. He thought it made no sense to replace the old temp sensor with new one since both tested bad /faulty at 580 ohms Devin called tech support atFrigidaire Tech support questioned his testing equipment. Devlin used a different one and it still tested bad. Tech at Frigidaire said to order yet another temperature sensor. File #8621**** We believe this has gone on way beyond any reasonable time frame. Trouble started around October 2022. We have been without an oven for all that time (even over holidays). We have done everything on our end to be patient and get it fixed. But really??? 3/27. Columbine. Devin Temperature sensor came in and Devlin came out. Old Temperature sensor tested at 580. Which is faulty. New one tested same. And specs say it should be 1080. He thought it made no sense to replace the old temp sensor with new one since both tested bad /faulty at 580 ohms Devin called tech support atFrigidaire Tech support questioned his testing equipment. Devlin used a different one and it still tested bad. Tech at Frigidaire said to order yet another temperature sensor. File #8621**** 3/31/23. We got a call this am from Devlin at Columbine that the new temperature sensor also tested faulty at 580 ohms. He contacted tech at Frigidaire and they said they would order ANOTHER (THIRD ONE) but from a different manufacturer. So, now we wait another period of time for them to then test that one. So now we have been Quite a while without a functioning oven. Wonder if we will have to go through holidays again without a working oven. Boy, Im gearing up for a ton of bad reviews everywhere I can publish them!!! 3/31 With no satisfaction, we called Frigidaire customer support. At 1-80*-***-****. Could hardly understand person but I basically reiterated the experience described in these notes. I think she said we would get a second opinion from different technician. She will set that up. And if that proves unrepairable , they will replace. Put on hold for 20 minutes. Order #3567****. Frigidaire Technician to come out. 4/12 Frigidaire technician came out, tested temperature sensor and again failed. Thats three different technicians and three different sensors and three different testing equipment. He said they had no record of anything being replaced by columbine. Called Columbine says they cannot call Frigidaire directly. ?? 4/13. Bob called Frigidaire/Electrolux and was on call one hour. Refrigerator

Our refrigerator is not even two months old and we had to have a service technician come out when it was less then 2 weeks old and now the freezer is defrosting and it has white looking snow like ice all in it and ice is everywhere in there..and we just noticed the freezer sealed is screw up ..Ive called Every Telephone number for frigidaire and the number Home Depot has given and no luck with getting anyone on the phone and I have waited, waited and waited..so we called and made a service appointment . and we had a service appointment for today Monday January 9th and of course no one showed up so now they tell Casey they will be out on January 23 REALLY.. I have pictures of the inside of the freezer. With this being under two months old WE WOULD LIKE A REPLACEMENT REFRIGERATOR because this is crazy .. I will contact Attorney if needed. This is unacceptable. For anyone have to go through. ..
