Billed twice

Greetings, I recently reviewed my bank statement when I noticed I have been billed twice for frndlyTv. I imagine it is due to having 2 accounts. My child claims she too arranged to access Frndly tv. On 8/8 my card that ends in x7885 was debited $6.99 also on 8/12 my card was debited $8.99. I would like to cancel the $8.99 subscription. I do npt speak clearly. Gave me the wrong order, then no one will answer their phone.Also took ten minutes to acknowledge me when picking up order.

I'm having trouble with the channel

Trying to upgrade to premium and add Hallmark now it's telling me I have to do it through the Amazon site Amazon does not speak English properly and cannot understand my issue and will not help me fix the issue only thing they can do is uninstall

Order was messed up

The other night I placed an order and all the shakes were wrong and the 2 icecreams were as well. After spending like. 40$ needless to say I was pretty upset.

Not working

Notification comes up when I try to watch friendly TV say there's an updated version and I should highlight the app on the home screen and press the star button and I dis that and nothing happens just goes back to the original notification. If I can't watch it by tomorrow I am canceling it

Complaint

Ive been a Friendlys Ice Cream customer for many decades. I have been pleased with your products but recently I was serving some guests, my favorite Pistachio, and opened the container. Much to my surprise, I noticed a large amount of your product was missing. Looked like QC missed their assignment! Thought Id let you folks know! I couldnt dish out as much as I usually do.
