Need to know if you can be frozen
I need to know if it could be frozen I have a little dog cannot eat this in seven days. Please respond back to me as soon as possible. I would like to try this on my dog

Made my dog sick
Found super hard sharp pieces in the chicken/potato roll. My dog was getting very ill quickly he couldn't even walk a block (lethargic, un responsive, off balance) and as soon as I found those sharp pieces I stopped the food. He started to get better 2 days later, then 5 days even better and by day 10 off the food he was back to his old self (doing 3.2kl run walks, brighter eyed, responsive)

Weve been feeding our KANGAL Shepard freshet for approximately two months and she loves it!!!Im reading all the reviews and some have rated this product negatively.Could it be some folks do not store the food properly??I store Harleys food in its own drawer in our fridge and its at its recommended temperature and weve had no problems.Before starting this diet her eating habits were somewhat spasmodic.But now she eats approximately 3 pounds a day and loves her new diet.She weighs approximately 100 pounds and is still growing.Shes only a year old this past march 31st and we contribute her new diet as a contributor to her weight as well as her health.Her coat is shinier and she sheds far less.Her energy level is thru the roof as is her overall health and strength.We for one thank the makers of fresh pet for producing a product that is taken right from the refrigerator to her bowl and is made with what we believe to be fresh ingredients.We all buy food from the market to consume on our own dinner tables that have product recalls and we continue to buy it believing that the company will correct the problem so we can buy more.Such is life.Thank you fresh pet

Huge chicken bones found in serving slice fresh pet roll
This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed by fresh pet I have been using fresh pet for 2 1/2 years I have never encountered this kind of huge issue chicken bones found in the serve and slice roll of my dog food this couldve definitely damaged my dogs intestines and even more serious couldve killed him had I not been diligent as I was slicing the fresh pet roll shame on you fresh pet shame on you I am going to post this.

Hello, I absolutely love your new commercial where a guy has a date in his house and she opens the refrigerator and questions why the freshpet is in the refrigerator. He says its the dogs food. She says yes its the dog food. Then he shows her the door. And he said to his dog...she doesn't get us. No one understands unless they have evolved. We used to think dogs belong outside. We used to think they should eat that gross canned dog food. Dogs were not nurtured like they are now. My girl Abbey is so damned spoiled it isn't funny. I applaud you! Kim

Spoiled product
The product purchased and perhaps needing recalled was Fresh Select Multi-Protien Complete Meal. My sister feds this pet food daily to her pug prior to this event. Going on two days her dog was sick. He has a overly healthy appetite so his food portions are monitored. He wouldn't eat his dog food which was very unusual. In addition he had difficulty doing to the bathroom. She tried getting him to eat so she heated up pet food for a few seconds in the microwave. Sparks began popping out of the dog food. Trying to make very certain this was a problem with the pet food and not issue with something else she brought it to my place and she tested a new batch of the food in my microwave. Again the pet food started sparkling and became on fire. Clearly there is a metal containate in this Fresh Pet Dog food. No wonder he became ill. This is so upsetting because our pets are part of our family. She would like at the minimum a refund since most of the bag needed disposed.

I called.the company and they blew.me off. She said that's why we yell you not to put it in the microwave.

My husband discovered there was metal in my dogs food my dog became sick. She was drooling. She acted like she couldnt hear us couldnt see us. She was dizzy she stopped eating for days . and she didnt start this until she ate this food for the second time I didnt believe that the food had anything to do with it when she got better so I bought another bag, Im taking her to my vet and going to have blood work done to see what is wrong.

Death of Dog
I started feeling this to all 3 of my 5 pets a year ago. 1 died after being 100% healthy, another one is older in age but has declined and thrown up so much. Lastly my French bulldog has experienced healthy issues. I DO NOT recommend this food. Nothing but issues in 3 out of 5!

make my dogs have Diarrhea . for weeks bad out date not good at all i call them fresh pet . they the food was bad try to get rid of me with a Hundred dallors i say no. dont buy bad food almost killed my dogs.

I have not had any problems with FreshPet. My puppy loves it.
My puppy loves FreshPet. No problems. Only feed it to her once a day. Always fresh when I buy it. That's all

Bad batch- Fresh Pet Food
I shop at Costco and routinely purchase the Freshpet food for my dog. This last trip, I purchased two bags of the food and my dog would not eat it. The bag looked to have an abnormal amount of green in it. Both batches were bad. Costco advised to reach out to the company.

Quality has went down hill!
I have been feeding our Boxer mix Fresh Pet for about 3 years. Then we started to notice that our dog was having skin issues, he had infected hair follicles between his toes, he had a sore on his elbow and around his lower jaw. Took him to the vet and the vet said it was food related and we needed to change his diet. Unbelievable change, in 4 days the sore on his leg was gone and healed up. The infected follicles between his toes had cleared up. Previous to this he also had diarrhea and blood in his stools. He ended up on antibiotics, and steroids. Something with the quality of Fresh Pet has changed drastically since we started feeding our dog it. I tried to post on the Fresh Pet Facebook page but it wouldn't let me. Then I noticed the page had zero dissatisfied posts. So it seems they monitor and review everything before it gets posted. Also when we called Fresh Pet they offered a vet that they have on staff to assist with our dogs issues. I found this very interesting and it seems that the rash of related complaints has spurred Fresh Pet into having a vet on staff. If they maintained better quality control and didn't buy substandard products then maybe they wouldn't have issues. I am done with this company, I feel for those of you who have lost your pet and hope that those who are currently feeding Fresh Pet realize that they may be making a mistake. I thought we were doing a good thing and it almost ended up killing my dog.

Fresh pet is dangerous recall
Well I just left the veterinarian hospital my dog has had all the same symptoms throwing up diarrhea blood in the diarrhea and what is this amount to its from this *** food apparently since they had the recall in 2015 they haven't improved their standards because dogs are getting sick again this is ridiculous and I'm praying to God that I caught this in time and that my dog is going to have a complete recovery for this
