Excellent job by Darren's team
Darren and his team painted the entire inside of my single wide trailer and fixed a broken cupboard and doors for washer dryer. The place looks brand new. The fixed cupboard is a perfect match. They were neat and very professional

Paint is peeling off
We had our house painted by a local Fresh Coat Painters. Its a large Victorian and we had a hard time finding a company willing to work with us. We eventually found Fresh Coat but we ran into problem after problem after problem. Honestly, theres not enough room to list it all here. Now, its 26k and a year and a half, and the paint is peeling off really bad. It looks terrible and our local Fresh Coat went out of business. Needless to say, were not very happy.

Disappointed
Called and talked to a call center that got me in contact Eric the owner of the local franchise. Eric and I spoke and he told me to text or call him when I arrived at the house that was to be painted . I called and text 3 times with no response at all . The house is my mothers who doesn't live there . I traveled 85 miles to a no show , no call back. Don't use painters with call centers. Never a good idea !

We won the court case and the company did pay us as the court instructed. I still would never recommend this company. BEWARE!

We hired Fresh Coat of Fishers to paint our kitchen cabinets. Alyssa Holton/Owner did a terrible job and sued us for payment and lost. As of January 2019 she was to make payment to us and still has not. Her workmanship was terrible (See photos - grass marks in door and blue tape shows all marks left after painting completed). She explained the process but did not follow through on what she said she would do. She stated in her response to our review on her website that we were ruining her reputation and we had no prior complaints. I expressed my concerns through the whole process and even contacted corporate. She is the one ruining her reputation not us. Please note that she was the one to mention the law suit but neglected to mention that she lost. I don't know if all the other reviews are legitimate, but I would BEWARE of this company.

Owner that can't pay his employees
The owner of new bern, NC owes my husband 32 hours of pay. My husband was a great worker and since this guy Thad took over he has been cheating people from over charging then on paint saying we do 2 coats of paint but really only do 1 coat. So he dont have money to pay the 2 employees that worked for him. He is a con. He will con you out of your money and do a really bad job. And yes i am writing this review and letting people know the truth. Beware..... Con artist. Thad Hatcher is the owners name and i want everyone to know that hes a con.

Fresch coat painting, did terrible job, and way overpriced.
Fresh coat painting based out of round lake, il is a terrible company. we had them paint a bedroom and bath and charged 800$ and it took way longer than they said, the painter was very slow and took alot of breaks and was on his phone alot, the paint is pealing and the taping is coming through where they patched it. i am reporting them to better business bureau as well. i would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. the owner has no idea how to run a business and he needs to find better employees that actual work.
