My account is no longer frozen so I can now receive credits and be able to actually cas out.

I completed an offer that I was never paid for and posted a negative review on trust pilot. I still completed another offer and it was supposed to post today. Instead I got an email from trust pilot saying that freecash wanted the review removed for being fake. So I verified it my sending multiple screenshots of proof. Shortly after freecash froze my account. I had to verify my ID which I did but they have not removed the freeze nor has customer service responded to my attempts of communication. My ID, email, phone number, and my PayPal are all verified.

Not getting credit

Ive been trying to get credit for an offer completed. But customer service just gives me the round around. They dont read my messages. They just keep sending the exact messages back.

Account frozen

Theres been a little small issue with my account when I try to go for a withdrawal Here what it says We're sorry to inform you, but your account has been banned, because o ur system detected that you're using a VPN, which is violating our terms of so I contacted customer service they said I need to Verfi my id So I did and now instead of being banned my account is frozen can you help keep my account unfrozen for me my email is lewistravis323@***.com and free cash id is -903****

Wrongfully banned and money stolen

Hi, my Freecash ID is (596****), I was wrongfully banned because of Norton vpn offer, I was charged triple the amount I was supposed to be and I called customer service and they said it was a mistake that I was charged that much. I had a ticket open for an offer for wildcasino.ag, I spent $27 and was never credited, I have the email saying I deposited $25 and that totaled to $27, I would have only made $3 on this offer, which I did not know since it says deposit $20 minimum on the offerwall, I completed it though, out of nowhere I was banned, that ticket lost, the money in my account unable to withdraw, it just said 0, I feel scammed, now I got awarded $7 for an offer today, it shows in my account, I can't withdraw, that is MY money, not yours, I could have withdrawn the money remaining in my account when I got banned before, but no warning or anything. Chat customer service is terrible and only replied saying the reason and never responded again, this looks terrible for your company, and has turned all my feeling negative towards you, I also completed the Sofi task for $55 the morning before I was banned, give me MY money

No credit received in almost 2 days

The hours for receiving my credit keeps Changing. They told me that I would have to wait 23 hours for a text and I did that but then it told me Id have to wait 7 hours so I waited again and now theyre telling me Ill have to wait 8 hours. This feels like a scam because I should have received my credit from the offer by now. Im sick of waiting and the time keeps changing.

Inappropriate Banning

I belonged to your site for over two weeks. Yesterday, I was bannned. Why?? I was told that I had two accounts. I only had one. I have three email addresses that are used for different purposes, I admit that I might have forgotten which address I was using when I logged on, but should I be banned and the coins that I was saving for crypto which I had earned fair and square be taken from me? No response at all from freecash. No apologies or explanation - nothing whatsoever.

No help if offers don't get paid and tell lies about having read messages, which they clearly hadn't. Wost customer service ever.
