This is by far the nastiest restaurant I have even been in ! There was something spilled all over the floor in front of the pick up area! Not to mention the counter where they flipped pools of water off of the trays they put dine in orders on ... The kitchen was sooooo nasty that I saw a lady literally slide across to check the fries and onion rings. This is sad ...

Cleanest

The floors in the place were very filthy, greasy fries, napkins trash on the floors, the tables look like they have been wiped but were not dried off. Very sticky. The soda machine ice was piled up, the trash cans were totally full? And it was just not a very pleasant experience and that for particular location. You had to look for a table that was clean. Very few of them were even acceptable to sit down at that no one had been out wiping off tables at all. Thank you very much for listening.

Overcharged on app. Got charged twice not a good feeling. Make sure you do it right before you order.

Dirty eating area

I came from out of town and stopped at Freddys in Conway arkansas. I love Freddys food. But it is terrible when its 1:47 and there are only 2 tables that have customers and I walked all around the tables looking for a clean table. Not one clean. I got water and napkins and cleaned my own table. Workers were not busy at all. If this was my business I would be so upset. Needs attention immediately.

My rewards account

My husband and I took our granddaughter to Freddys in Liberty, MO yesterday for her birthday. I am a rewards member and have been for awhile. I had a balance of 170 points before we added our meal. The system said that it was added. But when I went in to confirm there were no no points added? Then I noticed the email that was showing on my profile was just a bunch of letters? So I edited it and added my correct email address. But then it removed all of my rewards including the 170 points I had on file. I have tried to login to complete a customer form but it wont let me without confirming my email and when it sent me a code it wouldnt let me go any further because it didnt recognize my correct email. The correct email address is pmgirl21@***.com. I even tried to open a new account and it showed that my name, phone # and email were already in use? I need to have someone fix this and add my 170 points plus the new points for order bar code 164423****975 please. We spent $25.45 and now I cant get any of my rewards at all? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

No refunds?!?!?!?!

DNO REFUNDS and absolutely disgusting! Buns are tiny and soggy/drenched. The sauce they use smells and looks like vomit. I was so disgusted I didnt even take one bite. I was so upset I left and drove all the way back only to find out we dont do refunds. Overpriced $11 for one repulsive sandwich. Worst excuse for a burger Ive been served in my life and the worst customer experience of my life. I will never eat there again and I will convince others not to.

Worst customer service!

I just went by your drive thru in Las Cruces, NM. and encountered the rudest associate Ive ever engages with. She handed me my order and as I said, excuse me but I ordered a half and half custard ( which is on my receipt that she didnt give me, I had to ask for it) she interrupted me and said the chócate was in the bottom. So I then asked fir a napkin because there was custard all over the container. She shut the window and to keep tone bringing a napkin. When she returned I asked for a receipt and once again she just shut the window. She was not able to print a receipt ( Im giving her the benefit of the doubt when I say she missed this training day) at this time Natalie assisted her. I asked Natalie if she was the manager and she said yes. So I reported the associates rude behavior to Natalie. Who assured me she would speak with her. Now I arrive home and start to eat my custard and there is no chócate custard. So the associate was not only rude but she lied. So I called Natalie once again and let her know that her associate lied as well as was rude! I will not go to Freddys ever again and I will let everyone I know about my experience there today

Placed order and was not all delivered

Placed order and did not get sodas or concretes that we paid for. Manager was rude and dismissive blaming door dash, Everything was on receipt in bag but the person that delivered only brought hamburgers. !!! This place is ridiculous, no option given but to drive out and pick it up.. WE PAID for delivery, deliver it!!

Unsatisfactoty service

At approximately 12:22pm today 3/30/2023 I ordered a double California burger meal. The problem is I did not get any burgers on my sandwich, it was bun, veggies, and sauces, nothing else. This happened at the Kansas City, KS location 9800 NE Berry Rd 64157

They said they didn’t have any food but when we was passing by they were sitting in there eating

They told us the inside was closed in the drive thru was open,but they were only sellling custards.They closed@***0 and it was 9:14 ,as we passed by we saw them eating the food they so claim didnt have.

Uncleanliness review

Was at your restaurant in Creve Couer, MO on Fri, March 10th, at approximately 3:00 pm. Due to the fact I was dining alone, I couldn't help but notice the uncleanliness of both the dining area as well as beverage station. Beverage spills all over the self serve counter, unclean floor, littered with fries, and crumbs on tables. What really struck my attention was in spite of the fact that the employees had no customers, they were either talking or just playing around instead of sweeping and wiping. When this was brought to the counter persons' attention, the only response was a blank look, and finally grabbing a broom. This made me question, the cleanliness of the cooking area.

Cold food and didn't even fill the fries up half way

Girl who took my order kept blocking what the guy was putting in my bag. It was so suspicious I should have checked my bag. My friends have also been treated like this at this drive thru too in Olive Branch, Ms

No app working. No free burger

Wrong order given to other people. No apology for mistake. This is 3 time coming never got free burger for opening app. App doesn't work attendant doesn't or isn't qualified to comment. A lie is what Freddy's is stating. I ask 3 times for why no free burger for opening app. This fall on deaf ears.

Poor service

I do believe I was given food that had been given to another customer by mistake. They took several orders and was asking each of us to park without any explanation as to why. Normally you would be told there is a waiting for fries or burger but no they took your money and had me to wait for 20 minutes for cold fries and food that had been touched. I was on my way to pick up my daughter from college and this had already slowed me down and I did not have time to turn around so I wasted $12 on food that I threw away. Terrell TX Freddys will not have to worry about me ever going there again and I would like to be refunded. I know everyone is short of help but you cant play with people food and health.
