Elapse insurance policy issues

67 5******** We have paid at the 1st of the month and was told that as long as we pay by the first of the following month we were ok. I got phone call from local office 06/26 telling me my auto policy was elapsed? I was told today the last month of policy no grace period. I say nonsense and this was never explained to me. I need this reversed due to it wasnt my fault, due to the wasnt communicated to me or did any one call to explain before 06/22? I still have same payment date the 18th? Thank you for your help!

IM PISSED. CLOSE TO PRESSING CHARGES

I HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO MY ADJUSTER SINCE MARCH ITS NOW JUNE. IVE PAID OVER $3000 FOR A RENTAL AND NO SUPERVISOR ( DAVID PEREZ OR MAURICIO CHAVIS) HAS EVEN HAD THE COURTESY TO CALL OR EMAIL BACK. Predatory Practices

I was hit by a driver who is insured by Fred Loya. After accepting liability, the customer service has been terrible. I feel sorry for the people that don't think they have any options. My claims adjuster will not return my calls and now they have left me without a vehicle. I cannot rent a car and "hope" that Fred Loya will reimburse me. I'm filing a complaint with the state of Colorado and seeking a lawyer tomorrow. @fredloya

I need to speak with someone about my policy yesterday I got insurance but not what was told to me it changes 3 time and I was there in the office 20 minutes I need collision insurance added to my policy the lady told me she couldn't add it to my policy

I need collision coverage added to my policy the lady told me that she couldn't offer that.. the road side assistance is not necessary and I was also told it was free Im at risk of losing my car because of this I need help and I think that this can be fixed quickly

The Ross location has the worst customer service experience ever been with this company for several years and they are very rude janella needs more training to be really be a manager cancel My policy.

Janella is a very rude rep I will never do business with this company due to her and her rude team they all need more training.

Locked my key in car

Call to get my keys out of the car and there was nobody to do that nobody answered the phone couldn't get a hold of nobody no 800 number or anything else

I'm currently Sitting on the Side of the Road trying to contact Roadside assistance but all the Numbers seem to be Fake what Exactly am I paying for if I can't even get anyone on the phone to help me.

Fake Numbers for fred Loya insurance, Road side assistants is this just a big scam insurance company?? Its Just crazy to me that they are quick to collect payments but to get any kind of help no one answers the phone and none of the emergency numbers work after hours when someone needs help! The agents are great at getting you to purchase the insurance but the insurance and Road side assistant extra charge is doing me no good if I can't use it

Yes, there's still an issue, nobody telling me why I have to wait for forty days before they can tell me what they want to do to my car. I have no car and no one is making any provision
