Payment

Keep asking for the account number and I put it in and it kept repeating itself I would like to talk to someone plz trying to make arrangements to pay my account off

Collection removal

Under the fair credit reporting act i have the right to have a collection removed for inaccurate information howe er when i submitted my dispute you guys acknowledged you had incorrect infirmation yet instead of removing the account you told me you will update the information this needs to be amended as soon as possible or will seek further action with my lawyer thank you

Please help

Hello the reason I have sent a email today is I would like to request a Goodwill deletion I'm a stage 4 cancer survivor who not only had to deal with the hardships of covid self test very hard for me to be able to work this is the only collections on my credit and it's hurting my score from being able to get financial help I need his son to please get back to me I would greatly appreciate it the amount is only $300 I would pay it if I was able to unfortunately I'm not and I don't know what else to do I appreciate your time either way also I have already sent in a dispute for an accurate information on my credit report it shows you guys have my address as 6517 Maynardville Pike Lot 4 when my address is actually 6517 Maynardville Pike Lot 12 however if there's a easier and more simple way I would like to take that route once again thank you for your time and I apologize for any inconvenience

Abusive collectors

Recieved a call an immediately the collectors attitude was so unprofessional it became unpleasant. The nerve that this company has to harass the ppl, especially in this pandemic times!

They are on my credit report twice with no explination of who they are trying to collect for. This is rediculous they are messing with my credit report.

Received a “bill” for $35.00 from a supposed physicians services

EVIDENTLY A FRAUDULENT COMPANY! I Received a “bill” for $35.00 from a supposed physicians services, yet I was on hold nearly 10 minutes while they looked for the information about who I “owed” this money to. I finally hung up. I will be checking my credit reports now which will waste my time and trying to get to the bottom of this. Ice never not paid a bill. Ticks me off. Their reviews are 1 Star and filled with nothing but stories about their scams. Who has time for this BS. I’d like to know how anyone else has addressed this. I’d like to pursue action.

A negative report is showing up on my credit report that are not mine or invalid.

Violation of the law

Never dealt with them yet they are on my credit report!!! I have contacted them several times they can not validate or provide a contract bearing my signature and still have not taken the fraud account off my credit report.

Dispute Fixed

After our review of the issue, I wrote both the customer service manager and Dan Franklin about the issue with back up copies of the dispute. We also disputed all of the issues with the credit bureaus. They have all been removed. Thank God!

Beware of Franklin Collection and AT&T

After cancellation of AT&T Uverse we returned the Modem. AT&T Closed the account 60 Days later and never notified us that they never checked the Modem back in. 6 Month later we get a collection notice from Franklin Collection. Never knowing how this works we called AT&T and they took payment. We thought the matter closed. 2 Months later Franklin Collection sent another notice. We checked and AT&T credited the payment back because the account was closed. We paid Franklin Collection promptly, but now they state their policy is to not remove the collection from our credit. Score dropped 100 points because of a $165 AT&T Screw UP. Shame on them for not having a way to get this removed. I will be sending them a letter and also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will also write the Consumer Protection Agency with a complaint. This is Criminal!

They hound me continually

Over several years they have placed me in collections for debts they can’t explain. No documentation of services rendered or nothing. Each occurrence the bill is higher than the last. So I get a call for a debt and I had not used the service that they were trying to collect for. These people are hoods and thugs.

Falsely representing lifecore.

I happened to look at my credit acore and what do i see? Franklin collection agency. Before i left lifecore i asked my therapist tracy who used to come by my apartment in parkway terrace 108 did i owe anything the following month which was in November before i left had checked for me she said no i was good to go so in regards to this i have a lawyer who is sending yall a nice little letter in the mail concerning this matter at hand hope to hear from yall very soon cant wait until yalls mouths drop oh sleep tight them bed bugs are a ***

They are illegal

i settled a claim in january with a different collection agency and 5 months later franklin services calls me to collect the rest of the money after i settled the acct.

Sucks

They called and left a message with my employer to have me call them. I called them and they asked for an account number, I told them my employer received a call from them asking to have me call so I have no account number. They then said what is your social security number and I said you are not getting that and hung up. Bogus company calling and trying to get my SSN. They can go pound sand.
