Beware

trying to get refund on gift cards for frank theatres,theatre was bought out in York.pa.now what do I have to do to get a refund on my money???? no phone number available to speak to a human.i have 2 gift cards with credit on them the numbers are:732180****8206 30****and the other card is732107****8781 27**** now how to get credit ???????

Grit your teeth for mandatory ads or watch the movie on cable

I resent paying for the privilege of watching 3 dozen commercials as a captive audience. That takes a lot of gall. I suggest they confine themselves to previews and features - I get inundated with enough ads on commercial TV and [now] even YouTube.

Filthy

I just wanted to voice my concern in reference to my visit to your theater in West Delray, Fl on 12/31/2019. I attended the 4:30pm showing of Jumanji in theater 9 with my family. I was surprised to see that the seats we had were not clean. The cup holders/arms and floor were wet with soda from the previous patron. The floor was sticky. I asked to have it cleaned and that was quickly attended to. Thank you. But there were many other seats in the same condition. Unfortunately my visit to the restroom was a disaster. Paper was strewn all over the floor. The toilet stalls were dirty and many did not have toilet paper. I have been going to you theater since it has opened. I am shocked at how dirty it was. I have never seen it this bad. I felt it was something that should be brought to the managements attention. I hope this was just an off day or maybe you were short staffed. I look forward to seeing things attended to upon my next visit as I have always had a pleasant movie experience in the past. Thank you for your time. Happy New Year

No, i do not recommend

Is this place going out of business? I cannot imagine they can stay in business with such poor customer service. I have 3 rechargeable gift and loyalty cards which they will not accept at the box office. My emails have gone unanswered.

Criminals

Bought $100 gift card last Christmas to give as a gift and now with over $60 still on it Franks Theaters in Venice changed hands and card won’t be excepted. I’ll try to write to the corporate office via US mail and no response. Think I’m going to have to contact Florida’s consumer protection division.

Impossible to contact

My local theater closed and I have tried multiple links which don't work as well as local theaters trying to find a gift card balance. I need to know the balance and where actual Frank Theaters exist because all of the numbers I find indicate that they are Paragon Theaters

Hot and bothered

I went tonight to see IT with my son. For the whole 3 hrs, there was no air. For the last hr, I had to keep walking in and out of the theatre just to get some air. They could've said something but they didn't. All they did was post a sign on the door at the end of the movie in which It didn't matter then. They should've gave everyone a voucher for a free movie. I love going to Frank's but if the air isn't working I would like to be notified before the movie starts

Received 2 gift cards for your theater. Have at least 50 dollars left on them . Would appreciate being reimbursed ! The south Venice theater has changed ownership and will not honor the cards. Please let me know my recourse on this matter. 941-475-****

My Frank Theatre Loyalty Card

I ordered tickets on line for Rocketman, Saturday, June 1, 2019 4:20 PM. I did not have a problem with the transaction or printing the tickets. I had a problem trying to sign in. When I put my user name/email address and password, it told me that it was not correct and I could not sign in. I tried called the number for the Delray heater but was told it was disconnected. Frank Theater-Venice FL 34293

Since about the first of the year the movie selection in our local theater is outrageous. An example of today's selection preparing to go tomorrow. THREE HIGHLY PUBLICIZED MOVIES ARE AT ALL THEATERS EXCEPT VENICE. FL 34293. Why?????? I do not want to go 20 miles one way-either direction to see these movies. Why are you no longer having these premier movies. My friend and I have been going to Franks in Venice for almost 8 years every Tuesday. It became Girls Day after I lost my son and went into deep depression. This became the method of getting me out of the house. Now we go every Tuesday without fail. I am so upset and disappointed that-as seniors-to see the good movies we can't see them where we live. I'd like an explanantion for this asap. Its so disappointing after it becoming a special day to have lunch then go to your movie house. I find I can't call you-why? and calling the local theater is pointless. They have no answer. I PURCHASED SEVERAL DOLLARS WORTH OF TICKETS AT CVS PHARMACY, SHOWED AMC THEATERS, BU IT DID NOT SHOW THAT FRANKLING THEATERS IN VENICE, FL WOULD NOT HONOR THESE TICKETS, ONLY AT MANGERS DISCRETION. HOW CAN I RECEIVE MANAGEMENT DECRETION WHEN BY PHONE I AM TOLD TO "LITERALLY GO PIS UP A ROPE! I AM IN MY 90'S AND MADE THIS EFFORT FOR A CHRISTMAS GIFT ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY CANNOT BE USED ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND CVS WILL NOT REFUD MONIES ALSO.
