Unauthorized charges
I was charged $37 by this company despite not being subscribed, signing up for a trial or even having a membership. I was unable to dispute the charges with my bank as the transaction was still pending. So I reached out to formswift customer service regarding these charges. Instead of the Rep looking into the issue, they disregard my concerns and just kept repeating that after their free trial ends, then they charge a subscription fee and they can't issue a refund. Even though I said multiple times that I do NOT have a subscription with them nor have I signed up for a free trial! This company is fraudulent and stealing money from be people. Watch out

I need to cancel service.
My daughter thought it would help if I decided to sell my house myself. I am just not tech savvy and she had to leave town before we could practice. Its seem to be a great service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
Customer service sends you back and automatic reply No one actually looks at your account or information. If you send them a second third and fourth email you get the same response! They are a fraudulent company that will charge you without your permission! No looking into it or care for a angry, unsatisfied, legitimate customer!

I just canceled my account before the completion of my 7 day $1.99 weeklong trial as I found their system to be quite clunky. I got a call this morning from my credit card fraud prevention team to query a $37 payment to formswift that went through before the trial period ended. I called formswift and they said it was an auto payment as though Id forgone the 7 day trial after 6 days. The $37 payment coincidentally went through when I canceled my trial period. The person at Firmswift seemed far too familiar with my situation and said she would reverse the transaction within 2-3 business days. When I asked if this money would have been credited back to me had I not called and was told no, but I would have up to three days after the $37 to get the money back. This is sleazy behavior in my opinion and I dont know how its even a legal business practice. I do know Im really uncomfortable knowing Formswift now has some of my tax details on their system. Zero trust in this bunch and strongly recommend readers avoid using their clunky service.

Cancellation complaint, I was charged on the date of cancellation. I was given a 7 day trial my 7th day ends at 12:00 am which is 1/3/23. I was charged this fee 1/2/23 st 1/2/243. Please advise and refund my account immediately
