They didnt fix water heater they were sending someone ekse at the ext day he called and refused to come out until bge box was removed I DO NOT HAVE A BOX they said everyone does I even contacted bge and they said that box is for those on the energy plan. I called a friend who was a plumber he came out and said it could only be 2 things and they said fhey checked both HE SAID GET YOUR FRIEND TO DO THE WORK THEN although I am on a home insurance and hung up on me the first guy called I told him to just go in I was with out side with my grandaughter he called back and said it was fixed and need a ceck for my copay HE WAS AT MY NEIGHBORS AND WENT INTO HIS HOUSE SAID HE REPLACED THE ELEMENT my neighbor said tbats funny tgere was nothing wrong with the heater They are suppose to come back today and had better fux it

Heidi of Foremost Heating and Plumbing - She is ignorant, she is rude, and she is trifiling!!!!!

After a conversation with Heidi, technicians came to my house on a Sunday to install the faucet. They were polite, friendly, and from what I can tell - did great work. Once it was time to pay, the technicians quoted $195. I explained to them what the Heidi told me on the phone and they made two phone calls, confirmed that it was $175, took the check and left. After about ten minutes I received a call from the Heidi. She seemed very annoyed and told me that she would never quote a price of $175. She went on to say that the company had been charging $195 for over ten years. She and I went back and forth for a while but she seemed to become more agitated as the conversation went on. Eventually, I told her that we would have to agree to disagree and that I would happily mail the $20 difference if she would just verify the address. I told her this three times. I also told her that the technicians confirmed the $175 price with someone from the company while standing in my kitchen. She became irate. She told me various rude and disrespectful things, amongst them was "Obviously, you need the $20 more than I do. This is not worth the headache and you are a complete waste of my time. Don't you ever call my company again". With that, I hung up the phone. I said all that to say, if you want great work and enjoy being verbally assaulted, feel free to give this company a call.

PSYCO SECRETARY & UNACCEPTABLE WORK!!

Heidi, the secretary, is a nasty, belligerent, unprofessional, emotionally unbalanced person who did nothing but scream and curse at me and now will not accept responsibility for her actions. We received a letter from the town inspector that Foremost had failed to have their work inspected and they were going to fine us because of it. When I told Heidi about this and that they are responsible for having their work inspected, she told me, a customer in good standing that had paid several thousand dollars to the company she works for and therefore, pays her salary, that the inspection is "not their *** problem"(Foremost Plumbing) and that I should "read the *** letter", instead of helping me to get the issue resolved and avoid the fine or even just to understand the situation and clarify any questions. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. When I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, she lied to them & stated that the owner Robert Gonce answered the complaint when clearly he did not. She answered the complaint herself and if you had read it, you would see that it was written by someone with a 3rd grade education (if that) and not the owner of the business. Foremost Plumbing had originally replaced our water heater. While installing the water heater & removing the old one, they damaged 14 steps and had to repair everyone. Then they failed to complete the job by having the final work inspected and leaving us holding the bag with a pending fine. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEIR WORK IS SHOTTY & HEIDI IS A NASTY LUNATIC! THE OWNER ROBERT GONCE NEVER ANSWERS ANY CALLS AND NEVER RETURNS THEM PERSONALLY--ONLY NASTY HEIDI ANSWERS THE PHONES. SHE IS A LIAR AND CRAZY! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION & USE SOMEONE ELSE! IF YOU HAVE A HOMNE WARRANTY COMPANY THAT RECOMMENDS THEM, REFUSE & ASK FOR ANOTHER! BELIEVE ME, YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Nasty Customer Service with COD required after the fact

My hot water heater broke on a Saturday afternoon. I called my insurance company and they approved Forstmost Plumbing to come to my house on Monday. Two plumbers showed up and said they could have the special order water heater ordered and installed on Wednesday afternoon and that they'd take the form of payment as personal check, cash or credit card. I signed an agreement which said in bold print at the bottom of the carbon contract-that if there is a $45.00 returned check fee. After not hearing anything I called them Wednesday morning at which point Heidi told me that I was a liar and that her plumber never said any of those things to me. I was so taken back because I had the information and location of the place they were going to see if they could get the replacement (not sure how I would know they would be using a company in Glen Burnie if I was 'lying'). So, first she called me a liar. Then after I told her I thought that was very inappropriate of her she told me that I would have to pay in either cashier's check, money order or cash. I told her that was really inconvenient and she told me that was too bad and that COD was the only form of payment they'd accept from me....hmm...seems to me like discrimination. So I scheduled them to come out on Friday between 12 and 5. I rushed home at 11:30 making it just in the nick of time. I called Heidi to get an update on their status so I could run to the ATM to get the rest of the cash before the plumbers arrived. She said, "It's Friday and we don't call our technicians for updates on Fridays!" WTF...really? So when they arrived I had half cash and the half other--both check and credit card available. Well their top copy of the same contract I had signed said "CASH ONLY!!!" obviously wasn't on my contract-they wrote that after the fact. So the plumbers called her and she said that since I didn't have all of the cash up front, even though I happened to have half of the cash in my wallet and a check or credit card available AND offered to run to the ATM just down the road to get the rest of the balance in cash she told me it was too late and I'd have to reschedule for the following week. I heard her then tell the plumbers, "Don't touch a *** thing in her house, get your tools and get the *** out!" So this left me with no hot water for yet another weekend--and it's winter folks, 20* at night--cold showers are NOT fun...we're going on 9 days now. And I'm convinced, after how nasty she got with me and she clearly wasn't willing to work with me, that her instructing her plumbers to leave immediately was a malicious and vindictive move on her part. I cannot explain how rude Heidi was and how unprofessional. I'm not sure how they've been in business this long but my guess is with an attitude and customer service like that-they won't be around much longer. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! It was unfortunate that my insurance company had already approved them for my water heater replacement so I was stuck with them. If I had known my experience was going to be like this, I would've purchased Plumbing for Dummies and installed that thing myself! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
