Ordering problem

I placed an order using Food Panda in July and everything went pretty smoothly. The food came within 30 minutes and there were no problems. Less than 2 months later I tried to place a repeat order and it tells me that they cannot deliver to my address. No explanation, no way to find out why this is the case. Today, now, l just received the worst service ever! I placed my order before 7pm and received my order at 8:30pm!! The driver shouldn't have the option to pick up as many orders as he can!!!

I placed 2 orders this evening. My 2nd order cam 40 minutes before the first order. Control should not be given to the drivers to overload their deliveries, making the customer wait. That ticking time doesn't work either!!! They never accurate!

I have spent weeks trying to get a response for our restaurant. Login doesn't work, customer service says just wait a few months and someone MIGHT get back to me. What the *** is wrong with this company?? How do I get any help???

No refund

Had to cancel a food order with KFC over 3 weeks ago. KFC cancelled the order for us because they could only offer spicy chicken at that time,we do not eat spicy food. Food panda who handle the orders have still not issued a refund. Their online chat tell us that it will take 3-5 working days to come through. We have been told this three times now! Absolute rubbish service! Order no. p55v-e4v8

Another driver who is cluelss

I simply wanted to check the order. The driver, busy entertaining his girlfriend and had shoved my food under her bag in the FOOD PANDA pink carryall. Too often wrong orders. I said no check order do not want order. Then later see he lists it as a could not find me? I was right there. He is the one that was not working instead courting his girlfriend. FOOD PANDA sends mem SMS that will need to pay for order. Do Not prepay with FOOD PANDA. Coldd food wrong orderss. Look at the reviews. make your food at home cause this company is only headaches.

Basically stole my money!

I ordered & paid for a food delivery from Foodpanda. The driver could not find my location even though Foodpanda had delivered to my address over 20 times in the past. After 1.5 hours of waiting customer service came on the phone, I explained that I was unhappy & my food would now be cold. I requested to cancel the order & get my money refunded, to which the telephone agent agreed. Thirty minutes later Foodpanda sent me an email that stated as I had given the wrong delivery detail, non-delivery was my fault & that I would get NO refund. Note, the delivery address on their website is 100% correct & has recieved goods multiple times from Foodpanda, indeed it is the same address as my legal company registered at that address, approved by the Thai Government. I am therefore without food & at a loss for B1,400.00 all due to one of their motorbike delivery drivers being unable to find a very simple location on Punnawithi in Bangkok.

Refund fraud on my card for food not delivered

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered and gave the drop off address to deliver the food. They took money off my card and ignored delivery instructions and did not even contact me even although I gave my mobile number. No food was delivered and I was charged. I will chase this up with my bank as it is stealing. I complained on their app and I was assured that it would be investigated an led rectified. Now someone has emailed me stating I wont be refunded with no further explanation. Would recommend to never use this app.

No delivery

I've spent ours today registering with Food Panda, finding the Big C pages and ordering my three dogs' food - I can't drive from Sansai to a Big C store as my car is in for repairs. Finally, I made a small order and inputted my address as requested. Delivery was expected - I'd given the same address as that used by electric bills, other online orders, etc etc, I was very relieved - and happily waited my delivery. My ;phone rang- it was your delivery person - who didn't seem t know where I lived - turning left off highway 118 and easily found as the small moo baan where my house is located is straight up the side road itself. Your delivery man called me - I told him where the turnoff was and what he would pass before turning into the small moo baan. It soon became obvious the driver had very little English - and I have very little Thai due to my age (78) - but my descriptions of how to find my house were clearly given. He didn't turn up - when I asked my next-door neighbour to call him back there was no answer. In addition, when I got back to my computer I found you had cancelled my order. void thDue to my age and poor health, I had intended to use your service in future for most of my grocery needs - but it's now obvious farangs are not high on your customer service lists. I've spent most of yesterday and today to get registered with you and make an order - my time has been wasted by your delivery person's inability to do what I expected as a long-term customer of Big C. I would also note that , over the 16 years I've lived here, other delivery services have managed to find the moo baan where my house is situated - although it may have taken a little time. I am very disappointed and now must find another way of getting what I and my three dogs need. Please cancel my membership of your so-called service - obviously I cannot expect an acceptable level of service from you.

My account and profile is wrong

I cant order because my account is wrong. I try to change including my profile, I canceled my app, I downloaded it new, but always if I put my phone number inside its coming: this number is already in used. I have only 1 phone number and cant used a other one. Since 2 weeks I had sent messages to you and had chats with your bed service. I did already all what the told me but it dont work. Nobody help me to get back my account. Is there anyone in your company who interested to help a costumer? Call me: +668********.

Verry bad service

I lost my account. I canceled already my profile and the app and started new. On your map and my profile is coming a wrong name and address. My address is gone on your map. I still stay: Jolouis House 3/2 moo 1 Maenam Koh Samui, Surat Thani. My phone number dont change: 080451****. I cant order under the wrong name what is now in my profile and if a give my phone number inside its coming: the number is already used. Why my account is gone and how change it? I would like to have my account and profile back that I could order.

Still not manage to get my problem solved

I have multiple computers in my company, One IP address have been blocked. So, i can, yes i can still order food for my employees. But my main computer where i work at daily base cannot access the website due to blocked ip address. I tried to clear that block, but no success. Maybe i should order food from some other supplier

45 minutes late delivery due to rider fault uneatable food and no refund is offered!!!

Ordered by 18:10. Good was ready by the restaurant by 18:25. We live 5 min away. Recurved by 19:20! Food was cold and hard as wood. Some items were missing. Foodpanda CS refuses to take responsibility. Ended up paying good money for food we did not eat! Why???

Bad service poor support and lack of responsibility when something goes wrong

Food was not delivered on time due to driver laziness to contact us. Not to mention missing items in the delivered package. As a result the food arrived after 75!!! Minutes rather than 20-30 minutes. The food which arrived was ineatable cold and hard as wood!!! I contacted the customer service with evidences yet they replied in arrogant way claiming they are not responsible for late delivery or cold food, yet it is not correct it was under their full responsibility but they dont want to provide refund so they cheat, lie snd deceive!!! Bad company with bad customer service!!!
