Refund of my order

I have sent a complaint to your company last week about my refund, but your company has not refunded me back my money. It has been more than a week and since I complained about the refund, but your company has yet to refund me back my money. I am very frustrated and angry right now with the amount of effort put in this situation.

This time again they cancel my cash payment method

This time foodpanda really made serious mistakes.i have two accounts on this food panda.n both is under my daughter s name.this foodpanda just go and cancel my both accounts COD payment method.they don't even bother to check which account I use to made the order.they just cancel like that.actually they should check first before deniing my cash payment method.what a ***

My phone number applied under foodpanda is tied to another email address

Hi, I have been using the food panda for quite long and previous my email account: yunseahshweeyoon@***.com is tied to the phone number 9177****. This phone number account I have purchase a foodpanda pro but now I change phone and login but the error stated that phone number is tied to another account. I have check with the help support team and they say cannot assist as email verification failed. I scare end of the year they will deduct the money from my bank Please assist asap? Didn’t want to refund my money

So the other day i ordered food, but foodpanda rejected my order & Ive paid already. Checked my bank it was in a pending status, so i waited but then i checked again today, the transactions were successful??? I want my refund back and i couldnt even order anything at fp nor open my app

No Refund after wrong Delivery of items

FoodPanda has done wrong delivery and their customer service asks to wait for 24 hours to get any response, and there is no refund or redelivery done yet. When i informed the driver who delivered he asked to contact help from foodpanda delivery app, but so far no solution provided by foodpanda and I am still without any items that I have order and some other order is with me .

Payment issue error double payment

Made an order, went to take a bath. Came back to a message stating my card has been denied. I just click "Okay" change my card details and placed the order. Then here comes the driver delivering two orders to me. I went to online to check with the customer service. All he told me was, I placed 2 orders, I got two orders. Imagine speaking to a bot, who just keeps repeating "You placed two order and got two orders, sorry I am not able to assist you. We will forward this towards our technical team and have them review it." Came to this webpage and lo and behold. I wasn't the only one having the same god damn issue. Wow, it happened multiple times and this still isn't Foodpanda's problem? What is worse is, this is the second time this happened to me. Is this why Foodpanda is about a dollar cheaper than Grab or Deliveroo? Forcing you to make two order?

Fed up with foodpanda

Here is another case with foodpanda again! Two weeks only ! I would like to share this out to advice that please be prepared that what experience you will have if you are foodpanda user but haven got this experience before... I did checked with help center regarding the delivery fee as i can see my apps was showing that pandapro subcriber entitled free delivery, somehow when i was about to check out, the system shown i would need to pay for the delivery fee and even higher ( thought of non peak hour ), so foodpanda help center staff asked me to proceed with the order but do come back with them with the charges occured, and i proceed then... After the order completed, i went back to the help center, they refused to refund me for the delivery fee and saying that "the restaurant dint participate in any promotion of free delivery", i told them i checked with the staff before i place order, and proof them our conversation , but they just ignore me and keep repeating on the same excuse ! Ended up they just end the chat box and never even solve the problem ! I started another chat, they still repeating the same thing they did, finding excuse, ignored my word and close the chat ! I have more than 10 times experienced that help center ended my chat without solving any problem! Everytime they would just apology and said that give a chance for the improvement, but what they have been improved all along? They even no longer have emßail support, what you face will just go to their lousy help center...They wont bother any complaints and feedback now as they thought their business expanded.. I never have any bad experience with other delivery platform seriously, i have attached my evidence to showing the truth

I cant believe they downgrading their rank themselves!

I'm writing this email to make a feedback how foodpanda pissed me off seriously. I was asking for help on my order, and ask to check with the restaurant that the menu confused me not only once ! This wasn't happened first time, i placed order in this stall for their fried fish fillet, ended up i received with a curry chicken ! I looked for support, they just refund me without checking with restaurant. And now, 2nd time, i placed order for the same item, then received with curry fish ! What is going on with this stall !? I doubted the menu isn't same with what they really sell, so i looked for support again, and they asked me is my order wrongly received, now is not about wrongly received or other reason, i would like to find out why the second time order, still, item received different with the picture and description! Then what have your staff done to me ? Just compensate me with the wrong item, that's it, and ended my chat, it's been happened to me 3 times ! I want to know whether the stall are cheating or not, but not just compensation! Other customer will still facing same issue if they don't know about it. I've spent $15 to meet the delivery, not $5, but always ruin my appetite with received that order which not place by me, then you only refund me with the partial amount without understanding whole incident. Eventually, I still have to make another order if the wrong item isn't suitable for consume... I believed that i m not a VIP customer and even considered regular customer, but i truly cant believe deal business in this way unless someone objecting me now. This is very wrong when their chat support staff doing this to me, cannot solve the problem, and just ended my chat without explain a single word, every time have to repeat the same thing before i starting inquiry as it is customer support.. I still hope that they can look into this issue seriously and i wrote to their email support, but they have closed this support and same issue happened again! Referred me back to online chat support, then ! I been cut off the line by them again ! Lastly, they still never solve my problem and shut me up with $6. Felt dissapointed and decided to bring to every consumer...

Horrible customer service

Had a bad experience with foodpanda (06/06/2023), Ive placed an order for lunch from MrKelong (Kampung Bahru) Self collection via Food Panda app and proceeded to collect my lunch using the via directions from Foodpanda app only to realize the restaurant does not exist. Ive got the number from the app and call the restaurant but received no response so I went to look to the customer service and explain to them the issue. Despite explaining to the customer service the restaurant does not exist with the link provided on the app, they decided to copy and paste the exact same link to me so I went ahead and took a photo for them telling them that the google map link provided lead me here and there is no such restaurant. Ive told them to cancel my order as I only have 60mins for my lunch time and Ive already wasted 24mins despite Food Panda is not going to refund my order because the order is being prepared by the nonexistent restaurant. I went around looking for food and realized my order has yet to be cancelled so I went back to look for customer service requesting my order to be cancelled again and the customer service wanted to look into the matter for me again despite me telling them to just cancel my order. The customer service member proceeded to send me the same message Youll be able to locate Mr Kelong Kampong Bahru by using the location information provided in the Order Tracking Page. Just press Get Directions for guidance.(Come on? I already know and did that?) Which I snapped as that was what Ive did and told them that Ive used the link, the place is non existent, then they proceeded to paste me the googlemap link again (images as attached). Dear Food Panda, please kindly send your team for proper training or appoint a more competent team that understands basic English to hand the frontline. Thank you Food Panda for making my day awesome. *thank you for some friends for highlighting that the shop no longer exist, but I'm still not getting my full refund.

Item missing

My order is short of food, but foodpanda refuses to refund my equivalent value, and the agent's service attitude is very rude.As a healthworker, we have to prepare food for the night shift,but the foodpanda did not make the correct compensation for their outdated. Everything I lost is worth much more than 18.5SGD. I don't think this is a reasonable compensation. Late at night, me and my colleagues were not only starving but also offended by this rude service. I was very disappointed.

Deliver cancelled by Foodpanda and marked as I cancelled it. I am not getting refund

Yesterday, I have placed an order. Rider called me, and he cannot deliver that the lift is not working, and he will call the team for cancellation. In a minute I got a call from a person and asked me if AI have requested cancellation. I said No, I haven't requested. Since he cannot climb, he called for that request. Then he asked me to go down 30 floor and collect it. I laughed and asked for a refund. He said okay and disconnected. After call I haven't got any money as the person marked as food wasted by customer. I am using food panda since 3 years and never got this frustrated. Not going to use food panda until I got this issue resolved. Marked without my knowledge and asking customer to bear the cost. Chat support was keen to close only. This is the first time I have seen a customer support forcing customer to end chat.

Unreasonable problem handling

I was made 2 orders from Mc Donald via Foodpanda on 21 MAY, each order included 50 burgers & 50 French fried. Total 100 Burger & 100 French fried. But we just received only 52 burgers and 60 French fried. We also report this case on your application but there were no any explanation? You send a very irresponsible answer: "We've thoroughly reviewed the details of your case and we won't be able to proceed with a refund". Then you said this case will be closing and I was shocked. I have check the camera at lobby and I wonder how can 100 items from each order is just in a small bag from the delivery man? Please recheck this case. I can send the camera pictures if your side need. Thanks & hope to hearing from you soon

I waited for refund since 22 April 2023. Food Panda cancelled my order on 22 April due to no riser, no food delivered yet deducted my bank account for $33.79. Then send me ask me no worries will refun

FoodThen asked me to wait 14 days , food Panda will refund.Spoke to 11 person from Food Panda help center.. keeping me same story, that is the best they can do.. wait for refund.. then next put my case resolved , in progress on 4 May. Today is 11 May, I still dont get my refund , my money back!! So shameful and irresponsible act. Now put me on portal in progress.. no one call me, email to me and I keep texting and no response, no reply. I am simply being ignored by Food Panda. What is the matter? Food Panda cancelled my order due to no rider, yet no food delivered , cancelled and deducted my bank account for $33.79. Why no refund to me? Am I suppose to be treated like this and no refund? No food delivered, waited 14 days since 22 April, today is 11 May , I still dont get my refund back. Please go look into this matter and demand a refund immediately. No one call me, no email and simply put my case resolved and said a representative will call me .. until today no call, no action ???

I did not receive my refund money back!!

On 7 April, my order was cancelled and I did not receive my money back after waiting for 20 days. I spoke to few different agents and they are telling me the same thing. I am very upset with their service and how they handled my case. Many times, they just ended the chat without giving me the answer that I want. This morning when I contacted Cindy, she said for cancelled order, money will be refunded immediately to my wallet pay. But in her next few statements, she said will need to wait for 14 working days and she said my refund was not processed due to some technical glitch. The statement that said my refund was not processed due to technical glitch, I have heard this from her other colleague 8 days ago and now she saying the same thing again. So I would like to know have they processed my refund back? How long more do I have to wait? Can someone help me on this!

FoodPanda are thieves

The food delivered to me was not what I ordered, and I could not eat it. I requested a refund immediately through the Foodpanda chat. My Bill was 21.04 SGD, but the refund was 5.75SGD. They kept ~10$ on an order that they made a mistake on. That is stealing!!!
