Im rejected to apply a rider

Goodafternoon. Nainis ko lamang po sabihin na nakailang ulit napo akong gumawa at nagapply sa panda rider pero ang nakalagay po ay naka rejected ako. Sana po ay mabigyan pansin ang aking mensahe na sana ay matanggap ako .

I ordered food and the rider did not deliver

My food was not delivered by the panda rider. He did not even return it to the store as he have said. I ordered at Pizza Hut Antipolo. As I was checking the time span of delivery ,the rider placed 20 mins. ,sa isip ko thats fast. Usually it takes about 45 mins'. the longest from my experience. Medyo weak ang signal that time because it was raining but still tried to track the rider so I could wait for him outside . I've noticed he was running on a different course and not to my given address. Don't know what really happened but the rider was blaming me kesyo dinadaya ko daw address ko etc. In short he was blaming me? ang customer who payed at nagbgay ng tip is the one to blame? parang mali yata! Anyway ,I'm reporting this driver to panda. I want a refund back to my Gcash . My order #f4lx-roua to Pizza hut

Pls resolve my issue with the rider asking for payment

I want to complain with the rider delivered our order..i already pay thru gcash and gave instruction to the rider to drop the food at the guard..he asked for the payment with the guard without asking me..pls tell your rider to be honest and pls refund my payment they charged mo double Gcash-2427(discounted) Cash payment-2985

I ordered and the rider did not pick up my order. I need to pick it up myself. I paid for the delivery fee and spent money to get the product as well. It's hustle and very inconvenience and now, they dont want refund the money I spent.

Obvious Robbery

Just tonight. I ordered from Food Panda and I paid via Gcash. We were waiting for our order but because it was taking so long. I once again checked the tracking and to my surprise it disappeared. I was puzzled by it because I know that if that tracking disappears, it only means that the food was already delivered. But we didn't received any and so we messaged the customer service about it and this was their useless reply.

Overpayment to rider

My daughter ordered at mcdonald's using your app on July 3, 2023 amounting to 527.00 but when my son pay him, he gave the 2,000.00 without knowing that it is overpayment since he is a special child (autism). He got the money on the table and since it is 2pcs of 1,000.00 he gave all to the rider but the rider didn't return the money. We notice it when we look for it and ask my son and he answered 2pcs of 1,000.00 bill. I have emails but no response received. You can call me at 0939822****

They scammed me. Top up their wallet and then you can't use the wallet to pay for food delivery

Food Panda's Pandapay process is a scam. You top it up and you can't use it to pay for food you ordered. I tried orderdering from 8Cut Burger and I can't pay for it. I used Grab to order.

Debit from cancelled order

I ordered greenwhich yesterday i accidentaly place order i didnt know my order was push through. Food panda did not notify me that may order was being processed amd upon checking on my bank account i was deducted a 624 from food panda but the food was failed to delivered.. can i refund my money please.

My ordered drinks was not yet delievered and I paid for it thru Gcash

I orderd at Sturbacks worth 375.00 @2pm today, June 10,2023, until now they havent delivered the drinks. I think the drinks will be coming from Starbucks. at Cristina Condominum branch. Can you help me on this if not please refund my money.This a bad experience for me.

Not honest bad service

i have ordere groceries at lotus and paid rm216 to food panda. Suddenly they cancelled my order because the riser cannot reach me. I ask the help center for call me but they said cannot. And i ask the rider phone number they cannot give because of privacy. Nothing do to help me. I settle mu case by myself. After investigate this case why the rider cannot reach me because the address suddenly change when he arrived. I dont change the address. But the rider have proof by screenshot the address suddenly change and i kept it as proof. Also the reason they dont want to refund my money because order consider as wastage for their partner. You know that i called lotus and they have refund my money to food panda they dont said it as wastage and i also have proof they already refund rm194.58. Everyday ask for return back my money but no good response and respect from them. Very bas customer service and company. Scam customer money.
