Rider demands extra charges

Riders charge extra around 200 rupees along with the mentioned delivery charges. It happened twice moreover they behaved rudely when we show them the receipt.

Worst pizza delivery proofs are attached

Mera card charge hua per order cancel kerdiya aur refund bhi nahi ker rahe hain

Maine ordrr kiya aur card se payment kari phir akhir mein mera order cancel kerdiya jub complain kari to woh keh rahe hain ke refund nahi hoga kyun mere kiya galti hai phir maine cash on delivery ka order kiya woh rider agya to us se pehle wala rider kyun nahi aya yeh sirf dikhane ke liye kiya tha it means rider jhoot bol raha hai plzzz mera refund karein kyunke na us ne call kari na door bell de na woh mere gate ke pas aya

I pay but Order Can’t received… after sometime status will order is delivered…

Friday. I order Pizza From mid town pizza.. I payment from my debit card which is after discount and all that amount is 857.99. I wait 2,3 hours after 3 hours show on my food panda Status Order Delivered but I dont get any order or call

SCAM ALERT

Foodpanda scam i placed order on foodpanda about 7:30 and till this time 11:57 I have not received it. I talked to branch manager of KFC and he told me they didn't receive any order from foodpanda. I made payment through card and there was no cancelation option. I talked to two of their customer representative and you can see their response in chat. both kept telling me, they can't cancel my order while not telling me the reason of it. (I think you have option to cancel it if you choose cash on delivery). update: latter in middle of night they changed the status of the order to delivered, which I didn't even received for the record, KFC closes at 12:00AM and last time i check at 11:57 they had not delivered it. i talked to my card company representative, he told me they will get them through Visa. Hopefully I will get my money back.

Cancelation ride ,but cancel amount not cut

Sir assalam o alaikum sir I have a request for jk restaurant, I have. A bill 476rs , I leaving on dropoff I'm waiting customer 25mimt but he didn't answer on lots of calls , I'm return going to jk restaurant,And return the order and , pandas , roadmaster admins inform that cause customer not received the call , and I click the picture to send admin name (Hammad) I'm right on mxg just a few late ,admin Hammad chat was close, and yesterday the cancelation bill wass attach, 476rs I'm not paid because I'm not taking , this Friday night scene,and yesterday full after riding with full of fairdup, please sir 476s cancel I'm poor guy I'm not paying this money , I'm even it say , panda you call the restaurant and confirm the order was taking or not , please sir remove the collection,(3749)order I'd) My I'd 146****

Complaint Regarding Order not Placed but Charged

Assalamualaikum I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an issue I encountered with FoodPanda. I placed an order on 17 Jun 2023, and despite the payment being charged to my account, the order was not successfully placed. I initially launched a complaint through the help service on 17 Jun 2023 for seeking resolution. After raising a complaint, I have received a phone call from a representative form foodpanda, during conversation the rep has promised me that the amount Rs. 5902.49 will be reverted back to my account within 3-5 working days. However, this case has been going on for more than a month since I raised the complaint, but the issue remains unresolved. The lack of prompt response and the prolonged delay in addressing this matter are highly disappointing. I kindly request you to take immediate action to rectify this issue. I expect a refund of the charged amount to be initiated promptly

Rider mentioned address mein aaya nahi call kar k kaha mein minar-e-Pakistan k pass hun jab mein us k address mein gya to Wahan koi nahi tha call ki rider ko to us nay bataya k order cancelled kar Dia without information or Wahan say chaly gya hai Order cancelled 10:50 mein hva or rider NY call 10:55 mein reach k ki (red attached)

Sent Damaged Product & didn't exchange or Refund.

Ordered an expensive Beauty Product, received half of it spilled and bottle was in Pathetic condition. I have no doubt that it isn't expired as well. Upon requesting multiple times, all they said after 24 hours is that they cannot refund or exchange the number. They also don't provide you any number to contact, all you can do is rely on a chat with an AI. Worst service.

Frequent practice of Missing Items

I switched from Cash on Delivery to credit card . On one day last week my one complete order went missing worth Rs 3 k approx n in other order three plate food was missing . System is good but it seems that riders r misusing it . It happens mostly when u pay thru credit card . Food panda refused to refund both but after my continuous complain they refunded one order . Other order with 3 plate missing items is still not refunded . I usage of food panda is approx 40 times a month coz my lunch 8-10 people r is only thru food panda . I use in evening n breakfast also once or twice a week which makes it 40 orders per month. I can't check every order on road every time . My 90 % orders for 6-8 people average . Only solution seems that they should introduce shoppers like TCS or other courier in which seal can't be broken . Yesterday night 2 wings were missing from KFC order . I can't complain for every order . It's painful . I pay tax of minimum Rs 200 m to 500 m per year so food amount is nothing . It's waste of time to complain even once a month . I complain so system errors could be removed . Some thing Should be done

Order# mo1y-y26s cancelled due to restaurant and they are not refunding

Dear Team, I had to cancel the order because they are not trying to complete the order requirements if they cant write on the cake they spouse to close the option for writing in the application of foodpanda. When there is option customers can order for anything is available on application and instead of your team be strict on policies for restaurants foodpanda team is asking money from customers on the mistake of restaurants that is making wrong impect on your customers base not on restaurant spouse restaurant pay the money for that and even food is not spoiled as its cake n you are telling me cannot be refund due to this reason.this is really awful the service. Anyway i am requesting this money to he refunded as soon as possible to my account back or else where i can reach to get this money i will do it. What if i ordered cash on delivery then they have to complete my request why they didnt and plus they wasted my time and the day even though and from your side its not acceptable if this is direct from restaurant can understand they are stealing money but foodpanda is a third party and foodpanda is having their own customer base and running on that base foodpanda spouse not to do such mistake with restaurant. Waiting for your prompt response on same.

Complaint of order

Ordered food from kababish Restaurant Rawalpindi through foodpanda. Food delivered was of very poor quality. No match with pic given on foodpanda app. Contacted help center of foodpanda but no satisfactory response. Waisted my money. Just a fraud Restaurant. Foodpanda response also very poor.

Pathayic food the quality food which they deliver cannot be given to animals . My last orders with a a food vender is so bad quality that even animals can't eat

I order food from saras kitchen. Food quality is so bad that even animals can't eat that food. This Vander must be baned at food pands. You can check my last order from my history. I will try my level best to stop people from ordering food from food panda.

Didn't received my order from last 2 Hours

Dear Panda Support Team, Its a kind of fraud when you show expected delivery time 40 mins and deliver order after more than 2 hours. I will feel guilt for placing order on Foodpanda and this was my last order because you staff made me fool and wasted my time. AND IN THE END AFTER MORE THEN TWO HOURS THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER I waited till morning just to recieve the bread and jam. shame on your services and your staff. If your are not capable to deliver order at night than just dont accept the orders SHAME ON YOUR SERVICES. I am going to uninstall this app and next i will use other app as their services are much better than foodpanda. Regards, Abdul Wasay Khan
