I buy food the price is RM21.95 but the food is out of stock and foodpanda will refund me but just RM17.56. I need to know the reason why i just got refundable at RM17.56 ? My is RM21.95 ? Can i got the clear clarification about this as soonest!

Complaint

Hi there, My name is Ms.Chugan. I ordered food from today and the rider delivered at wrong address. He never called also before delivery. Then I contacted customer service, Tony responded. I explained well to him about the issue...He keep on telling same answer, already informed another team. I told him my parents need to take medicine and need breakfast, dont make it delay again. While talking he ended his chat. Blairdy rude. I contacted again and Jay responded. He ended chat as well. I told them aldy. It was not my fault, your rider issue. The Tony said, rider got proof of delivery I said yes I saw but wrong house. How many times my dad need to go oit and double confirm. Although they will refund or whatever, my question is why food panda rider got this issue? Why Tony and Jay ended up chat just like that while customer still need their assistance? They must learn their lessons for their rude attitude. I paid for my food and treated like *** and my elderly jeep on waiting for the food, then only can take their medicine. Take action pls! Tony and Jay(customer support agent). The rider dropped the food at wrong house but keep on telling my house, it was not my house at all.

ORDER NUMBER = #j6ju-6jar DELIVARY DETAILS no 11 , jalan Kajang east 4/3a persint 4 my order delivered to wrong address send to address no 11 jalan kajang east 4/3 ,this is not my delivary address. Driver never notify customer during delivary , driver just keep the item in frant of house and just left like that . house owner about to move from her house and noticed and she quickly informed thru group whatsapp. I am working very far and unable to run back to collect the item on the spot , she left my item at guardhouse. i bought 3 fridge item and by the time i reach home yesterday was 7.45 pm. My fridge item spoiled. I contact 3 helpdesk staff yesterday immediately but none of the acted accordingly. Driver has attached delivary proof picture shows house number 11 it was not my house. One of the helpdesk ( 3rd person) staff told me that driver send to correct address because proof picture shows house number 11. street number is not countted? just can throw delivary item at any street with house number 11? does pandapro delivary works that way? 3rd helpdesk staff told me that someone from customer service department will contact me asap , but until now none of them contacted me. my order was not delivered to correct address yesterday and corrective actions was not taken accordingly. my fridge item spoiled . i need replacement for my fridge items.

Order cancellation

Address given was correct, rider cant find the location and cancelled my irder. there was nobody contact me yet they said unable to reach out me. when i chat with customer service they refused to provide the rider contact and said the rider is unreachable. without any investigation they refused to refund my cancelled order.

i ordered d laksa n it was big one that included with 2 fish balls but it seems like the normal one and without fishballs.

My refund rm216

Last 3 day i have ordered groceries from lotus by food panda apps. Suddenly cancelled by them because they cannot reach me. I reach their help center by chat with them ask to help me settle this case but they wont by keep give excuses. I asked them to call me they said cannot and i asked them to called the rider to call me back they cannot. I asked the rider phone number also cannot. Then i have to sertle my self and after investigation. I found that the address suddenly changed when the rider arrived. I dont change the address. Something very fishy here. The second order i order from pandamart arrived well without call me at my address that i give. So its not changing and corect. I have proof that the rider screenshot and give me the photo the address suddenly changed. Then I asked them my refund because its not a small amount it rm216. But they refused because they consider the product as wastage for their partner. I called lotus and they dont consider it as wastage also they have refund rm194.58 to food panda on the same day but food panda keep give me excuse and dont want refund back my money. Very bad service not responsible and honest. Asked me to wait for 24 hours then they will contact me but nothing. I contact them but very bad response.

Didnt receive the food

I paid RM 257 for pizza and delivery to my home address. The food panda delivery guy posted photo beside a road and confirmed delivered. I submitted complaint to customer service and their feedback is they escalated to special team who will contact me in 24 hours. Its already 3 days and still nothing happens!

Poor Customer Support

I made an order at 9:49 PM and have been waiting for 2 hours. The reach out to cancel my order but the agent refused and insisted to should wait for it until 12:10AM. Furthermore, she offered the voucher as redemption but later she said due to the limited system this cannot be fulfilled which is very frustrating. Very poor customer support.

Rider delivered the food but everything was spilled. Nothing can be save and foodpanda refused to refund me. Im already angry bout the spillage, and then 3 agents not helping, now no refund ??!! Im no longer angry, im *** pissed !! How can you not giving refund when theres not 1 item i can feed into my kids mouths.. you think I simply want to spam and complaint many times ? You think i got free time is it ?? But i had to do this koz yo u people refused to refund me. Req for MCB also cant do. Lousy procedure ever !!!
