I'm a regular user of food panda ...but for past few months I m facing different kinds of problems .. sometimes it's related to food , instructions or sometimes with payment method ...for these issue whom should contact ...help center has automated answer which don't satisfied me at all... On recent delivered order if I contact someone he had no answer except this ...we have shared your matter with the relevant team ... They will contact you soon ...and this soon will not come ...who will be responsible for my losses... I have two accounts in my use ...and you can check how much I placed orders ..but you have no customer service...

Order cancelled without refund
My order # yrob-3a55 I have made a clear note to the rider on the delivery location. See photo attached. Order was cancelled due to unreachable location. It was stupid and unacceptable. I need the refund. Couldn't reach foodpanda via customer service phn number displayed. Number not in service. Wonder!! Why??? Mcm kena scam je

Closing the account for cash on delivery
Our family use food panda service for 2years. Suddenly , food panda closes, cash on delivery service. One of the problem is, if one item is not OK,as per ordered, the whole order has to cancelled. I don't know is there any solution for that.

Foodpanda is a good initiative for home delivery of food. However the service quality vs ranking of this company is not adequate. Still lots of lacking needs to be improved.
Foodpanda is a good initiative for home delivery of food. However the service quality vs ranking of this company is not adequate. Also there's no direct helpline service, no customer care number is provided properly, delivers wrong items, on offer products mostly they provide less quantity foods, delivery cost and over all costing is too high for even less costing food items, delivery time also takes long, based upon location the services are not always available specially at night, has to order from different foods from different shops with multiple delivery charges, etc. There are still lot of lacking and management issues, it needs lots of improvements.

Customers service poor, don’t have any solution to help me solve the problem
Payment issues,payment not safety. Cheat my money ,using touch n go payment no need using password,just enter the pin then loss my money. Not safety. I order milk tea rm22 with voucher. But confirm order is rm34.79 without voucher. This is very cheated my money and doesnt safety. Foodpanda payments touch n go is not completed and convenience.

Vendor cancelled my order because rider is too busy..
my order was cancelled by vendor and riders is too busy,,, refund money is still not get back. When i want call the customer service is not available. The number is cannot used anymore and try to chat but take time.. nak taip apa panjang2 kalau boleh nak refund duit balik .

Cancelled the order
I place an order for Goldilocks- Nova Square. I write the correct address with complete detail and working phone number. It happens the pinning got wrong. The rider contacted the receiver and inform that it will out if her area. Then my order has been cancel and Im not eligible for refund. Then dont know where is my order now.
