Question on an order
No complaint. I used a Fons and Porter white marking pencil without checking the fabric before marking the quilt Now I can't get the markings out. Do you have any suggestions or help? It's my own fault.

Subscription problem renewal I still haven’t got my subscription. I tried to call the company and I talked to a man that could barely speak English and I’m not sure he got that I still haven’t got mym
I was given a gift subscription to Fonz important magazine. It has not come yet. I have tried calling the company and the person who answered the call barely spoke English. I dont think he understood what I was even asking him about. I was trying to tell him that I have not received the magazine and he said that it would take at least 5 to 6 business days for them to get back to me and they will be doing it by phone. Im sure it wont be a convenient time.

Finally found number after searching for too long going from one website to another before finding number. Resolved issue after great frustration.

I sent my payment two months ago
I continue to get billed and received another one today! I called customer service and could not hear the message. I chatted on-line and was transferred to a specialist of some kind. I was on hold for a good half hour and am totally frustrated with the lack of interest in my concerns. My last name is spelled incorrectly. I am billed as Peg Parsonss when in fact my last name is Parsons. My address is 2405 Tapley Lane, Wilmington, DE 19808. I did renew for one year with my payment. In Dec., I placed an order for Fons and Porter Love of Quilting for my aunt as a Christmas gift. After placing the order, I was emailed a message that tbe first issue of 2022 would arrive in March of 2022. She recently phoned me and reported that she has not received any issues yet. How do I know if it's still good or not.? The telephone answering machine is barely audible. I've tried for a couple of hours this morning. That's what's making me upset.
