No Payment
I completed a focus group on March 3rd. Signed up for focus group wallet and requested a prepaid visa card that never came. No one returns emails or phone calls. As soon as the company changed from Slesinger to SAGO it turned to TRASH Im out $700

Never received compensation
I redeemed points for a physical gift card, but high I never received.. Ive contacted their help desk via email 6 times.. I NEVER received a response.. they have no phone number listed and its practically impossible to contact this company..

no credits for submitted reviews, no respond from customer service after 3 emails to them, for few months excuse is ...'becose of high volume of requests company can't credit or respond...', since March 19.2023 up to July 2023 there is Focus Group , Sago, 101 Wood Avenue South, Iselin, New Jersey 08830 or previously part of Focus Group by Schlesinger, giant international company. chances of getting paid or getting in contact with NJ based company are smaller than getting xmas gift after mailing card to Santa contacting Focus Group by Schlesinger,are none because you cant get in touch with them regarding the fact than NJ company doesn't belong to them any more (regardless of the same company name)and you cant place a formal complain on their site or get a chance to contact customer service because their site doesn't allow you. contacting them over different ways didn't bring any results. after sending few friendly emails to their US provided address followed with copies of evidence than someone is doing business under their name company showed zero interest of resolving an issue or at least replaying to emails or returning a phone call

Haven't received incentive
I attended a study on April 11th on 18th & Arch...it was a mock trial study...which I completed...& the portal I went on to receive my incentive wouldn't recognize my email address/password, so I can't receive my $250 incentive for participation!

Suddenly unable to log in to my account
I earned a reward that is in my account and I cannot redeem it since I cannot log in. Reset the password several times, cleared cookies and cache, used different browsers and computers and still cannot log in. No response to my emails requesting help.

I have called, emailed, contacted through the site for over a month with absolutely NO response. This is customer service at its worst.

I completed a 90-minute focus group on February 27th as of today April 17 I have not been paid. The company does not reply to emails or phone calls. It's a total scam operation do not work for them you won't be paid.

Never Contacted, but Promised I would be
One of their clients had me fill out a long pre screener. I was then informed that I was accepted into the panel and would be contacted within the next 72 hours. This simply never happened! This organization has become really great at the art of scamming people and not paying them. Emails and phone calls are deliberately and totally ignored! Stay away! They are the WORST!!! Best avoided!!!

Have not received any response to my voicemails This is unacceptable. They make it virtually impossible to contact a live person. How do they survive on a customer based industry without giving customer service!

I had did a study on toddler products which ended on December 16th I have been calling Schlesinger group to see when will I get compensated no one has gotten back to me

Company doesn't pay incentives!
This company does not pay the agreed upon incentives for market research. I have been waiting for about 8 weeks now, and every time I ask, the company kicks the can for another "7-10 business days."
