I have not received my package
I ordered on Oct. 20 to receive in 8-15 days and these are birthday presents which have to be shipped tomorrow for them to receive in time and my package has not been shipped to me yet. It still says processing.

HAD TO CALL FMS TO MAKE A PAYMENT FOR MY STATE FARM ACCOUNT. FIRST I GET WITH SOMEONE AND HAD A PAYOFF ARRANGMENT. CALLED TO PAY FOR MY FIRST INSTALLMENT AND IN THE MIDDLE OF FINISHING UP THE PAYMENT, CALLS GOT DISCONNECTED. I CALL BACK, WAS HOPING THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON CALLS ME BACK BUT NO. I CALL BACK AND GET A NEW PERSON. RUDE, PERSON VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. OKAY I WAENT TO GIVE HIM MY INFORMATION AND MADE THE PAYMENT. HE SAYS HE COULDNT GET ANYONE TO VERIFY MY PAYMENT BUT WOULD HAVE MANAGEMENT DO A OVER THE PHONE PAYMENT VERIFICATION. WELL HE SAID HAVE A NICE DAY AND HUNG UP. IF MY PAYMENT IS NOT LEGIT WITH YOUR COMPANY FOR WHAT I AGREE TO PAY FOR, I WILL SUE YOUR COMPANY FOR MALPRACTICE. AND THE COMPANY DOES GIVE OUT PAYMENT COMFIRMATION. AT THE END OF MY PAYMENT I WILL CALL STATE FARM FINANCIAL AND SEE IF THEY HAVE MY PAYMENTS. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE WITH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DUMB PEOPLE WHO WORKS AS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Scam! Scam! Scam!
I just got off the phone with these people. They have been calling my number for months. I don't answer numbers i don't know. I look them up instead. For this very reason. So today when they called I answered it just to mess with them lol. They told me I had a debt with St Francis health care system. I had already dealt with this debt with St Francis billing department Themselves... She kept insisting that I verify my mailing address. She said the call was being recorded. Like that was supposed to scare my I guess lol. She was obviously not from this country where we have freedom of speech. So I told her I wasn't giving her anything. Not my address and definitely not my money. I told her I knew they were scammers and not to ever call my number again. She insisted they weren't scammers and after some arguing, she finally asked me if I wanted to have my name removed from their "calling list" lol. Oh and by the way they had the wrong amount of the debt...

Scam concern
650 pm 5-23-2018 Iowa. Now adult son’s credit is an old case created when he was 14 and all debts on his name aren’t to exist. This individual refused to speak with me or provide a number my son could return call to, what matter is about, because it’s a personal matter. I said if you are calling my home, my address, and harassing us for my son, then I need a way for him to call you. I insisted and repeated myself. He refused repeatedly and eventually hung up on me. How are we to correct this issue? I say scam and also annoying. This has been coming for weeks and calls daily multiple times a day! Ugh! Ten years ago this happened and now we have to get these calls????

Collection Fraud
I received a letter in the mail a few days ago and it just felt like Fraud to me. This is from FMS Inc. Tulsa, Ok. 74170-****. They are trying to collect for a $975.00 Account # 501999**-**40-263, Phone # 877-85*-022l It states I must I make a call to fore-mentioned number AND that I can even make the payment in three payments IF I CONTACT THEM WITHIN 30 days and I can deduct the 70% Settlement amount from the $975.00 AFTER 70% SETTLEMENT LETTER IS DEDUCTED. I DO NOT OWE THEM A DIME AND IF I DID IT WOULD BE DEALING DIRECTLY WITH MULTICARE HEALTH SYSTEM. THIS CAME IN A 9 1.2 x 11 POORLY PRINTED ON FLIMSY PAPER. I WILL SAVE THIS LETTER IN CASE YOU ARE NOT AWARE OF THIS FRAUD WITH A NEW TYPE LETTER BEING USED RIGHT NOW, ONLY USING A DIFFERENT PAYEE. YOU MAY CONTACT ME IF YOU LIKE. FMS called me today claiming I owe Asurion $134 for a bad check; I told them I don't write checks. I paid Asurion online. Sure enough, Asurion confirmed that I don't owe them any money for any phone on my account. The reason they became suspicious is because of the amount. Asurion makes you pay for repairs or whatever service up front, so you don't get the service if the payment doesn't go through. They started an internal investigation and told me not to speak to FMS again. They also said if FMS continues to call, block their number and keep an eye on my accounts.

Sophisticated Scam
(877) 858-**** is number shown as contact for "FMS Inc., PO Box 707600, Tulsa, OK 74170-****", with alleged letterhead member logo for "ACA International, Association of Credit and Collection Professionals". They didn't call but sent collection letter claiming debt for "returned item" (check #757525) to Wal-Mart #1237 in the amount of $1,257.56 plus fee amount of $25.00 for total allegedly owed of $1,282.56. Numerous clues this is scam: (1) I don't write checks; (2) last check I wrote was 10 years ago, and it wasn't to Wal-Mart; (3) I've never in my life issued check to Wal-Mart; (4) the few checks I've written over the past 30 years all have 4-digit check numbers, not 6 digits; (5) I've never shopped at a Wal-Mart spending more than $400 in a single trip; (6) Wal-Mart #1237 is in Erwin, North Carolina (I'm in Virginia) and I've never stepped foot in the Erwin, N.C. Wal-Mart or even in Erwin, N.C.. This is one of the most sophisticated scams I've ever seen.

My wife was fired
Excuseme... Not me. Is about my wife lynn demendoza that work for that company for 16 years. Today (may 2nd) she let me know she was fired because she was trying to reach the her purse and accidentally the her phone bip. All the phone is ON in century XXl. Just in case of an emergency... Everybody make a mistake, and to my understand, I think that kind of rule is wrong. Do you have a family?... lynn is my only family. I am the her husband and I think i have the right to know in case something happen to her, and i have the right to make a phone call to let it know if i am in the hospital... To my understand, Lynn was always a good employee and very dedicated and responsible with her job... I am Jesus DeMendoza, and I request to that company to reinstate my wonderful wife to her job. She is a wonderful wife and I will not want to see her depress and unemployee. She need to take care about me, because I can not work. i am a desable man, not very healthy... FMS Incorporated - school loan
Last month or so FMS called my cell - unknown how they got it - demanding I pay them over $21,636 in unpaid school loans. A couple days ago they sent a strange notice on the topic. It just so happens I paid off my school loans some 35 years ago. I told them this and to stop calling me because you're obviously a scammer. On last call, I told them, "well, if you think you're data is correct, just sue me so I can walk into the court with my attorney, show the paid in full documentation and sue you for 3 times the amount." Their calls seem to have stopped but the question is, how do they get people's address/phone/etc and how can they be stopped?

This company claims to have a check of mine,but has not sent me an image of the check,which has been requested 3 times now.They did not even know the name of my bank.My bank does not use this agency,and this agency requested my bank information.NO WAY are they getting it.It is a scam!I want it removed from checxsystems and their office,and consumer reports.

I pulled my credit report and saw 2 things on there for this company I have tried to call every number on the website, the numbers i found on this forum and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get to a person! I am SO frustrated, since when is a collection agency so hard to contact?! Has anyone else had this issue with this company? Does anyone have any other way to contact maybe a real person? I dont feel comfortable emailing them and with my personal info and I have no idea who this company is. I have never received a phone call or any mail from them. I don't even know what they collect for.
