Issue Resolved
Haven't been back, but my issue with double charging was resolved. I will go back only because of Krista, there are plenty of hair styling salons, in the area. Only one person I have found who truly knows how to cut hair. This is *** you have to write 100 words and I don't have 100 words to write. Get your ______together. I have answered my original letter. Why the writing about more of the same, correct this 100 words. I'm next going to file a complaint about this studpid box of rule, the "100 word Box" is dumb, dumb

Credit Card Ripoff's
I stopped in on wed. 5/13/15 and Krista cut my hair. (she is the only reason I would ever go back) anyway I paid with a debit Card and was charged 21 dollars and then gave Krista a Five dollar cash tip. Then the following day I check my account and Floyds 99 in Crofton, MD. had charged my card 44 dollars and had the nerve to tell me that " I" was the one who gave a 23 dollar tip. Watch this company. They are ripoffs if you don't check you accounts when using credit or debit cards they will scam you. I called and they gave me some lame excuse and said they would credit my account. well guess what I haven't received my credit as of yet a week later.

Hair Trimming Review
I took my grandson to the one in Northglenn colorado 3 months ago, we had to trim his hair when we got home ! there were long hairs ken h forgot, my grandson wanted to give it another try we got Jess c. We asked for a trim , she shaved his head !!!!! Now he has to go to school like that awful !!! Will not go back ever! Not even if they paid me !!!

Inefficient staff... Seriously waiting while 2 of you stand around
Four employes, only two cutting hair, a line on Monday morning!! While I sit here waiting patiently, two of you do NoTHing while we wait. Just doesnt make sense. Stand around and talk when you don't have people waiting please. It makes a very bad impression. At least the gal cutting hair is a sweetheart and is making sure he gets a good haircut.
