Terrible customer service

they are a joke. canceled my order, and threatened to hangup on me if i didnt agree to what they offered. a terrible company with the worst customer service i have ever experienced.

Never delivered flowers

Nothing but excusses from this company. Leaves VM with no callback number telling me "an issue has come up" for the second day in a row. Do not do business with this company.

Bait and switch

Ordered a nice arrangement of plants and blooms. They got something half the size with just flowers. Wont last and half the value of what I ordered. Look cheap to my friend and wasted money. Stay far away!!!

I bought roses for my wife for our anniversary and they delivered late

I paid a extra $5.95 to expedite delivery that day, they called and told me at 3:00 that afternoon they wouldn't make it and would refund my expedite fee. I contacted them and they sent a email say it would be taken care of. Still no refund. I don't think I'll ever see the refund. Everything else was good.

Undelivered Funeral Arrangement

I placed an order on May 28, 2023 for a flower arrangement to be the centerpiece for a funeral / Celebration of Life on June25, 2023. My instructions was that the arrangement must be delivered by 11am for the event beginning at 1pm, even paid extra for them to be delivered on a Sunday. The arrangement was never delivered and we did not have a centerpiece for our event. I am totally disappointed that this irresponsible behavior affected such a personal event for our family. I have continued to reach out to their customer service via phone call and the contact page on their website but they will not respond to me. I paid over $150.00 for this product and unacceptable service! Horrible experience and I'm now apparently out of my hard earned money!

Wrong flowers

I ordered an arrangement with yellow roses for my father for Fathers Day! When it arrived today, he got orange! I was livid, as my fathers favorite color yellow! I called the customer service people and they said the florist didnt see my request for YELLOW ROSES and that there was nothing they could do. Now I could have picked anywhere and I didnt because they accommodated my order. I paid almost $90 for flowers that are wrong. Do Not Be Scammed By This Company! They lie and had I read the reviews, I would have known they were bad. Now I get to try and figure out how to get yellow roses for my elderly father for Fathers Day while living in another state the day before. Unreal..

Did not receive what I paid for.

I ordered a beautiful Country Basket for my sister and paid over $95. She received a cheap looking bouquet that was in a glass vase. It looked like it had been picked up at a convenience store and shoved in a cheap vase.

Dissatisfied!

I ordered a floral arrangement for my daughters birthday to be delivered to her place of business. Although it was delivered just in the niche of time, it was NOT the arrangement I ordered and paid $70 for. The only thing that was similar was the color pink! I will never order from this company again and will never recommend them.

The flower was not delivered

Order it on 5/17 and paid for rush fee to deliver before 5/18 12PM. The flower didn't deliver. I made many service calls and nobody answered the call. The website only accepts E-mail for service request.

Order#342**** No delivered

Order#342**** Flowers not delivered. Do you deliver to Canada? Indicated they were #1 florist in Bracebridge. When Asking about my flower delivery, I just receive an automatic reply that they are looking into it. I tried phoning them and no response. Did not clarify with me that where they are located and I found out that they are U.S. based.

Order never arrived

This flowers shopping .com fail me big time they were supposed to deliver 5/13/2023 the Saturday before Mothers Day and they never show up . Today is Monday and Im about to call the credit card company. After speaking with there customer service . I get to understand that the company close on Sunday ( Mothers Day.) be careful when ordering make sure its a company you are familiar with.

Can’t get any information from this company

This is the worst company Ive ever done business with. I called several times to find out when this is coming and couldnt get an answer. I was told to call or email customer service and got nothing accomplished. I have no tracking number either, terrible service!!

No delivery

Ordered flowers for my daughter following major surgery. Received an email the following afternoon that the flowers had been delivered except they hadn't. My daughter has since been discharged from the hospital and never received the flowers. FlowerShopping's customer service is non-existent. No one ever answers the phone number provided for customer service and they never returned my emails or the forwarded message from their ordering number when I called them back, trying to resolve this issue. Don't waste your money here.

AVOID this company!!!

Avoid this company, they do not back their orders or their customers. I picked an arrangement for my wife, placed the order 5 days before delivery. Upon delivery it was apparent the Yellow Pitcher shown was replaced with a Tin/Metal Pitcher, the Sunflowers had numerous petals that were curled and browning (fungus/dehydrated). I contacted the company and provided the pictures and was told that it was normal for the flowers to be curled (never has they been prior orders from other florists) and was told the Silver Tin pitcher was an acceptable substitution for the Yellow Glass pitcher (yellow was picked to match wife's office decor). I have never expected the arrangements delivered to match exactly to the website, but to change the color of the container and the style with no upfront contact so buyer can accept or refuse is not a good practice. Previous companies have had to make substitutions but they stick with the same color, and do not include diseased/dying flowers. First time I've ever left a negative review in over 25 years of sending my wife flowers. All this company will say is that the arrangement is "acceptable", I didn't realize that over $100 for an arrangement to be in "acceptable" condition was how low their bar is set or I would have stayed with the other companies I order from. I have noticed they also don't allow customers to leave real reviews on their website, which should've been a red flag to me beforehand, and I did not do a Google Review lookup beforehand; you will notice that most of their reviews are not good and most are along the same lines.

Upset customer!

Hello everyone, this is my 2nd time attempting to order with this company, however this is the 2nd time I have been let down and left disappointed. And I just notice all of the bad reports they have from other customers. They did not deliver some flowers and balloon I ordered for my best friend while she is fighting for her life in the hospital. This company has horrible customer service. I don't want to type out everything and I don't want to say don't support them because this is how they feed their families but to the owner please correct how your business is being managed so that your business can grow higher and higher. I pray that you get amazing workers that's willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the customers are satisfied!!

Terrible experience

I ordered sympathy flowers- all white- as a sign of our condolences to my grandmother for my grandfather passing. The delivered flowers were bright pink and purple. Customer service was terrible and offered me 15% off my purchase price. They then said the flowers could be picked up to attempt to give me a refund. When speaking with the florist, flowershopping.com sent them the wrong arrangement and they were not willing to hold any accountability for their mistake. When the florist said they would make a new arrangement, flowershopping.com said I would no longer be getting any discount on the purchase even though I specifically ordered it for the same day and paid extra for this.
