I have Floureon 4 camera wifi cctv camera system with a H.264 network video recorder, unfortunately one of the cameras has failed and I need to replace it. Please advise what camera I need to replace it and where I can obtain one

I did a factory reset that's all I tried different passwords and none of them worked It's showing a date of 01/01/2000 and code 8b8e46 and my email is lion@***.net thank you I don't know what else to tell you no more than I need help for you guys so I don't lose all my data with there are so video I need to look at as soon as possible

I have recently added my video camera system to my mobile phone. But since doing this, I now find that my account on my recorder/player has been locked and I can no longer "playback". Unable to reset system, cannot change password
On purchasing new mobile phones, unable to open system. It would not open when we used old information we had saved. We lost passwords and login details from phone, and trying to enter those we knew would not open on main screen. Please send instructions as to how we reset system Model no. KA61081H4N-A628C-UK Will NOT work on 5G , only 2.4G.
