ZERO "Customer Service"
ONE "customer service" phone number that is either constantly busy or, if you actually get an answer, plays a pre-recorded message telling you to call back later or to find your answer on the website. NO "Please hold for the next representative" feature. NO "Please leave a message & someone will contact you later" option. Just "Call back later" (to a phone no one will answer) or "Find it on the website" (which DOES NOT have the answer I need) ZERO "customer support" emails listed on the website. Really?! Not even an email?! I can "Praise a DHSMV Employee" via email or an online form, but I can't contact customer service? It's almost like FLHSMV doesn't want to be bothered with providing customer service.

To request a duplicate title for my car
Yes , good afternoon. I called your office yesterday to request a duplicate copy of my car title and there response was that I would have to come into the office. I moved from Florida to North Carolina . I can't come back to Florida just to get a duplicate title , I understand the rules but , there should be a few more reasonable options for this situation. The D.M.V. offices don't answer the phones . No worries , I found another option , it cost me a little more to get my title but , it was worth it . No thanks to you !!!

License cancellation during Family Emergency Medical Leave
I am currently on FAMILY EMERGENCY MEDICAL LEAVE to tend to my father. Your Policies and procedures are archaic that a person needs to spend insurance money to be able to keep a Drivers License. I canceled my insurance on my vehicle due to being out of state. I was added to my Dads policy and drive his vehicle while tending to his needs . The company I work for in Florida,HR notified me of my cancellation had they not I would have never known about this situation until it was too late possibly resulting in me getting locked up and no one to take care of my bed bound Dad who relies upon me. Consequently state officials have no right to functional immunity when performing acts that can also be attributed to themselves and for which they may be personally responsible. I was on two separate insurance Policies and still the State of Florida suspended my license. The inability to access a live person or visit a local DMV because, I am out of State and the State phone number (850) 617-**** answered with a fast busy sound and hangs up 10 seconds later causing me more distress than usual resulting in paying a company to help me with the situation. Straight trash department.
I did a change of address and they advised me they will be mailing out new license. Its been over a month, no one is answering the phones or emails and I also paid for this service. Disputing the charge. This is ridiculous and as a government website, so sad.

I applied for my learning license since October 2022 and I haven't received it yet.
I applied for my learning license since October 2022 and I have not yet received my ID, I already took my practical exam but since I have not yet received the license I cannot have my permanent ID. Four months have passed, the last time I attended the DMV they told me that it had not even been printed yet and it had already been 3 months. So I'm worried about how long I'm going to have to wait or how long everything will take.

I received a notice threatening to suspend my licence by the 19.2023. My insurance is paid in full and had to pay $75 extra. For other people's claims. Not even my own. I need to speak to a person because I have specific questions as to what info they received that my licence is supposed to be suspended. I know it's a communication issue with DMV and insurance. But what really not ok is that I have to pay for Thier mistake. One of the big questions ask when finding insurance is " Has your license been suspended" . If it has , then your paying more. That's not right. I need to speak to a customer service person. Not a computer . That's my right!

Pdps needs to give me cleareance
I call to solve a problem that I have no idea why it concerns me. But because of this alleged problem it keeps me from performing any of the issues dealing with the mva in my states. So until you in Florida answer a damn phone call for me to resolve the problem,I am helpless .

I have called so many time during the working hours and they do not answer. The only time I go through was 30 mins before they close at 5 and they kept me on hold until then.

Need to return Florida license plate ASAP please
My license WILL get suspended if I cannot return the license plate. I am not within range to go in person to drop it off as my car is total lossed. Everytime I try to call to report my car and return the plate to keep my license from suspending Im ALWAYS on hold. The deadline is only a few days away and I have been trying for a WEEK the dmv is built to make YOU LOSE

Title question
Bought car. Seller and buyer signed title but never changed title name to buyer. Now buyer doesn't want to keep car. Buyer wants to give car to someone else to hold but that person has suspended licence issue due to unpaid tickets. Can I sell the car to someone who has suspended licence? And since title still in sellers name but buyer and seller signed the title as sold but never finished changing title to buyers name. Buyer no longer wants car. Buyer doesn't want title in her name. What can buyer do?
