I lost my job on 8/14/2023 and I'm trying to do my unemployment

I was working the night shift at beaver street fishers and Friday was the last night of the night shift and we was suppose to fo on morning shift but when I called them they told me that my assignment was ended on 8/15/2023

I cannot get in my account. I D me says it's on deo's end. They don't answer the phone or emails. Don't have ability to finish forms required

Terrible Customer Service

Was on hold for 2 hrs. To have an employee tell me that his shift was almost over and to call back tomorrow. This was not the first time I've had issues trying to reach the customer care assistance teams, it's nearly impossible with the wait times, and they have always been so rude.

Unemployment claims issue

Can never reach an actual human person to speak with I still have not received the help I need to figure out and correct the problem with my claims I'm injured and am out pf work on medical leave and because I have yet t fix these i haven't the money to see my doctors as needed so I can return to work

Reset Password

Our client, Starr Properties LLC, has been unable to have their CONNECT password reset. They have been told that the information they are providing doesn't match what you have in the system. Vision HR handles their HR and Payroll. I manage their unemployment claims. I have called three numbers today, 1-87*-***-**** and was told to dial 1-85*-***-****, which then transferred me to 1-85*-***-****, which disconnected. When I dialed it back, the message stated there were technical difficulties. My name is Kevin Betts, Can someone call me at 1-38*-***-****. I need to know what information is needed to get the password reset for Starr Properties LLC, EIN 358****. Thank you.

For one I cant get in touch with a live agent Im trying to file but dont know my old email and trying to update my email so I can reset my pin and im not getting through to no one

You call this customer service?

This is the worst customer service ever!!! Not only this entity, but all government entities or branches are garbage. They are not on your side!!! Piece of garbage!!! Why even have a phone number and offer customer service when they hang up or make you wait over 3 hours and don't even help!!! Such garbage!!!

YOU STOLE SO MANY PEOPLES MONEY SICKENING!!!!!!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. They STOLE my lottery money had a hearing was dismissed stating I owe NOTHING. Nobody knows "who" deals w/that. On hold 3 hrs UNACCEPTABLE

Hold time on phone

I am not from this state and due to circumstances I had to apply for unemployment and its been the worst experience. Every-time I have to call in its a 4 or more hrs of hold time on the phone and its ridiculous! Not to mention the $275 aint worth nothing but put gas in car and maybe household products!This governor need to do something or HIRE more workers, pandemic is over so WHY

Hello my name is and I was wondering why I never received my unemployment this week I had a career source appointment but unfortunately I did not get the notice by the appointment date and due to the hurricane my car windshield was damaged and I was experiencing car issues so I was out of transportation but I have completed the career source appointment now I was wondering what needs to be done please can you please help me with this issue

ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

What a JOKE!!! They offer one phone line for customers and most of the time it says that all agents are busy and simply hangs up, today I waited 5 hours to speak to someone about a simple issue. The representative told me they sent an email to another department to "investigate" the issue (I worked one week in September and reported it according to their terrible website), and because of that, I don't know when I will get my 2 plus months of due pay. No simple way to connect with agents, no email, one frustrating phone number, and minimal help. DISGRACEFUL!

Disabled people need to know what can happen

So, I did what my therapist told me to do and filed for unemployment in October 2020. This is because I had severe asthma. In 2019 I was hospitalized six times for asthma for 4 to 6 days at a time. My primary care physician even told me to quarantine because my private school was telling me that they were going to go back to face-to-face as soon as possible. Because of me being so young, my PCP refused to put that in writing, but stated it in front of my husband as well. She finally put it in writing in May of 2021, and I uploaded it to Connect during the summer, I believe (not to sure on date). Someone looked at the first part of my application (first week) instead of the second week, that was the week I did what I needed to correctly. I even explained to the person during the appeal that I was having difficulties with the system when I first tried it the first week, I tried calling for support, and I couldnt get a hold of anybody. Instead, I was told that because I didnt look for work (and was a teacher) I was unable to get the government funds and so I have to pay everything back from 10/20-09/21. I tried to explain my case a second time, but got paperwork telling me that second appeals do not bring up anything that could have been brought up in the first appeal. So even if you let your disability attorney, know that you are not eligible for funds during the year of 2021 because you got unemployment, they will still take the unemployment away, because you didnt look for work because you were told to quarantine. So now I have to spend even more money to get an attorney to fight this because I was in quarantine! I tried to explain to the first person who did the appeal that I have severe asthma. I guess she didnt know that severe asthma is one of the reasons for being in quarantined at home during the time of Covid in 2020/2021. So, please do not trust the unemployment system. They do not care about you. They just want to get their money back. They do not care about you as a person, they do not care that you had to wait for a vaccine, they do not care that you couldve died if you got Covid without a vaccine because they were still waiting on a vaccine during the month that was in question (01/21). All they care about is getting their money back because they dont listen. So, please be aware of this. My therapist at the time kept going between disability and a part-time tutoring position. So I didnt know what to file for. I should have never filed for unemployment! Worst mistake of my life listening to my therapist.

Im still waiting to hear from someone from the executive office, I keep receiving generated emails with no value!!!

Poor program, poor customer service, poor communication skills! USELESS

May 2022 I registered, and the caseworker has only called me once. He will not reply to my emails, phone calls etc. I've submitted tons of supporting documents as requested and have asked that an escalated supervisor call me. No one has called me to date! This program and those running it is USELESS!

#666052 - July 19,2021 they determined 3 weeks of ineligibility due to their negligence and not taking responsibility for their actions, determine that I owed $825, which I paid on Oct. 31, 2021 and

On July 19, 2021 they determined due to their negligence that I was not eligible for 3 weeks of compensation having not accessed their defunct computer system to make changes, and showed I indicated owing $825. Filed an appeal, heard nothing til Dec. 15,2021 indicating they found that I did comply and was sent back to dept. for review. However, I sent the check for $825 on Oct. 31, 2021 for #666052 and they cashed it on March 21, 2022. Then they sent another notice on Aug. 17, 2022 indicating that I owed $975 not even showing that I paid the claim previously. Disfunctional system run by disfunctional people!! E Miller NSB
