Package

Where is my packages located I order my packages since 3 weeks now and I dont have no delivery date. I been ask and askin to money time bout my package no response I tried to call no response I need an answer now and I mean now it dont take that long for no package to be delivered to my address like come on now

Ordered on 1/15/22 and item was finally delivered on 2/20/22. Tried to cancel but emails were returned as undeliverable.

Phone number is not in service.

Non existent customer service. Would definitely not recommend.

Order was placed and paid for 01/15/22 and still not received. Customer Service phone numbers are disconnected and emails are undeliverable. Please cancel this order and refund payment immediately. Thank you

Where is my bracelet

Ordered it December 14th and still haven't received it but yet they have been paid for it 2 days after I ordered it. Was for a special granddaughter and that really ticked me off when it didn't show up for Christmas. Then they said it was shipped and have never seen it. But they have the gaul to keep sending me emails for good deals to buy something when I can't even get the one thing I ordered. Just noticed you have a word limit. Lol print what ever u want.

I kept emailing the company only for them to tell me that it was always in transit. I tried calling them but the number was no good.

O got paypal to step in so we could end this so they had me to fill out a paper and send it to her also I asked them how they contact her by email and phone but she still didn't get in contact with me NEXT THING I knew they had close and didn't get in contact with me so I'm trying to get in contact with them to find out why it was closed they knew this woman wasn't getting in touch with me but they closed it anyway, I don't have any way of getting in contact with her so decided to give them to my patients at the hospital. I'm just over.

The number is out of service I been trying to get in contact with someone for over a month nobody has gotten in touch with me I would like a return label and refund. I'm very disappointed in this jewelry it don't look anything like it was pictured.

Had an email from Florence Scovel company saying they needed a copy of the packing list. This is more than a month later & I don't have it.

Surely they have a copy in THEIR records??? They won't do anything without it. How convenient for them.

No resolution. This is a bad company.

I ordered two Three Sister pins. After my credit card had been charged, the package finally arrived. In it was only one pin. I emailed several times and went on their site as well. No response. I would not order from this company again.

Complaint

Was not happy with my purchase. The jewelry was very cheap and did not look anything like the picture. I emailed them immediately upon receipt of my purchase and requested instructions on returning the item to receive refund. I received one response which requested an 'explanation'. I guess my reply was not acceptable because after 3 more emails to them I still haven't heard how I can return the product and receive a refund. Stay away from this company. Even though they claim customer satisfaction, they don't follow through.

After posting with you in 4 days I was contacted and order showed up. Not impressed by what I received. Will not use this company again

Places an order 3 weeks ago. Have not been able to contact them since. No replies to emails. Received a tracking number but USPS replies instantly to my email about it and said they never received a package to ship. Their information was very detailed and it was not their fault but the shippers fault. Have tried again to reach someone at this company and have received no response. Very disappointed Will not recommend purchasing anything from them. Looking into what legal matter I can take.

Don’t buy!!!!!

I ordered my sister a bracelet for Christmas, first time shopper, the bracelet fell apart. Very embarrassing. I contacted them via email and they replied a couple days later asking me to send photos. I did. Then nothing! I emailed them about 3 more times. No reply. Customer service is horrendous. No number to call. Now my sister and is out a gift and I have a broken bracelet that I paid for. Horrible! Id give no stars if I could have

Don’t order anything

Ordered three bracelets nov 2, 2019 money off visa very next day - sent a message Dec9 that still havent received got a message back will be shipped in 4 to 6 days - still to date January 23,2020 havent received and now phone number temporarily unavailable!! Lost $79.40 US$!!!

They are very unreliable

I have sent them 3 or 4 emails regarding my order of 6 grandmother to granddaughter bracelets in the amount of $76.15, which I placed around the 14th or 15th of this month, they charged my card on the 17th, they were supposed to ship within 24 hrs, I have received nothing, and they were Christmas presents. The only response I received was that they received my email and I would hear back within 1 to 2 days nothing else. I tried calling the number on their website, it says the number 800-400-**** is not available at this time

Seems to be good company..

I ordered 3 bracelets and only received 2.. I was told the rest of my order would be sent to me.. would like to know when.. if at all..
