Non delivery of flowers on required date

I made an order. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday 8/25/26 To date no delivery. I think this is horrible, since the person Whos birthday it is has limited time. I request a full refund, since today is Saturday 8/25 and just spoke to the person and it is not necessary anymore.

Flowers weren't delivered

I have ordered Flowers for my Mums birthday. I have told her that someone suppose to ring her next day and she should expect delivery. Week gone and there was no flowers delivery. Tracking shows delivery the very next day but I have question then - where did they deliver them to? My Mum is upset and I have no idea who had my flowers. Plus - no answer from Customer service, I emailed twice and asked for refund!

Quality issues

Incorrect delivery, I ordered Lilies and roses with a sandy vase and a card. The total cost 131.60 Euro. Delivered was 12 roses with a glas vase. Poor quality because of hot weather conditions. Packing was not made for hot weather. The card was improper for the costs of 8.90 Euro. Your web site did not work. I tried july 25.

Cancelled my Order and now its been delivered

I am totally disgusted with this company, I placed an order and they added two more items which I did not request. They also charged me for these and added money onto it for nothing extra. I cancelled this order and received confirmation from them. Today I have received an email saying my order has been delivered. This company do not take any notice of emails or bother to read them. WHY was this sent? my order started at £56.80 and I have now been charged £82.14 I asked them for a voucher which I could use later. I will never use this company again, please be aware that you will never be able to actually contact them. They do not want to. If FloraQueen should read this my order number is 7980****. Absolutely furious with them. The Proof of Purchase photo shows the two items they added, a vase and a card. NOT REQUESTED!!

Failed to deliver flowers 14/07/23. Lied in response to update on 18/07/23 stating maybe it was with neighbour. Changed status to delivered when they werent delivered on 19/07/23 after refund requested. phone service disconnected obviously firm is about to bust.

Overall Good Experience

I ordered flowers for someone but forgot to put their apartment number on the order. Delivery was quick, and They took the time to find who they were for. The only negative thing i have to say is the pictures looked better than what was delivered

Hello. I want to modify the postal code of my order. The delivery IS planified between 16 and 20 hours in Cucuta in Colombia. Can you change the postal code I wrote 540013 and the good postal code is 540011. The delivery IS for today but it's 3.40 am in Colombia. I think that you have thé Time for the modification. Non delivery

I sent flowers to a friend in Spain who was recovering from an operation. I had an email from the company to say they couldnt find the address so I called the florist. Florist spoke very little English but fortunately I speak some Spanish and between us we managed. Florist told me flowers were going to be delivered so I dialled off. Turns out the flowers were not delivered and despite many attempts to contact FloraQueen, I have not been able to do so. Dont bother ringing the number provided on here as you get a recorded message telling you to use the chat on their website (dont bother there either), then you get cut off. I have tried their chat, their WhatsApp, sending an online enquiry and now calling. I am getting nowhere and am now about £50 out of pocket and my friend has no flowers.

Absolutely awful experience!!

Please don't use and spare yourself the headache. Tried using this to send my sister flowers for her birthday, flowers never delivered. Did not get any notification of any issues with delivery, despite them processing the address at the time they took my money. Now they want to me to get the courier to redeliver 5 day old flowers. No accountability. Only templated replies back from customer support. I should have researched this company more, please don't make the same mistake and use a respectable company instead.

One month on - and still no resolution! The link which FloraQueen sent to resolve the issue following my review, DOES NOT WORK! Is it a deliberate con??No email can be delivered.Again, is this a deliberate con??They still owe me money and are impossible to contact.DO NOT USE THIS FIRM

With reference to the above order number: The flowers were delivered as expected and they were lovely. However, there are two problems: Firstly, there was no message card; so, my niece had no idea who had sent them or why. Secondly, I ordered and have paid for (you have taken the money) a box of Lindt chocolates to be delivered with the flowers. They did NOT arrive. There were no chocolates. Please investigate and let me know why there were problems.

Flower doesn't arrived on time and when arrived most of the flower are brown

I made on the 13thto be sent on he 15th, and my mother got it 2 days after, after chasing them but seems the machine only replied me, through their email as well as their WhatsApp. When The flower arrived and many of them are brown. The moment are gone and we are very disappointed!! Sent them messages but their website doesn't even let me to sent the picture and complain form that I made. No body return to my email nor my WhatsApp!! Never buy anymore when them!!!

Failed to deliver flowers, zero response to THREE emails

I received an e-mail from Floraqueen telling me the flowers could not be delivered because the address I provided was incorrect. The address I provided was on the order confirmation email, and it was CORRECT. I checked the order invoice, and the ENTIRE address is missing except for the recipient's name and zip code. No wonder the florist delivering the flowers couldn't find the address. I emailed them 3x and have heard NOTHING back. Their customer service is non-existent. I urge you to AVOID this joke of a company and stick with FTD or Teleflora. They deserve ZERO stars!

Flowers not delivered

The flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday May 9 and never arrived. Didnt get any answers why. Order 7975**** willing to have them delivered today May 10. If not I want to cancel and charge back my credit card. Very dissatisfied with service and lack of communication. Please answer!

Offensive Content

I ordered a sympathy bouquet for a friend whose husband passed. The company included (and charged me) for celebratory chocolates for which I never ordered. My friend was upset about the chocolates. When I asked, the company, they told me that I had to "UNcheck" a box of "extras" that they automatically include in people's orders. (Reverse marketing. I never noticed any check box.) It was really inappropriate for this type of occasion. When I asked why they would automatically include chocolates with a sympathy bouquet, they suddenly changed their story and said they don't do that and that I must have accidentally checked the box. They can't even be consistent when they lie. Don't use them.
