Order my shoes still haven't seen shipping confirmation or tracking number need have a real customer service number you can call and get all the information what you want in need been havet this shoe company too long to not have a customer care department need improvement on that this my first time and not pleased with served hope I get my shoes soon and not loose my money

I haven’t been very happy.

I havent receive my order since I 06/14/2023. It was delivered at the wrong address, and sent back. Why can I speak to alive person to resolve this matter? Emailing takes too long. I like to be a satisfy customer, but its impossible . I had problems returning an order in the past due to wrong size, and still have it. I have to sell or put a bid on them which was unsuccessful.

Give me my refund!!! My shoes were never delivered!

Theres a reason that this place doesnt have a phone number. Their customer service absolutely sucks and I shouldve never ordered anything from a place where you cannot talk to a live representative. I will never in my life order another pair of sneakers or anything else from the Flight Club website. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks now for a product that was never delivered. UPS closed out the claim, paid flight club, and communicated with them to refund my money. I have sent several emails that has went unanswered for days! At this point Ill have to file a dispute with my bank.

Fake shoes

I bought some Jordan 6s that I had to wait two weeks for because flight club had to verify the legitimacy of my purchase. In other words, they had to make sure the shoes I ordered werent FAKE. Once I received the shoes, I laced them up and put them on. I only walked from my front door to the car when they already started falling apart. By the time I got to my destination, they were in pieces. I popped the tag that they said dont remove but what was I supposed to do? I was headed to a birthday party and I thought you guys were reputable dealers, but I guess not. I just want my money back, and you can have these trash shoes that you've sent me back. I also think I should be reimbursed for shipping. I paid almost $400 for literal garbage. You guys are crooks!

Ive been ordering from Flight Club for years w/no issue until one of my package got lost. I am still in the process of trying to get a refund for a month now. They have been very rude and uncooperative and I have spent thousands with their company. They have definitely lost me as a customer and I will never shop or recommend their company to anyone. I
