Very knoweldgable and reasonable
We needed assistant for our septic immediately call this company and was told that they were in a father location and was booked for that day. Needless to say they called me back within an hour and stated that they would come to my resident ASAP. Was so happy... Flanigan Brothers check the problem and explained in great detail what was going on. They were very professional and honest. Gave us a great quote and fixed the problem. This was one of the best services we have had this year. In the future when we need this service again we will definitely call The Flanigan Brothers Septic.

Very dishonest!
Quoted $199 to pump the tank. After digging and removing the lids, asked for $1179 to do additional things (claimed filter was missing, new filter $275) which were “required” or the system “WILL not work”. Agreed to do it for $729. Just pumped the tank and installed new filter. (took out and threw away old filter, which was supposed to be missing. They seemed to be expert at creating panic for the customer so can extort as much money as possible.

This company is dumping sewage illegally and putting their customers at risk. EPD states you are responsible from "Cradle to Grave" meaning you the homeowner can be held responsible for cleanup their illegal actions.

Flanigan brothers septic is an illegal dumping septic tank company. They have been caught in the city of Buford for illegally dumping sewage into storm drains. They have also been caught illegaly dumping sewage into Gwinnett County Public Works sewer system behind a shopping center. They have been fined & hopefully soon to be shut down by the State of Ga. DHR who governs all septic tank pumpers license. If this is not addressed by the State most every pumper in the State is prepared to make a stand & ask, why do they take our money for our license & cont. ed they demand, if they won't enforce the illegal companies like Flanigan

The proposed buyer of our home asked Flanigan Brothers to do the basic test to get the Clearance Letter for her loan and this crooked company said they had to open up the ground as if they were pumping to do their letter ( which is incorrect as we have no ground seapage or sluggish toilets, drains, etc) and they dug in to our yard without our approval-- when we realized what they had done we had them stop and asked them to leave-- they were extremely angry a d rude and they immediately called our potential buyer and told her they needed to do $3,500 worth of worth-- they weren't even there 10 minutes so they would have had no idea what needed done. They saw an opportunity to put fear in the Buyer -- DO NOT USE THEM -- THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

If you just want regular pump service and have no issues, they are the cheapest i found. If you have a blockage or back up they wil try to up sell you with expensive stuff you don't need. How to trust them? It's hard . They told me I needed an extra $500. Worth of work done and it was all false. I Got a second opinion from a trusted source. I refused the extra work and just had the pump. So far things are fine. Understand, tank pumpers don't make much profit from just a pump out, all their profit comes from scaring you into the extra repairs when they get to your home. Be wary. Routine pump their ok, but I would be tempted to refuse any repairs from this company.

Consumer beware
my husband called this company for a regular pumping, we were quoted $145.00. They said they would call before coming out showed up with an attitude! Because, my husband was not here! I said go ahead and pump it! They wanted to wait until he get here I called him he left work it was 15 minutes before he got here.Tony should of called us before he arrived as he said he would do!!!!!! Tony was very unprofessional and insult us! it's all most like the price jumped because they needed my husband approval, and they had to wait! it went to 400. Immediately! Then Tony tried to tell us our field lines are felling, but he could treat it with chemicals for 3,400. Or we could buy new ones it may last us a week if we just pump it! just pray! lied said he never quoted us a price! YES! He did! I wished I had searched them before I let them on my property! Glad they left!!!!!!

Flanigan Brothers Septic Tank System Pumping Service Review from Stone Mountain, Georgia
I called for a maintenance pumping and they came out the next morning. Found out previous owners did not have it pumped when they said and had to have extra work and repairs done. Tony worked with us on it and had it done in a short time. Very friendly and informative. Definitely recommend their service. Thank you Tony. See you in four years for another pumping.

Called the said the would be there the same day didnt come untill the next day pumped the tank and said we needed a new drainfield$7800 but wanted to sell me chemicals for $2,700 first (suspicious ) i then called banks septic who came out and unclogged the baffle that goes into the tank $175 and problem solved.....Flanagan Brothers are scam artist that do not do an honest job!

Poor Service and Indifference...
Scheduled an appointment to have our septic pumped. They did not show so called and they said it would be next day. We told them before 11 a.m or after 4 pm. He said 9 a.m. No show so I called and he said after 4. No call by 6 so I call and he said, "My worker went home for the day." I expressed dissatisfaction with no courtesy call. His reply was, "Oh well maybe we can get out there next time." I told them forget it, I will call someone else. He said "OK".

Flanigan Brothers Septic Bait and Switch
Flanigan Brothers Septic advertised septic tank pumping at a rate of $169 for a 1000 gallon tank. I called them and asked them to empty our 1000 gallon tank assuming it would be $169. After digging up the yard to access the tank they then told me the waste was too thick and it will be $400 now. Even though the septic tank cleaning fee for a 1500 gallon tank, (50% larger than mine) costs $269, apparently my waste was worthy of an extra $231. On the way out they kindly left me a 2 foot oil stain on my concrete driveway which they drove through so I have some duplicate spots all the way up the driveway. The owner of the company told me that this truck doesn't leak any oil. Based on the dialog from these guys and the scare tactics I am sure this bait and switch goes on everyday with this company. Beware of this one folks!
