I had him develop me an app but he was doing a lot of stuff I disagreed with and I switched developers and this made him mad and hes refusing to send me the app bundle

Gig wasn’t what I signed up for

Nothing was resolved I am wondering why Fiverr allow people to advertise a price and to bait you and than tell you that what you ordered is basic and you wont see the results that you are looking for

Fraud

This company screwed me out of $50. They sided with a buyer who would not pay for a finished product. I plan on taking them on in small claims court.

To get the money that I worked for without seeking legal support. I did nothing wrong and they claimed I asked a customer for direct pay outside of Fiverr.

The Main reason for my call is that after completing a gig for a high level customer for the first time on Fiverr, after being a member since 2019, I started getting scammers and clients who didn't want to pay through the Fiverr platform. A client ask me if I had another form of pay on Fiverr because the payment to secure my services was not going. I said no I don't have another form of payment the ones I have like cash app or other payments would be considered a violation on Fiverr and would get my account canceled. Fiver flagged my account right away and said that I asked the customer for direct payment and my account was going to be deactivated possibly forever and if I had any payment from any gigs I did. I would get an email with instructions after thirty days on how to withdraw the funds from my account. I did nothing wrong here. There customer went as far as to send my their phone number, asking me to contact them off of Fiverr. already worked hard for. I am considering taking this a set further and maybe talking to a lawyer, if the matter isn't resolved soon. If this is how Fiverr conducts business I don't want to be apart of a relationship that there is no trust. I did not exchange any personal information over Fiverr with any clients or taken any payments outside of Fiverr and I have been seriously wronged by Fiverr. I would like to receive the funds I worked for and part ways with Fiverr peacefully without seeking legal support. Even though I did not pursue conducting any business with them my account has been deactivated and I don't have access to the funds that was supposed to be released to my bank account. I think that I am being singled out and discriminated against on Fiverr and I expect the matter to be handle better. I also should have to wait thirty days to receive funds that I

Admin outright HATES you

I got scammed by two people. I contacted customer service. First, customer service refuses to contact me back. Next, they admit they threw out the messages. Third, the tell me multiple times 'no refunds, customers must be psychic' (a seller can click 'complete' and take the money and never contact the buyer again without delivering anything. There are NO alerts as to when the seller does this, but Fiverr says it is up to the customer to magically know when this happens. I called my bank and got my money back since Fiverr admin wouldn't change their minds. Fiverr IMMEDIATELY retaliates and says 'opening a dispute' is punishable. WHAT DID THEY EXPECT? Do people regularly go 'well, that person stole my money, I won't do anything to get it back'? Fiver has NOT YET removed both scammers, just one. They also permanently locked my account until I say I was the unprofessional one because I swore at then. REALLY? So it's professional to throw out complaints, refuse refunds, and retaliate against getting money back when that is YOUR JOB, but naughty words are worse than THEFT?

As of today there has been no response from Fiverr. It appears that they will not contest my claims and my money will be returned.

6-10-23The credit card company notified Fiverr of the complaints and gave Fiverr until 7-3-23 to supply any information that would effect the claims.

You have cancelled an order that previously you said did not exist. Now you have refunded a small dollar amount compared to the total cost of the project. Not acceptable. there are two circumstances under which I will with drawl my complaint with the credit card company. 1. You have a professional, obviously not Rachel, finish the Amazon autopilot click Bank store and the Amazon autopilot travel store that I have already paid for. 2. You refund the total I paid for the project. Option 1 or 2 is acceptable to me but there are no other options. Gary Burns

Person working on account assured results if I paid for extra items to make crowdfunding campaign a success. Then suggested an additional person who specializes in other aspects be brought in. Both assured me positive results if I paid for these extra services. I have paid $735 with another $150 promised if I see results in 4 days. I have not seen any positive results as assured and they are asking for more money. That is $885 and 0 returns on investment. I have also had to re-work their work because they used wrong videos and the pricing they posted was not even close to the pricing that I gave them. We had to re-write what they were going to post in my campaign and fix misspelled words. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED after hearing positive feedback from a close friend on their experience with fiverr.

PAID FOR SERVICE NOT COMPLETED

1) I hired this seller on a well known global service provider website to create a 3-page Canva website for me. I provided her with a simple design and all required information 2) she gave me a quote with unlimited revisions.There weren't many 3) she published it with the requested domain, we completed the gig and I gave her a high rating 4) unfortunately, neither Google nor any other search engines actually displayed the website, rendering it useless to me 5) Canva advised to republish it with more keywords. I requested the seller to send me a shared link to MY COPYRIGHTED webpage, so I can do this and keep republishing myself 6) the seller agreed and emailed me login with a password. I managed to get into the Canva account after some difficulties, but there was no completed webpage 7) after I queried her, she informed me she can't keep working on it and wished me well! Since I was now left without the webpage I paid her for, I contacted the service website's customer service support 8) the seller provided another email and password login that nobody could access, still refusing to send me a shared link to MY COPYRIGHTED webpage 9) I updated my review of her and was advised that it had been done. When I checked, it wasn't there. I was informed that it could only be done within 30 days. I'm now posting it here and elsewhere 10) ca 5 people in customer service support worked with me in cancelling this order and giving me a refund. I've had to create time-consuming videos. I take it the refund didn't come from the seller's account, and she wasn't made accountable for this gig stuff up 11) unfortunately, until she deletes or unpublishes MY COPYRIGHTED webpage domain in Canva that I requested from the customer service, I can't use it to create any more webpages because the original one was published through hers. I observed this seller having basic knowledge of Canva. It sufficed for my needs, especially since I gave her all materials and instructions. She wasn't required to do much work. I am very concerned with her work ethic and lack of professionalism. It wasted a lot of my time, Canva's and the company she works through. Do you want her to waste yours?

Complaint/refund

I contacted Rana to build out a working shopify store for a company I'm starting, not knowing all that was entailed I gave her a month to do it and she charged me $200. At the start I asked her what was required of me such as certain website accounts to join to be linked up later, any assets already created such as graphics and wordage, and all she told me was start a facebook business account to link pixel to shopify. So I did. I didn't hear back from Rana for 1 to 1.5 weeks, assuming she's working away and know what she's doing. Somewhere along all this my facebook account gets locked and I cant get in, I'm not very concerned but she spends a good 4 days trying to get me to log into it and change the password and all this stuff till I tell her to drop it. She finally gives me something to do and asks me to get on a stock photo site where you can transfer your designs onto a model, I spent over two hours combing the website, I emailed her an organized list of models and what I want them to wear. She gets back to the me the next day and decided she knows my brand better and picks different models and also puts clothing on them that doesn't exist with my brand on them. She's working on my site with a full page of the existing clothing with the graphics and colors and she can't take 5 seconds to see what the brand is. Correcting this took about 2 days because if I emailed her with 3 questions or comments, she would do 1/2 of one of them. So that went on until about a day before the project is due and I ask what I can do on my end, she says nothing. She then says a day or 2 later that the project will run over but she will get it done and continue to help and asked me to accept the shipped order and give a review. I hold off on the review and ask what is left to do, she says set up payments with paypal and shopify payments, almost as if I hadn't asked what I needed to do on my end a month before. She also hadn't asked me for the wordage on 3/4 of the site which I ended up just going in and adding it myself. So about a week later I gave her a review but it didn't reflect how I really felt about the situation because she had access to my shopify and various passwords and logins to other sites. But sure enough after that review was submitted I started getting even less responses back from Rana. After looking through the shopify dashboard I checked my domain name and that was STILL not connected to my shopify which was once of the first questions I asked her about, she also didn't set up any of the shipping configurations or taxes, and being that those were never set up there was no testing done on the site to make sure it was functional and communication to the drop shipping company properly. I had to research all that myself and do it myself. So after saying all that, Rana scammed me out of $200 but clicking and dragging pictures onto a website template, not completing the wordage for the site, not looking at the products to put in the mock up photos, not connecting the domain name till the last minute till after I was trying to make the site live, not communicating what sites and account information were necessary for me to set up after being asked multiple times, not setting up taxes, shipping, payments, site function tests, turned in an unfished website overdue, and held my site information hostage for a positive review.
