Need better management asap

My wife and I witnessed to bigger guys just chilling in the back while a young man took our order and finished up 4 other orders by himself. When asked if he needed help and he just said he didnt feel well as he always has to do everything. They typically dont listen or ignore him and treat him as he doesnt exist.

Refund of order

I made an order on five Guys for little hamburger and a soft drink, but mistakenly clicked on collect instead of delivery. I called the restaurant to help change the option to deliver instead of collect and was told to go ask for refund. The terms and condition says i cant request for a refund and i can't possibly go to the restaurant to collect it. Is this how i will lose my money for nothing? My order number is 301****

WENATCHEE, WASHINGTON needs a 5 Guys

Hello, I believe Wenatchee, Washington needs a 5 Guys restaurant. PLEASE make this happen! We have plenty of space to open one up in Wenatchee. Please consider this town for another location to be able to enjoy your food without having to drive many miles.

My delivery was completely wrong and missing items

i ordered a bottle coke didnt receive my fries were cold and tasted reheated and i ordered a double jalapeño cheeseburger with extra patty and no onions the cheeseburger had extra onion no jalapeño and no extra patty im allergic to onions so my money was wasted id like a full refund

Complaint on District Manager

Im a long time worker at Five Guys on Clark and Fullerton , my district manager doesnt care about his workers or the store. Been there for 7 years and still didnt get a raise Im always remind him about it , hes always saying Im working on giving everybody a raise. I dont care about everybody else Ive been with this business for over 7 years. But this man dont care. He still has me putting up 50 pound bags of potatoes every-time if its a truck and I be having no help to put it up and cutting fries. Ive been gave him a doctors note about my back and me not able to pick up things thats 50 pounds and up and what he do he totally ignored my heath issues. Im disappointed on so many levels. Something has to be done.

This web site is a joke. Called what I thought was Five Guys Customer Service and got this *** of a service.

What a joke, no one at Five Guys will ever see this and the guy that needed to be fired or reprimanded at the least.

My last two visits to the Gateway Mall Store in Lincoln, Nebraska. A month ago I went there and ordered my food, watched how one man (the manager) was trying to do everything, there was no delegation of tasks, it seemed to be just random. Waited over 20 minutes for my food and when I got it and looked at the fries I ordered extra crispy and they were not crispy. I asked the fry guy if he could put them down for awhile and later told me that he was aware of the request but most people like the fries they way they cooked them and ignored my request. I wish this was my main excuse. Unfortunately not. A visit two weeks ago was very similar to the first but way worse the guy at the counter was saying 8 minutes to get a order. Obviously was not the case. I asked the manager he really thinks that he is maximizing output by doing everything himself. There were 6 employees on hand (which the manager said is short of help) You serve hamburgers and 3-4 other sandwiches, six should be plenty of help. He immediately got angry at me ask me to come back and see if I could do better, which I replied yes and I show you how it is done. I have over 20 years of cooking at restaurants. He then asked if I would like my money back I said please (this is going on 30 minutes for a hamburger and I could count the orders ahead of me and my hamburger was not even on the grill yet. They were slammed yet only had one order of burgers on grill at a time. He had two people running fries, one person doing counter and refilling pickles( something that should have been done during the morning prep, and one doing dishes at 6:00 at night. What could he possibly be washing that they would need in order to finish the orders. By far the most rude guy I have ever met, he cursed at me, was shaking because he knows I was correct and that he probably loose his job over this. He constantly kept saying I am sorry I didn't know you were working again I pled to go back there and show you how a restaurant is ran. Finally the short of help excuse is just that. Like everything in an economy revolves around supply and demand. I see no difference in the labor side of things. If you cannot get enough help, over to pay them better, and if you can't pay them better and stay in business you should shut the doors for now!!! Matt

The place is disgusting and the shift manager Ali was really rude and had no idea how to give change for a $100

They don't properly clean like they are supposed too and the shift manager is very rude and her employees looked like they were scared to even ask her a question

You guys gave me a perfect phone number which I had a lot of trouble finding and was helped quickly and efficiently and have already received my refund. THANKS.

I have not received my check

Have a altercation with the manager I now it was my fault but it didn't have to get to the point it got for him to rip up my check

Need to make a complaint

The owner refused to pay me when everybody else got paid yesterday. He told me it was my fault because I did not fill out my payroll. But I had been talking to him all day the day before and was trying my hardest to fill the payroll out and it kept telling me after I created my account that I could not get in because there was a error their side. I called him and said I really need my money and he told me it was my fault and that he's out of town and I can get a check on monday. I have two children and I have a situation and I really need money and I feel this isn't fair and there's got to be another way he can pay me. So then he sends me a text and he is cussing at me and saying I'm not playing this *** game and that I need to do myself a favor and watch my tone. Never did I get rude with him. He also said the only one 20 fingers is the one looking in the mirror. So then he says he's going to try to figure something out and ask me my full name, date of birth, social security number, and my bank account and routing number. So he had my hopes up that I was going to get paid. Then he text me and said no you'll get the check on monday. So I told him there has to be another way that I can get paid and he chose to ignore every single message that I sent him.
