Fitbit versa3 has stopped working
My Fitbit quit working again. This is 3 fitbit that has quit working. I'm very disappointed in Fitbit and I can't get through to customer service for help. My ph # is 727-512-****. Waiting for a reply or ph call back. Very unhappy customer

Wrong color
Wrong color was sent. Oder white and got black. Found out the white one is on back order and was told that it will take up to 3 weeks. My wife needs it for because of United Healthcare whats her have it!nn

The back where it charges it had milted it on Fitbit and charger face is lose wont charge it was a gift cant show a receipt !!!

Phoning about my Fitbit and phone cutting out call failed .trued numerous times.Fitbit not holding charge .Last a day no good to me but of a nightmare.

I had a Fitbit tracker, Fitbit 4,the band kept coming apart, I felt it was the strap so I purchased a bunch of new straps and it was still happening, so I bought some other ones. The last straps I bough seemed to stay put, until we went away, I had taken off my hoodie and it poped off again, so I put it back on. Sat down at a resturant and took off my jacket and I guess it fell off again. I feel it was the tracker and it must have had a weak connection and the straps were just making a strong connection and therefore the straps were not staying together. I am disappointed with the quality of the connection that is made between tracker and band, therefore my tracker, that was not cheep, bought it when it came out ! Is now lost. Not happy about that even went back to see if it was found and it was not. Regards, sad without my tracker. Danine Hall

My Fitbit recently stopped working. I contacted them and request troubleshooting, but they only offered me %35 discount to buy a new one with a limited offer to buy within a month. Terrible experience, Not recommend it.

Versa 2 Not Charging No Display
My V2 does not turn on, hold charge, or display on screen. i spoke w Fitbit tech followed all instructions and nothing. Purchased via Amazon Feb 2023 broke May 2023. refund available

Fit bit not working
Fit bit versa2 is blocked I've tryed to reboot it didn't work when I try to go on the app on my phone to new devise it sends a 4 digit code to the watch but can't get it cause the watch is blocked

Fitbit versa 3 stopped working suddenly
I've had my versa 3 for 2 years. I've read reviews where people say right after the 2 yr mark, their watch quit working suddenly. I didn't think the same thing would happen to me. My fitbit quit working for no reason. The screen won't come on, it won't charge or respond to anything. Super disappointed because I relied heavily on my tracker for my health. Dont buy a versa 3!
