Need to change my address,need currant cards

Cali that I talked to was AWESOME! VERY knowledgeable,professional and very easy to talk to. She made my phone call very enjoyable

It's a wonderful card to have

This card and others like it helped me build my credit from less than 600 to close to 750. I bought a 2020 cat and my own home. Yes they have fees like almost any other credit card. I love them. I also got cards for my granddaughters and this card helped build they credit. And if you pay your payments on time they constantly offer you a credit increase. This is a wonderful card to have

Worst company ever

Do not use This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. It takes their systema 2 weeks to draft payments then tells you you don't make the payments, then does an auto retry and still says the funds aren't there when the funds haven't moved from said account they're using. On top of that they have the rudest customer support staff I've ever dealt with. Refuse to do anything but the bare minimum. Must be nice to sit at home and get paid to do nothing. While your consumer has to listen to your kids screaming in the background. And all you tell your consumer is my hands are tied I can't do anything. The systems this company has in place are the worst and they prey on people trying to get ahead in life. Who need a little extra hand financially.,

Can't get a live person to answer the phone can't stop my card or order a new one very *** service

Did not receive credit card

I paid up in my balance and then paid to have credit on my card but the card I have ending in 6218 is closed but for the card ending -5697. Did yall send me a new one when I made my account positive again? Im really confused

I need to find out about payment

On my account I have to pay $30 on the 12 on the 16th of every month and I have another cord that I pay on the 12th of every month I sent two payments for $30 one on the 12th and one on the 13th of $30 and you still have at the top that my due date is May 12 and I had already paid it so Im trying to find out why the 12th is still on there

New account unable to reach a person

It just brings me to the same recording over and over! I cannot get a person to answer my question regarding my newly approved account.

Customer Service Phone number NEVER works

I've tried calling them a few times this past week. The customer service number is b.s. I call and get connected to an automatic voice message selling some "I've fallen and can't get up," product. There is no way to end that message or exit to speak to a First Premier Bank customer service rep. I'm wondering if they've decided to ditch that whole "customer service" concept. Overall, unbelievably poor service. Do not use this credit card.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE

i made a payment from my chase business account and the next day the money was taken from my business account its 12 days later still not credited to the credit card. i called customer service the gentleman was nice but you could tell he completely agreed with me that they hold your money

Did get to talk to accountant

Got cut off and was not able to talk to a accountant about my card and what I can use it for or best way to use it

Made payment on time to merchant and it was posted 9 days later incurring fees and dropping my credit score 82 points

I used bill pay which is an option from my credit sesame account to make my first payment to First Premier and it was on November 2, 2022. As I made the payment I saw the balance in my account go down so I knew that it was being processed. Little did I know that they waited over 9 days for the amount to post which was on November 11, 2022. Credit sesame is unwilling to deal with me any further on this so they say that it is the merchant that held up my money so when I call First Premier they are not willing to listen to what has happened and they are blaming my bank for not issuing the funds sooner and they do not want to help me at all. I will dispute this because it is not my fault that the funds didn't reach them until the 11th so my credit score has gone down 82 points and now I owe a late fee. I am completely distraught over this and want an answer as to WHY my money which was taken out the moment I paid the bill and not applied at least within 24 hours to First Progress.
