Finally recieved my refund on my totaled car. It did take months. Owner sold the business. Was given a contact number to call. After 6 months of waiting for my refund, I finally received it in full

Could not get refund on extended service warranty on a car that was totaled after less than 1 year of use. Finally able to have it resolved

Cancel extended service

I need to cancel my extended service I never needed this or wanted this.On top i all ready had an issue getting my window fixed

I’ve seen no results. Just a lot of go here and file this. We’ll see how it ends and if it’s in reasonable time frame. So far, I’m not impressed

Yall asked me to rate my experience with you, I did. My car was totaled a week ago. Called Extended warranty to cancel plan and get refund. They told me to go to dealership. Dealership no longer associated with dealership. Changed providers. Claimed to have no info. I got pissed, and raised *** Suddenly comes up with a form for me to sign. Waiting for results

I want to cancel my extended warranty

the dealership did not inform use the right way and i have no need for this coverage, the dealership i will never go there again, told us this was wrong and that was wrong and not cover, we had it fixed elsewhere. william Brashaw 810459****

Wouldn't pay for a transmission with car warranty

Never gave real reason just said truck wasn't maintained even after I sent receipt showing transmission had been properly serviced. Would never let me talk to anybody other than secretary to get any answers.

Truck Problem

Hello, My name is Keiaria Rogers. My last eight vin number J618**** the other name on it is Cierre Willingham. I have few problem with yall. Your employee ask the dealership about some of the information yall need for my truck. Ive been patient with everyone I understand yall super busy with everyone but my problem is my truck been down since October 13,2021. I took it to the Chevrolet Dealership in New Albany, Mississippi the next day. They didnt do a proper diagnostic on it. That next following week I pick up my truck it was still smoking really bad I didnt know what was wrong with it. I decided take my truck to another shop on October 21 ,2021 they told me what was wrong with it but yall didnt want them to fix on it. Yall told me take it back to the Chevrolet dealership. After weeks of my truck been sitting at the shop they finally told me what else is wrong with my truck I need a new a motor and turbocharger. Yall need me show report of me keeping up with my maintenance on my truck I brought my truck on January 19,2021 with 27,450 mileage in February I wrecked my truck in the snow I got my oil change in March at 40,000 mileage and I got it changed again in May I cant remember what the mileage was at that time because my dad changed oil. The first week of June I put my truck in the repair shop it was in the shop for two months I got it out in August. In September I changed my oil and oil filter my truck was working fine the whole month.On October 13,2021 my truck started messing up and smoking bad. My truck was working fine the day before I drove it to Nashville and back with no trouble. I was going to get my oil changed again that next following week since it was almost time for me get it changed again. My mileage is at 62,200 I know yall say my warranty is good until January 2024. I only got 3,000 mileage left on it and Im hoping yall dont deny my request for my truck I just want my truck fixed.

Chipped paint

Hello I own a Kia Sportage 2020 and our paint is chipping on the back end of the car we purchased a warranty when we bought the car and they told us that it would be covered its a brand new car it should not be chipping paint at 2020

Warranty on transmission

I got the car at the beginning of May and it has not been shifting properly since I got it the RPMs will stay at four or five when I am getting on the expressway and then kick back to two

NO Contact

Called to start claim for customer and sat on hold for 4 hours! They never picked up and the claim was not able to be started.

Went to file a claim, no help from them

Had my car inspected, found out the transfer case was leaking. Called First Extended Service and even though it was leaking for a while that it was 5 days past the expiration date of the contract. Paid almost $1000 for 1 year extension of factory warranty to only find out I am screwed. Do not waste your money with this company.

Unhappy customer

Twice I have had to take my vehicle in to get serviced. Both times it was covered under your extended warranty. However, it takes 24-48 hours to review the service claim because it has to be examined manually. I was informed by an agent that the threshold is set at $400 for automatic approval. That is an unacceptably low amount. The agent said the dealership that I purchased the car from is the one that sets the guidelines - so I called the dealership. Now Im getting the run around. I have never had this problem with any other warranty company.
