New debit card not recognized
Yes, there was a question when I applied for a new debit card. An internal mistake of issuing duplicate card numbers but was immediately resolved before the following morning, Human error can happen now and then, however, in this case it was immediately corrected. I am very pleased with the result.

A Tornado half a mile wide with 145 MPH Winds destroyed my neighborhood and transportation. The roads were closed so I could not get to the Bank. The next day my new Statement appeared and the Bank charged me a 34 Dollar Late Fee. I contacted the Bank and was told the Fee would have to be paid with no exceptions for hardship.

I called to find out about the rewards but called wrong number twice. You charged fee per agent.
I find this ridiculous. None of the agents could refer me to mc. They should know what is happening with in company or thrif party. You happen to be fee crazy

First convenience bank sucks will not recommend no good I have been sick forgot my account number and been calling no results can't even get my password reset asked for my estaminet to see if it's possible to get it sent to my email and they said I have to pay to get it sent

No urgency from customer service to help
Opening times at branch locations very late. Cant get assistance on the website with a real chat person. And when I do, they direct me to call customer service. Defeats the purpose of chat.

I would like to speak with someone about an issue with one of yalls employees at first convience bank location inside walmart in palestine tx. Before I have to contact law enforcement.. thank.you. The problem is with the short hispanic lady in the front. She told me my cashiers check was fraudulent. She kept the check. I called the bank when I got home. And they said the check was cashed. Thats 2900 one your employees stole from me.
