I was debited in error

I wanted to buy fuel at NNPC/DOVE Filling Station in Sanyo, Ibadan on Wednesday 26th July and I used my card on their POS terminal. The message that popped up was "NO RESPONSE" but alas, I was debited 2,500NGN. I complained immediately but was told it would be reversed within 24hours but it hasn't been reversed since then. I have also sent a mail to First Bank but there hasn't been any response whatsoever since then.

Frozen account

Am a customer with first bank since 208 and now my acct has been freez. I visited Scuml and EFCC as directed,I was informed that hospitals are not included in the list of those on their watch and that there is no reason my acct should have been frozen. Up till now I can't operate my hospital acct though I have closed my hospital since 2020 but my account is still active. Am a retiree and the little money in my account is solely for my treatment. Failed ATM transaction debited

I was debited on the 3rd of April on 3 failed ATM withdrawal transactions to the tune of 12,000 naira. I ve gone to the bank to make and filled a complaint form, I ve sent emails, I ve called more than 6 times but no headway. It's frustrating.

Good afternoon my name is Mr Ojo Emmanuel Adeolu and my account number is (305087****) I transfer sum of (10,000 naira) from my first bank account to Opay account since on Saturday evening and up till now the person still not received the money on his opay account, And I was debited and nothing like reverse back up till now and I call customer service to complain about this same Saturday and they told me that the platform to checked for me is currently not available and since then my money still not yet reverse back and I also call the person now that I send the money to which is the (10,000 naira )maybe he has seen the money he was telling me he didn't see anything. Please what is going on? At least the money should have been reversed back to me since, hopefully to get feed back from you guys Thank you for your understanding. Ojo Emmanuel Adeolu.
