I ordered a mettallic aqua comforter an a setof bamboo pillows. I received 2 sets of bamboo pillows.no comforter in an update i was told the comforter had been delivered on the 25th. I received my first set of pillows

Because I did not order anything from Fingerhut and we've been to the fraud department 3 times and now it's on my credit report I didn't receive anything it wasn't even my address and now you want to

I did not open that account and I did not buy that thing they said I bought and I'm not paying for and now you have the fraud department saying that they didn't seem to have some wrong with it and guess what I don't have it I didn't know it and that' I shouldn't have to prove to you anything else I did not live at that address I did not open up an account with you and I did not receive anything so I don't know what to tell you but now you haven't owned my credit report so I have to call the credit report people that sound that you're full of *** end of my story

I need to place a order

Can not get ahold of anyone by phone or any thing else I have used fingerhutt for years I need some thing I call first we dont have reliable internet service where I live so have asked for catalog to come through the mail and use phone to place order went through all internet applications filled out completely still not able to get in contact with anyone at any of your numbers

Things that I have ordered that are broken

You suck you do not back the products that you sell that you sell for an outrageous price to people who are trying to get their credit up and at 35% interest rate you couldve sent me a new vacuum that I paid almost $300 for or a new lamp thats only four months old and I have to hit it and beat it to make it stay on for five minutes unhappy pissed off will never use Fingerhut again and if anybody reads this run dont do it

Returned product

Refusing to refund my money for a returned product, which was a metal dish drainer. I sent the paper work that they asked me for, but yet they did not accept it. The product was $35. I've been a finger hut customer for many years I deserve respect, I have no intentions of cheating this company.

Do not buy from thing Fingerhut. It is a nightmare getting a hold of nightmare getting anything down the nightmare. Its a horrible company. Sorry to say, but it is.

Returned item

I bought a vest and wasn't satisfied so I returned it with Fingerhut label and return slip USPS I called a sales representative and supervisor and they are claiming they didn't receive the merchandise. And they refuse to credit my account 149.00$. I contacted Massachusetts Attorney general's office and filled out a complaint. I want my account credited. I'm telling anyone I know not to do business with Fingerhut. Pissed consumer please help me get my account credited...
