Im not sure how I ended on to this page however I was looking for the proper person to get in touch since I no longer was going to use my hotel. I believe I accidentally ended up on this website which is total opposite of what I thought of the service . I do not feel pissed at since I got my refund back . Overall thank you!

You got my money and I want it back we didn't have a room upon arrival at the hotel it was cancelled and I had no notice of it

Just sent my $683.03 back to the damn bank this has caused me a lot of hardship I need my money back ASAP I've been trying to get it done in a timely and proper manner with no word from anyone this is very stressful for my family we can't afford to just let that kind of money just float around we have bills to be paid and due to this we can't pay our bills

Billing Issue/ Incorrect Billing

While creating a reservation on 9/15/2022 the site crashed and the computer frozed, I did not get a confirmation number for the reservation, since I didnt see a reservation number then I created another reservation and this time it went thru when I got to the hotel it turned out that the original reservation had gone thru and the lady at the reception told me not to worry that she will cancel the original reservation and honor the second reservation due to the technical issue and the cancellation policy did not apply, she provided a cancellation number for my records which I can provide. Day later when I received my credit card statement I found out the I was charged twice for the reservation on the same day and I believe Im entitled to a credit since this was created by a technical issue not a human issue, I was aware of the cancellation policy, however this was an issue beyond my control. Didn't even go to hotel and they didn't give me a confirmation number

I need my money back car was declined yet they still charge my car in $109 don't go to find hotels don't have any information they sent me to my Gmail no confirmation number but yet they still took $ 109 out of my account

Terrible accommodations for bathroom shower

Backed up water in shower,painted tub and toliet and reported to front desk and they responded ok..?? Deserve refund.Working crew in hotel laying carpet,etc all day long

Can't check in the hotel we booked still

So my husband used your site to book a room for today we have been sitting waiting to check in and now the hotel is saying we have to wait till 3:00pm. We can't just keep staying in our car for that long of a time period. I have asthma and need to take my breathing treatment for this morning but have no way to do so... The whole reason for using your service was so that we could check in early and not have this problem. If it's not fixed I'm making sure to post a bad review on every hotel site there is plus post about how horrible of an experience using your service on social media. Then I'm never going to use your service again! Please do something and fix our problem we are having and I'll give you a five star rating on every site there is to bring you more customers as we as posting on social media!

Denied of room after reaching the location even after booking the place well in advance

I had planned a trip to Atlanta,Georgia from my hometown Michigan. I had booked the place as it was cheap on the website. I paid the complete amount in advance (well a month in advance ). On the day of travel, we reached the location in Atlanta (Double tree by hilton) at around 10 pm , tired as *** due to the long travel. And when I reach and ask the hotel that we have reserved a room and please give us a room , they say theres nothing booked under your name. We were shocked to hear that. They said the FindHotel team did not book anything under my name at the hotel. When I tried contacting them, they checked other hotels for namesake and said that there are no hotels available for that night nearby. At 1am in the night I had to roam around and search for hotels , thankfully I had rented a car. I am giving 1 star as there is no option for 0 stars. Worst experience ever, I would not recommend this website.

The reservation was fake

They charge you and give you no room. I had the foresight to call the hotel to see if the reservation existed 2 days before check in. It did not exist. Call your bank to get your money back if you fall for this scam.

I lost 600 euro in a scam by FindHotel

Avoid using FindHotel. I lost 600 euro in a scam by FindHotel. It booked a wrong hotel for my reservation and has not returned my 600 euro after nearly 3 months of the booking service operator realizing its mistake. This, despite that I even helped FindHotel cancel its erroneous reservation. My credit card company is now filing a case of fraud against FindHotel for me. FindHotel is a fraudulent service. Avoid using it at all cost if you don't want to go through all the trouble I had to go through and ruin your holiday experience.

Reservation inexistant!!!

I put one star because I can't put zero but I paid online and when I arrived at the hotel they couldn't find me!!! Toi had to pay AGAIN!!! I don't understand how you can call yourself a booking plateforme when you cannot even do that!!

Hotel is a disaster. I took about 8 pics not including the first room they put us in which was completely dirty and thennn they sent us to someone else’s room. Ughh after 20 hr drive I wish I DIDNT

Room and service and sanitary issues. To drive 20 hours to rest it was terrible . Broken furniture stains on bedding bathtub had pubic hairs on it
