Why did you promise that I could see a movie for free when you wanted me to join your service?
I didn't get to watch a film. Do not charge my account as I am filing a complaint with my bank and the US FBI and the US Consumer Financial Protection Board which censures dishonest businesses, which this is. Even though you're in UK, you'll be stopped out. Your deceptive website is a disgrace to legitimate businesses. You are hereby charged to remove my credit card from your database and refrain from making any charges on the account. I am also alerting the UK authorities to this deception. I also signed up to a supposed free account and just like you was scammed for cash ,not as much as of yet just $7.95 but I still have to go over last month's bank statement so who knows. I Bank with CHASE and if you notice any electronic charges that you don't recognize and are sure that the charge was a fraud then all I have to do is call them and let them know and they reinverse you what ever money was fraudulently taken out of your account , no problem! As for getting your money back from a scammer ,hmmm let me look into my crystal ball ....hmmm... I see...WAIT! I SEE..... GREAT ...... DISAPOINTMENT for your money and you ever reuniting again. BUT THEN AGAIN WHAT DO I KNOW I'M NO FORTUNE TELLER....LOL. NA MAN I HOPE YOU GET THOSE THEIVING BAST@#×*!!! WISH I COULD BE OF MORE HELP FRIEND!

Deduction amount with out using link
I hv login few days back to watch a movie but I dint watch as it was lot of procedure but.now the link has deducted $34.95 without my notice. Fraud company how dare u people will do such a fraud. It was very clear that u want deduct any amount for watching but now it's big chaos. Please return my amount immediately otherwise prior police complaint will given. I thought to read a book and took a free trail membership and cancelled it on the same day as I am afraid of charges they apply. I got a cancellation confirmation mail that I wont be charged. But after a month and half, I got charged Rs.2700/-(INR) and what was that? I seriously want my money back. I have sent them mail and they didnt respond yet. Such a fraud website. Here is the proof that I got confirmation from them

Scam scam scam
Was able to sign up online w bank card for free trial; but always got error messages when trying to access movies the entire trial. Tried to cancel during trial thru same ph #; more error messages; website unable to cancel online. So of course they charged my bank for subscription full month fee. $34.95. Submitted claim w my bank as a fraud; & filmlush denied my claim. Finally their customer service approved my refund with my bank on the phone; but would need to mail paper check up to 3 weeks for delivery. This was mid-November. Several dozens of calls later; I get a different excuse each time. They are unable to confirm date of refund; but keep telling me to wait 3 more weeks now going into 4th month of waiting. I need to show proof of multiple calls over these 4 months for my bank to re-consider fraud claim. If they can charge my bank card; as a business should also be able to do a reversal or credit electronically. At least now I know I am not the only one that got scammed.

I try to cancel on the freaking website and I did,which is why I'm so *** ***,I cancel this as soon as I went into it and there was nothing,this was a wasted of time and for me to go inside says free, but the card number for verification so why the *** I got to be charge when I cancelled on the *** website ***. Plus not only that I even go to be charged more and Netflix what the ***.i was charged on the 15 and I just saw my bank statement I want my money back and as soon as posible plus I would like to talk with a rep to refund my money back.

I need you to do me the return of a charge made to my card yesterday April 27, 2016. A month ago about trying to register but seeing that the monthly cost was not I concluded with the purchase ... Your Own Fault
None of you deserve a penny of a refund. You paid to watch films that you know are not legal and in violation of copyright laws. Serves you right for loosing money and you deserve it. You see the films and you know that they are still playing at the movie theaters! And you know that these are not out on DVD or for rent. People . . stop stealing Movies on the internet and go pay like the rest of us at the movies.

Total Scam
I input my card details to verify my iD with put locker for which i would be charged £0.00. Somehow film lush got my card details and first charged me £0.95, then on the 21st of November charged me £24.95. I will be going to my bank to inform them that this is an unauthorised payment and I did not even set up an account with film lush. Hopefully i will get a refund. I have emailed film lush numerous times threatening to report them to trading standards to no avail. I have now had to cancel my membership which i did not even set up which has cost me another 99p. This company is just a scam and have no proper email address to write to. So, beware when putting your card details into any online movie site
