Overcharged
The receipt shows a 3% service charge when I went through the drive thru. Theres no reason for a surcharge

Rude management and missing items
I was missing an item I ordered I went Friday night at about 11 PM. I had my elderly mom sister and our kids by the time we got home it was 1130 when we realized we were missing food. I called them three times just let the phone ring no answer I wasnt going to go out at midnight for french fries. I went back on Saturday About noon they were very rude and did not want to help me. I force them to call a manager the manager was even worse. She went to the back to look at the cameras without telling me she came back to the front and informed me that she had given us the food. I informed her there was no way because I wasnt lying and she needed to check the camera again and I said what color was my car she said it was a dark car which was not correct I was in a red SUV. She didnt even know what we were driving I wasnt even driving. My sister was driving and I was in the backseat with the kids so she wouldnt even have known who to look for , she didnt try to help me she yells it was very confrontational very embarrassing and unnecessary over $13. I havent been able to get a hold of anyone to complain because all the numbers that I found online have full voicemail boxes. She wouldnt give me any numbers but I confirmed with the cashier that the phone number thats on the register receipt doesnt work they dont even have a phone to go with that line. She said a manager wouldnt give me her phone number. nothing I ended up leaving very upset and took a picture of her and the guy that had given us the food last night and I let them know that I did that since they wouldnt give me their names they didnt say anything they just pretended like they were busy, they shouldnt be allowed to treat people like this. Im an honest person that works hard for my money and if I tell you that I didnt get my items you should work with me and try to figure it out when someones telling the truth youll always find it in, but they didnt even give me the benefit of the doubt they treated me like someone that was there because Im hard up for $13. No Im hard up for the money that I work and they shouldnt get to keep my money. This is not how you run a business.

New Store

How can a company build a new store and let it sit unopened for 6 months? Is business that good elsewhere that you dont need mine? Not sure now I want to reward this level of ineptitude with my business even if it ever opens. Location is Buckeye, Az.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVIVE and food issues
Oro Valley-AZ Fries always RAW like they want to give you food poisoning Then you bring to the issue to restaurant and they dont understand. Refuse to acknowledge and then answer phone and hang up to resolve issues. Constant issue even when you request well done fries. They are raw and cold

The employees don't speak/understand English. Five time in Arizona we voted one nation/ one language. I asked the price if a bean tostada FIUR times and was told $12. Four times, not a combo, just a bean tostada. My menu which is three weeks old says $5.34 first the Tuesday taco special. I was charged $6,79. I called three other locations. One no answer. One wasn't taking calls and one said the price was OVER $9.

Abuse from an out of control employee who says his name Jose., he wouldnt give his last name.
An employee at 59 the ave and Peoria by the name of Jose.On Friday Feb.10 2023.Did not want to give my soda that I paid for I have proof.He told of in Spanish and threw me out.I want this matter to be disciplined.This happened at 12:00 pm .I was very offended , tried calling the establishment but he refused to get the manager on the line.Today is 02/14/2023 and they have refunded my money.

I walked into the Filibertos. I ordered and waited for over 30 minutes for my order. I don't know why but door dash people were coming in picking up orders before me. I think I shouldn't have to wait that long no matter what!! I also wanted to put my order ID in but couldn't without dropping the receipt. My order #166. I would like to return to this store but not if I have to wait too long!! The store is 50 West apache trail in Apache Junction, AZ Please respond to this request. Thank you

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Went to the location 3041 E McKellips road Mesa Arizona 85213. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Went through the drive-thru at 6pm The lady at the window asked me if I would like hot sauce. I said yes green please. I drive away its all red sauce no big deal just go in and ask for some. The lady who helped me at the drive-through, then sees me walk in and says what do you want? She then proceeds to argue with me that I did not say that. Instead tells me that the green sauce is not salsa. And if I want green sauce to get it myself. So theres no confusion next time I ask her OK so then what should I ask for next time. She says green salsa. Bottom line she was completely rude to me for no reason just because she felt like being that rude that day.

Order messed up and no customer service
Stopped in Flagstaff on my way home fat two tacos, one chicken and one piece. The beef was good but the shell was so hard. It had been sitting for a long time the chicken was way too spicy hot to eat at. My girlfriends family Im Mexican, and sometimes the food is very spicy and I mean I needed. This was extremely spicy. Tried calling customer service no answer and the voicemail is full. I dont think they care if I was not on a trip home. Im already on the highway and very tired. I went back. I ate the meat out of the beef. Taco shell had been sitting for a long time it was hard it wasnt crispy or not anything the chicken taco wont straighten it out the window enter the trashcan.

I should not be spending 30-35 minutes of my lunch time to wait for my food to be done. By the time I had received my food, I had to rush back to work because I was late. Also, forgetting to hand me my drinks.This happens to me and other customers all the time . Very disappointed

Utensils are so cheap I couldn’t cut my food . Thus I couldn’t eat my food. It had Daisy all over the top and the server told me to just eat it with my hands! That’s like telling someone to eat eat
My food went to waste cuz I couldnt eat it! The utensils were so cheap and flimsy I couldnt cut a bite- the plastic fork and knife broke over and over when trying to cut into the chimichanga which was covered in sauce. The employee told me to just eat it using my hands - which is kinda like asking a customer to eat soup with your hands. I couldnt cut it so I couldnt eat it. The server refused to give me a refund. The entire $13. Meal went to waste! I was so hungry! Please get back to me with a refund,

UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE
51 ave Baseline PHX AZ- Ordered Ubereats twice from this location & had a problem both times to the point I had to pick up my own order. Our order was picked up & stolen & then they sent FIVE different Uber drivers to pick up & kept canceling on our end with no communication of what was going on. Instead of the Manager calling Ubereats to see what happened to the order or just simply checking the tablet they said they gave the order out already & dismissed it. When I explained to the manager its their job to contact Uber for the missing order she argued with me that it was my job to do so. I work in food service & know my way around any delivery service tablet and contact info for second hand delivery services. I shouldnt have had to go out of my way because the Managers of this establishment are INCOMPETENT & uneducated. Train your employees on how to properly handle these situations rather than point the responsibility of it to the customer. Period.
