Returned your commando knife for one that the sheath held the knife, it was very loose. I requested an exchange for one that held the knife. I sent this item back at my expense which when i opened the exchange was the same knife with the same box and sheath which i had sent you. The original box was marked and torn which leads me to believe you just mailed it right back to me without an exchange. I have purchased a number of items from you and based upon this interaction i am reluctant to order your more expensive items. Please tell me how to resolve this matter? I would apprecuate a response from you.

Believe dhl either stole or lost my order
Order was shipped to Houston texas through DHL and hasn't moved since the 4 15 23 order was either stolen or lost which is another way of saying that it was stolen

E-mail and voice message was the only communication. They reshipped order on 2-23-23 as of today 3-11-23 received nothing.

I bought one of your backpacks l loved it the third time l used it one of the straps came unsound at the top of the srap a 300 dollar pack should last and nobody at your company seems to care enough

I love the pack just for the money would like it fixed or replaced because the top of the strap is pulling out at the top of the pack
